The Incheon International Airport Railroad (IIAR) is the railroad that connects Incheon International Airport, Gimpo Airport and Seoul Station. IIAR is now under construction, and it will be finished to Gimpo Airport by 2006, to Seoul Station by 2008. But IIAR is not only so late to start but also has no discussion about effective connecting methods to existing railroads and fine operation plan. Therefore, after IIAR opens, it is possible for IIAR to lose to limousine bus using highway. So, this paper proposes 4 effective connecting methods for IIAR - (1) Shuttle transport, (2) Short-distance connecting transport (Inside IIAR, Seoul Subway Line 9, "Han-River line") (3) Mid-distance connecting transport (Jung-ang, Tae-baek, Young-dong line) (4) Long-distance connecting transport (Korean Train eXpress (korean high speed railroad)) These methods can increase the connectivity of IIAR with existing railroads and the competition power of IIAR against highway.

Molded case circuit breaker(MCCB) is typically used because it has superior characteristics without fuse, such as safety, controllability and ability to collaborate with other devices. The molded case circuit breaker, it must be examined by a regular test for acquiring a standard. One of standard tests is short circuit test. During the short circuit test, causing cracks and damages on the component. AEC BASE had troubles having cracks and damages when short circuited. AEC BASE of MCCB had been designed and analysed by using Pro/ENGINEER and commercial FEM code ANSYS.
수도권 광역전철 개선방안 : 급행화, 운전, 배선을 중심으로

Now many metropolitan electric railways are being constructed on the metropolitan area. But railways now in service have some inefficiency. These railways are operated like subways, for example, all slow trains and fixed train set. So this paper proposes the methods of improvement. For making rapid train, it is showed " philosophy of rapid train " that makes rapid train to be main service. And for effective operation, it is introduced flexible train set and "separation-unification operation". And for smart railway tracks, it is introduced making loop track and direct connection track between radiating and circular railways. By these methods, a master plan of improvement of metropolitan electric railways is made and vision of the railways becomes common to passengers.

Etanercept is a recombinant human tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor fusion protein, which inhibits the biological activity of TNF-α. The common side effects of TNF-α inhibitors are injection site reactions, infusion reactions and infection. Rheumatoid nodules are the most common extraarticular manifestation of rheumatoid arthritis. Drugs such as methotrexate were reported to be associated with rheumatoid nodules, but etanercept-related nodules were uncommonly observed. We report the new formation of cutaneous rheumatoid nodules in a 58-year-old man during anti-TNFα therapy with etanercept. He had 2-year history of seropositive rheumatoid arthritis, and been treated with methotrexate, hydroxychloroquine, sulfasalazine, prednisolone and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs before etanercept regimen. Rheumatoid nodules developed on the palmar surface of fingers 4 month after treatment of etanercept, although his disease activity was maintained low. One month later, we decided to stop etanercept because his nodulosis extended to elbow. Since then, he has been followed up without any progression of rheumatoid nodules or aggravation of arthritis.
주파수 영역 혼합 함수를 이용한 2.6kbps 혼합 다중대역 음성 부호화기의 설계

MBE(multi-band excitation) 음성 부호기는 고조파 대역별로 유/무성음 판단을 수행함으로써 한 프레임 내에서 유성음과 무성음이 혼합되는 경우를 잘 모델링할 수 있다. 하지만 같은 주파수 대역에서는 유성음 성분과 무성을 성분이 공존할 수 없다. 또한 유/무성음 판단 과정에서 경험에 의한 임계치와의 비교 과정이 필요하므로 원음 스펙트럼과 합성음 스펙트럼 간의 오류가 큰 경우가 발생하는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 모든 주파수 영역에서 유성음 성분과 무성음 성분이 혼합되는 것을 허용하는 MMBE(mixed multi-band excitation) 음성 모델을 제안하고, 모델 파라미터인 주파수 영역 혼합 함수(FDMF: frequency domain mixture function)를 임계치와의 비교 없이 효과적으로 추정할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 제안한 음성 모델을 적용한 2.6kbps 음성 부호기를 구현해 본 결과, 2.9kbps의 전송률을 갖는 MBE 음성 부호기에 비해서 낮은 전송률에서도 더 우수한 합성음 음질을 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

The ordinary view about kinds of supervenience is that nomological supervenience is a sub-kind of metaphysical supervenience. This conforms to the ordinary understanding of modal notions that the set of metaphysical possible worlds includes the set of nomological possible worlds. This is in turn based on a metaphysical view that the nature of things (or properties) is prior to laws of nature, which are dependent on the interactions between things (or properties). However, Jessica Wilson argues that the nature of things (or properties) is rather individuated by laws of nature, and thus metaphysical supervenience collapses into nomological supervenience. While supporting the ordinary view, I prove that Wilson`s thesis is too strong by presenting counter-examples about things (or properties) which endure changes in laws.
