Recently, ex-situ remediation technologies has been emerging to clean up contaminated soils mainly because the in-situ techniques have limited applicability and technical difficulties in relatively small contaminated sites. Accordingly, implementation of off-site treatment and disposal have been continuously increased in soil remediation and restoration projects in Korea. However, in many cases, reclaimed soil is still not properly recycled or reused. Therefore, there is an urgent need to document the current status of soil management practices in soil remediation projects in the nation. This study presents a survey of soil contamination status and remedial approaches in Korea based on soil cleanup projects completed in 2015 - 2019, and proposes the possible options of the recycling or reusing the reclaimed soils under compliance with related regulations. The results of the soil survey showed soil contamination was most severe in gas stations, industrial facilities, and military areas. The major types of pollution were related to the petroleum-contaminated site (TPH and BTEX) with 77.0% occurrence in all the contaminated sites. The reclaimed soils were mostly reused as a ground filling-up soils in industrial facilities (60.0%) and warehouses (37.0%).

This study examined the possibility of reutilization of soil reclaimed from contaminated sites after completing remediation. The current status of soil remediation methods in Korea was reviewed and physicochemical properties of soil before and after remediation processes were examined to access the recycling possibility of reclaimed soils based on Recycling Aggregate Quality Standard. The most commonly practiced soil remediation techniques are soil washing, land farming, and thermal desorption. These techniques tend to deteriorate various soil properties including electrical conductivity(EC), organic matter content(OM), available P<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub>, and cation exchange capacity(CEC). Evaluation of the properties of soil retrieved after each remediation process indicated soil washing may yield the most suitable soil for use as a filling, covering, back-filling, road pavement, and blocking materials, In addition, the soils reclaimed from land farming and thermal desorption have potential utility as a filling, covering and road pavement materials.
혁신성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 데이터 리터러시의 매개 및 리더십 스타일의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

본 논문에서는 급속하게 디지털 경제로 전환되고 있는 중소기업 최고경영자의 혁신성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향과 데이터 리터러시가 어떤 매개 기능을 수행하는지 리더십 스타일에 따라 상관관계가 조절되는지를 분석하였다. 혁신성은 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 데이터 리터러시가 혁신성과 기업성과 간의 관계를 부분 매개 하는 것을 확인하였다. 변혁적 리더십은 혁신성과 기업성과 간의 관계에서 조절 효과를 보여주고 있으며 거래적 리더십은 조절 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 자유방임적 리더십은 혁신성과 데이터 리터러시 간의 관계에서 조절 효과가 있다. 이러한 결과는 혁신성이 조직의 경영성과를 높이기 위한 유효한 수단이 되는 것을 알 수 있으며 자유방임적 리더십의 중요성을 일깨우고 경영전략 수립에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. In this paper analyzed the impact of innovation of CEOs of small and medium-sized companies, which are rapidly shifting to a digital economy, on corporate performance and how data literacy performs mediating functions. It was confirmed that innovation has a positive effect on corporate performance and that data literacy partially mediates the relationship between innovation and corporate performance. Transformational leadership shows a moderating effect in the relationship between innovation and corporate performance, and transactional leadership showed no moderating effect. Laissez-faire leadership has a moderating effect in the relationship between innovation and data literacy. These results show that innovation is an effective means of improving the organizations management performance, and are expected to awaken the importance of laissez-faire leadership and contribute to the establishment of management strategies.

인공 건식 접착 구조를 위한 새로운 마이크로-나노 계층구조 제작기법을 제안하였으며, 모세관법을 활용한 마이크로 구조 내 나노 소재 정렬에 대한 기초 연구를 수행하였다. 다중 벽 탄소나노튜브(MWCNT)와 폴리디메틸실록산(PDMS) 혼합물의 제작 조건에 따른 경화도 및 점도 특성을 분석하고, 이로부터 몇 가지 제작 조건을 결정하였다. MWCNT-PDMS 마이크로 구조 제작 후 단면 분석을 통해 PDMS내 MWCNT의 정렬 특성을 분석한 결과, 제작 온도와 상대 경화도가 낮을 경우 MWCNT의 정렬도가 우수하며, 단위 면적당 MWCNT의 밀도는 제작 온도나 상대 경화도에 영향을 적게 받는 것으로 확인되었다. We proposed new and easy fabrication method of micro-nano hierarchical structures for synthetic dry adhesives and conducted feasibility tests of alignment characteristics of nano-materials in the microstructures by capillary effect. Candidates of fabrication conditions were selected based on the degree of cure and viscosity of mixtures of multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), which were measured with respect to the fabrication conditions. Scanning electron microscopy images of cross sections of MWCNT-PDMS microstructures were analyzed. MWCNT alignment in microstructures was better when fabrication temperature and degree of cure at fabricating start were lower, but areal density of MWCNTs was little affected by fabrication conditions.
