In this research, micro thermal reactor which could control the mass flow rate and temperature of modal gases was designed to determine the optimal urea dosing location, injection control strategy for minimizing ammonia slip. To verify the high purification ratio of SCR catalyst, NO/NO₂ mixtures ratio and SCR catalyst temperature were evaluated in exhaust gas on DeNOx performance in Urea-SCR system. As a result of micro thermal reactor test, it is shown that it is important to have a NOx conversion with SCR catalyst temperature, when catalyst temperature is high, increasing the NOx conversion than low catalyst temperature. NO/NO₂ mixture ratio. The more NO/NO₂ mixture ratio was equivalent, the higher NOx conversion was acquired.
