‘설(說)’의 모방을 통한 창의적 글쓰기 지도 방안 : 성현(成俔)의 ?타농설(惰農說)?을 중심으로

This study starts from the question about the way to improve the creative writing skills of students and how that can be achieved by examining the way 'Imitative writing' is used within Seol(Opinion) classical prose. More specifically a ‘Imitative writing' class can be carried out using a 5 step strategy so students can learn about expression strategy, analogical thinking, quotation, contrast and lastly studying the theory behind the story of the Lazy Peasant. What we need to keep in mind in any study into the manner of Seol(Opinion) classical prose and its relationship to statement education is logical structure of the ‘Seol(Opinion)' and the evolution of form and argument. This would help people to write creatively about their subject matter and get a hold of the appropriate to solutions to improve their writing. In this study we have compared the group which takes the class for creative writing and the group that takes it for existential appreciation. Later, we might find that creative writing skills have improved compared to before. ‘Analogical mentality in the manner of the ‘Seol(Opinion)' The perceptiveness of others helps us recognize things that are insinuated and thus present us with a novel solution to a problem. As such this is a good model for students who want to prepare for the creative writing task. Normally creative writing education takes place in an environment where teachers avoid one another and there are difficulties over where the actual school is locate. However, teachers can gain valuable insight from ‘Seol(Opinion)’ Chinese prose and can learn a lot from this ancient mode of writing.

HMR 외식소비성향이 지각된 유용성 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 1인 가구, 맞벌이 가구 및 여성의 경제 참여율 증가에 사회 구조적인 변화로 인한 지속적으로 성장하고 있는 HMR에 관한 외식소비자들의 소비행동에 대해 살펴보았다. 이에 본 연구는 HMR에 대한 구매 경험이 있는 외식소비자를 대상으로 11월 초에 1주일간 자기기입식과 온라인 설문을 통해서 진행되었다. 본 연구의 가설 검증을 위해서 확인적 요인분석을 통해서 측정도구의 타당성 및 적합성, 모형의 적합도가 판명되었으며, Cronbach s Alpha 값 또한 기준치에 만족할 만한 수준의 결과를 보여 변수의 신뢰성이 검증되었다. 단순회귀분석, 다중회귀분 석을 통한 변수간의 관계를 파악하였다. 그리고 지각된 위험은 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 외식소비성향과 지각된 유용성의 사이에서 조절효과가 있다고 나타났으며, 지각된 유용성과 행동의도 사이에서 지각된 위험이 조절효과가 있다는 결과를 도출하였다. 이에 HMR에 관한 외식소비성향의 세부적인 요인을 파악하고 이해하 는데 도움을 주고, HMR 외식소비자들에 대한 행동의도를 이해를 증진시켜 이익을 극대화 할 수 있도록 업계와 학계에 의미 있는 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. Based on literature review and an empirical study, this study aimed to find out the relationship of food service consumption propensity of HMR, perceived usefulness, and behavioral intention, and examine the moderating effect of perceived risk on this relationship. Thus, this study conducted the self-administered/online survey for a week in the early November, targeting food service consumers with experiences in purchasing HMR. The relations between variables were understood through the multiple regression analysis. Through hierarchial regression analysis, the perceived risk showed moderating effects between food service consumption propensity and the perceived usefulness while the perceived risk had moderating effects between the perceived usefulness and behavioral intention. Based on the findings discussed above, implications for practitioners and researchers are stated.

항공사 객실승무원의 해외체류 시 여가만족이 직무만족 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향 -해외체재비 조절효과를 중심으로-

본 연구는 항공사 객실승무원을 대상으로 해외체류 시 여가만족과 직무만족, 직무성과간의 인과관계를 해외체재비의 조절효과를 중심으로 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2개 FCC와 3개 LCC를 선정하고 설문조사를 수행하여, 총 350부의 설문지 중 유효하지 않은 45부를 제외하고, 305부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 연구 결과로서, 첫째, 해외체류 시의 여가만족과 직무만족 간 인과관계에 대한 가설 검증 결과, 해외체류 시의 여가만족은 그 하위요인 가운데 사회 및 교육적 만족, 정서 및 신체적 만족, 환경적 만족 순으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족은 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 주며, 셋째, 해외체류 시의 여가만족과 직무성과 간 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 직무만족은 여가만족 가운데 정서 및 신체적 만족과 직무성과 간의 관계에서는 완전매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 환경적 만족과 직무성과 간의 관계에서는 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 해외체류 시 여가만족과 직무만족 간의 관계에서 해외체재비의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 해외체재비는 여가만족의 세 가지 하위요인인 사회 및 교육적 만족, 정서 및 신체적 만족, 환경적 만족과 직무만족 간의 영향관계에서 모두 조절작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 해외체재비는 직무만족과 직무성과 간의 영향관계에서도 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구가 시사하는 바는, 항공사들이 객실승무원의 해외체류 시 적정 수준의 해외체재비 지급과 같은 정서적, 신체적 만족감을 높일 수 있는 다양한 복지지원제도를 통해 객실승무원의 여가만족과 직무만족을 높일 수 있으며, 이는 객실승무원의 직무성과 향상에 기여함으로써 항공사의 객실 서비스 품질 향상 및 경쟁력 강화에 기여할 수 있다는 점이다. This study aims to identify whether flight attendants‘ leisure satisfaction during their overseas stay affects job satisfaction and job performance, focusing on the controlling effect of overseas per diem allowance. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, two FCCs and three LCCs were selected and surveyed, using 305 copies for the final analysis, excluding ineffective 45 of the 350 questionnaires. The research results are as follows. First, the hypothesis verification of the relationship between leisure satisfaction during the overseas stay and job satisfaction showed that leisure satisfaction had a positive effect in the order of social and educational satisfaction, emotional and physical satisfaction, and environmental satisfaction . Secondly, job satisfaction had a significant effect on job performance. Thirdly, the analysis on the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between leisure satisfaction during the overseas stay and job performance showed that job satisfaction had a full mediating effect in the relationship between emotional and physical satisfaction and job performance, and it had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between environmental satisfaction and job performance. Fourthly, the analysis on the controlling effect of overseas per diem allowance in the relationship between leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction showed that overseas per diem allowance had a controlling effect in the respective relationships between social and educational satisfaction, emotional and physical satisfaction, and environmental satisfaction and job satisfaction. Fifthly, overseas per diem allowance was found to have a controlling effect in the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance as well. The implication of this study is that by implementing various welfare policies aiming to promote emotional and physical satisfaction, such as a proper level of overseas per diem allowance, airlines can enhance flight attendants’ job satisfaction and job performance, which can contribute to the improvement of airlines’ cabin service quality and the strengthening of their competitiveness.
