      • 감성돔, Acanthopagrus schlegeli의 종묘생산 및 성분화에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to produce the seeding of the larvae and juvenile of black sea bream, Acanthopagrus schlegeli in terms of artificial hatching, feeding behavior and growth rate in each factor. Total length of black sea bream larvae hatched was 2.57±0.35mm and after 50 days, total length was 22.08±3.74mm, 49.7% in survival rate. This research was conduced to confirm the effect of tributyltin and 2,4-dinitrophenol on the sex differentiation in Black Sea bream, Acanthopagrus schlegeli. Fish were reared of oral administration of tributyltin at 0.05, 0.5, 5㎍/g and 2,4-dinitrophenol at nominak concentration of 0.05, 0.5, 5, 50㎍/g diet from 156 days to 185 days after hatching. In the process of the differentiation until 156 days after hatching, gonads were composed testis. In contrast, 185 days after hatching, testis were composed of a number of spermatogonia and sperm duct. The female in the control in which sex differentiation of Acanthopagrus schlegeil was normally conducted was 100%. The experimental unit of estradiol-17β, it was 100% in 0.05㎍/g diet concentration, which was similar to the sex ratio of the control. And it was 100% in 0.5㎍/g diet concentration. In each experimental unit with 5, 50㎍/g diet concentrations, every individuals of them differentiated to males. About the experimental unit of tributyltin, the females were 100%, 100%, 100%, 100% and 100% in 0.05㎍/g, 0.5,㎍/g, 5㎍/g and 50㎍/g diet concentrations, respectively. About the experimental unit of 2,4-dinitrophenol, the males were 100% tn 0.05, 0.5, 5, 50㎍/g diet concentrations, respectively.

        본고에서는 급격한 IT융합연구 추진에 앞서 융합연구의 특성에 맞는 기획ㆍ관리체계에 대해 논해보고자 한다. 바람직한 융합연구를 위해서 기획체계에서는 창의적인 아이디어의 창출, 철저한 선행기획 연구, 적절한 융합기술의 포트폴리오 구성, 융합과제 전문가 및 Team 구성 등을 중점적으로 고려해야 하고, 융합연구 관리에서는 주도적이고 창조적 리더쉽을 가진 ‘융합PM’의 선정에 초점을 맞추어야 한다. 성공적인 융합연구를 위해서는 보다 자율과 창의를 살려주는 관리 방식, 국내ㆍ외를 가리지 않고 최고의 전문가를 활용하는 평가방식으로의 전환이 필요하다.

        On a bus-based shared memory multiprocessing system, the system bus monitoring and analysis are crucial for system integration test and performance analysis. In this paper, the design and implementation of a bus monitoring instrument for the TICOM-III system are decribed. The instrument dedicated to TICOM-III, which is called the Bus Information Procssing Unit, analyzes the bus state and measures the bus utilization. It performs many useful functions to help debugging the system, and offers a simple user interface.

      • 교란대기하에서 광위성 통신용 광헤테로다인 송ㆍ수신 안테나 설계에 관한 연구

        In the international BISDN using, the laser having large bandwidth has to be used as a carrier for transmitting a lot of visual, vocal and data information. Optical intersatellite communication has now developed in theoretical and practical aspects. But the optical communication, between satellite and earth station, is hindered by atmospheric absorption, scattering and turbulence and is mainly hindered by atmospheric turbulence under clear weather condition. Also these atmospheric turbulence effect. It was supposed that 1 watt semiconductor laser having 1.55μm wavelength lardly affected by atmosperic absorption was used as an optical source and the binary FSK was used as a modulation method. The data rate of 10Gbps was used for BISDN. The (2,1,7) convolutional code compensating for influence of noise being generated at the optical channel was used in the transmitter and 8 level soft decision veterbi algorith having traceback depth of 48 was used in the receiver. In the link equation, we assumed that pointing error beam width, Θe was 0.1μrad, laser beam width, Θb was 6.58μrad and system margin was 3dB Also we assumed that the diameter of satellite antenna was 0.3 meter, and the efficiency of transmitting/receiving antenna was the typical value 0.75. By numerical simulation, we designed the antenna of earth station satisfying for the BER below 10-7 as a function of elevation angle in case of using and no using channel coding and in cases of uplink and downlink under atmospheric turbulence independently. On optical satellite downlink communication, as the elevation angle decreased, te number of optical antenna array and the diameter of receiving antenna was increased. Also, we analyzed the possibility of reducing the number of optical antenna array and the diameter of receiving antenna. On optical satellite uplink communication, the diameter of transmitting antenna had peak values unfitting to antenna design as elevation angle decreased. When the coding gain was added to, the peak values of diameter moved to the lower elevation angle with increasing the coding gain of 8[dB] is obtained, the transmitting antenna of earth station could be designed within 1 meter in the region where an elevation angle was between 25˚ and 90˚. When the diameter of satellite antenna was fixed at 0.3meter, the design values of this paper can be used for optimizing data of optical heterodyne receiver and antenna design of earth station governed by the elevation angle in the international optical satellith communication up/down link for BIDSN under turbulent atmosphere.

        이진 위상-주파수 검출기와 카운터를 이용한 디지털 위상 고정 루프 회로 설계

        본 논문은 이진 위상-주파수 검출기와 카운터를 사용한 새로운 위상-디지털 변환기 구조의 디지털 위상 고정 루프 회로를 제안하였다. 제안한 디지털 위상 고정 루프 회로는 위상-디지털 변환기, 디지털 루프, 디지털 제어 발진기(DCO)로 구성되어 있다. 제안된 위상-디지털 변환기 구조는 일반적인 시간-디지털 변환기(TDC)를 사용하지 않고, 이진 위상 주파수 검출기와 카운터를 사용함으로써 단순한 구조와 적은 면적으로 소비전력을 감소하는 장점을 갖는다. CMOS 0.18um 공정을 사용하여 1.0GHz에서 2.2GHz에 동작하는 디지털 위상 고정 루프 회로를 설계하였고 칩 면적은 $0.096mm^2$을 차지한다. 시뮬레이션 결과 전력소비는 1.65GHz 동작시 16.2mW로 나타났다. In this paper, a digital phase-locked loop(Digital-PLL) circuit with a new phase-to-digital converter(P2D) is described. The proposed digital PLL is composed a P2D, a digital loop filter(DLF), and a digitally controlled oscillator(DCO). The P2D generates a digital code for a phase error. The proposed P2D used a binary phase frequency detector(BPFD) and a counter in place of a time-to-digital converter(TDC) for simple structure, compact area and low power consumption. The proposed circuit was designed with CMOS 0.18um process. The simulation shows the circuit operates with the 1.0 to 2.2GHz with the power consumption of 16.2mW at 1.65GHz and the circuit occupies the chip area of $0.096mm^2$.

      • B-ISDN용 광위성 통신 업링크의 앙각에 따른 송신안테나 최적설계에 관한 연구

        In this paper, atmospheric turbulence and absorption under clear weather condition, which affect the optical satellite up-link communication between geo-satellites and earth station, were studied. In case of the up-link communication, the received optical power is weakened by pointing loss caused by beam tilt which is the main effect of turbulent atmosphere. This pointing loss directly has relation to the diameter of optical transmitting antenna. From the inverse proportion of the pointing and spaced loss, it is the regions where the diameter of transmitting antenna increases abruptly and the efficient design of transmitting antenna is impossible. In case of using channel coding, it was shown that the peak value of diameter moved to the lower regions of elevation angle with increasing the coding gain and its width was also decreased. In case of considering both coding gain and transmission rate on the design of transmitting antenna, it was known that more coding gain was necessary as transmission rate was increased.

        Block data transfer poses a serious problem is a pipelined bus where each data transfer step is pipelined. In this paper, we describe the design and implementation of a variable data block transfer protocol for a pipelined bus of a shared-memory multiprocessor. The proposed method maintains compatibility with the existing protocol for the pipelined bus and ensures fairness and effectiveness by preventing starvation. We present flow charts of requester and responder during a block transfer in the pipelined bus that uses the proposed protocol. The proposed protocol was implemented for the TICOM-III HiPi+Bus.

        유연한 공구 고정 장치와 다축 로봇팔을 이용한 디버링 시스템 개발

        A deburring system using the joint of revolute robot manipulator with a tool holder was developed for deburring automation. The tool holder composed of the plunger with spring was developed for freedom of three degree operation. The tool holder was applied for compensation of position errors during trajectory tracing or deburring the workpiece of ununiform. To reduce interacting forces between the high stiffness tool at the end effecter and the workpiece during deburring operation, it was developed to operate flexibly to the direction of tangent line on the revolute axis and to the direction of axis. In this paper, using the deburring system attached at the revolute robot manipulator, deburring experiments were performed. According to the experimental results, the good performance of the proposed deburring system using the revolute robot manipulator was shown.
