While a importance of the field of maintenance and management come to the fore because of collapses of the Seongsu bridge and the Sampoong department store, “Special Act for the Safety Control of Public Structures” was established in 1995 and the major maintenance and management system began taking effect Detailed and In-depth Inspection. However, a technical standard of Detailed and In-depth Inspection was low because its history was not long, and also the results of research were not enough so the anxiety for Insufficient Detailed and In-depth Inspection was continuously left. While its evaluation system was introduced in 2002, it has taken a leading role as a prevention for Insufficient Detailed and In-depth Inspection. And the cases which has been evaluated so far were summarized. It should be helpful to the inspection technician’s job performance.

In this study, in order to verify the effects of damaged quantities to maintenance prioritization with performance evaluation system, crack conditions which were subdivided as per performance evaluation grade, critical maintenance part and priority part are considered as evaluation factors of prioritization. This result prove that maintenance prioritization has been changed by damaged quantities.

Built in urban ares tunnels is necessary to accurately grasp not only the above-ground environment of the tunnel but also the below-ground environment of the tunnel for design and construct. However, fully coupled analysis of stress and flow is very difficult due to the limited function of the tunnel numerical analysis program and difficulty in using program. This can lead to excessive design that increases the construction cost or occur problems that can lead to accidents during construction. In particular, in the case of an urban tunnel has a low layer soil section above the tunnel and the groundwater level exists in the upper layer of the tunnel. Therefore, a reduction in the groundwater level during underground construction may increase the effective stress of the upper layer and cause the ground to subsidence. So It is necessary to design after accurately evaluating the change in the groundwater level. In this study, the tunnel's behavioral characteristics were analyzed through fully coupled analysis of stress and flow according to the drainage type for an urban underground tunnel.

With the recent earthquake measuring 5.4 in Pohang, attention is being raised to the effects of the structures caused by the earthquake. In this study, seismic effect of the tunnel structure was analyzed by the time history analysis method using the measurement results of the nearby structures. Most of the analysis results showed displacement and stress results of one tenth level of the artificial seismic wave using design seismic acceleration, and the actual field survey revealed that the effects of earthquakes were minor.
지하구조물의 코어 압축강도를 고려한 비파괴강도 추정 결과 비교 고찰

이 연구는 지하구조물의 정밀안전진단 수행 중 채취한 콘크리트 코어 압축강도 시험결과를 활용하여 코어 개수에 따른 추정강도와 기존 제안식의 추정강도들을 비교하여 신뢰도 높은 비파괴강도 평가 방안을 고찰하였다. 검토결과 코어강도 개수가 작은(년도별) 평가시 표준편차 크게 발생하며, 20개상 코어 시편 활용시 표준편차가 작아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 기존 제안식 중 일본재료학회 제안식의 결과가 가장 유사한 것으로 검토되었다.
