      • 간호학생의 전문직사회화, 자아존중감 및 자기효능감에 대한 종단적 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to clarify longitudinally the professional socialization (PS), self-esteem (SE1), and self-efficacy (SE2) over time in nursing students. Methods: Using a structured questionnaire, data were collected from the same nursing students in 2008, 2009, and 2010 years. Descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA test with the SAS package were used for the data analysis. Results: The differences in the PS, SE1, and SE2 over time were not significant in nursing students. However, the differences in decision making over time were significant in nursing students. Conclusion: These results suggest that SE1 and SE2 continuously affected professional socialization over time. Therefore, it is necessary to devise a continuing and long-term strategy, which strengthens SE1 and SE2 in order to improve professional socialization.

        간호사가 지각한 수간호사의 의사결정 유형과 간호사의 직무만족, 역할갈등, 조직건강과의 관계

        이 연구의 목적은 간호사가 인지한 수간호사의 의사결정 유형과 간호사의 직무만족, 역할 갈등, 조직건강과의 관계를 규명하고자 하는 서술적 상관관계연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 서울 및 경기도에 소재한 500병상 이상의 2개 대학 병원에 근무하고 있는 간호사 473명으로 자료는 2012년 5월 2일부터 7월 28일까지 설문지를 이용하여 수집하였으며, SAS 프로그램을 이용하여 서술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test and Pearson Correlation Coefficient로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호사의 근무부서, 임상경력에 따라 직무만족, 역할 갈등, 조직건강은 유의한 차이를 보였다. 수간호사의 의사결정 유형은 간호사의 직무만족, 조직건강과 유의한 수준의 정 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 역할갈등은 유의한 수준의 역 상관관계를 보였다. 간호사의 직무만족과 조직건강은 유의한 수준의 정 상관관계를 보였다. 간호사의 역할 갈등과 직무만족, 조직건강은 유의한 수준의 역 상관관계를 보였다. 이에 따라 간호 관리자는 간호사의 역할 갈등을 줄이고 직무만족, 조직건강 향상을 위해 수간호사의 의사결정 역량을 개발시키는 것이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the Head Nurse"s decision making style perceived by Nurses and Job satisfaction, role conflict and the organizational health in Nurse. The study included 473 nurses working in 2 university hospitals in seoul. The data were collected from 2, May, 2012 to 28, July, 2012. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, scheffe test and pearson correlation coefficient, with SAS package were used for data analysis. The results are as follows. They were significant differences in job satisfaction, role conflict and organizational health by field, carrier. There was found significant and positive correlation among HN"s decision making style perceived by nurse and job satisfaction, organizational health in nurse; among job satisfaction and organization health in nurse. There was found significant and negative correlation among HN"s decision making style perceived by nurse and role conflict; among role conflict and job satisfaction, organization health in nurse. Through this results, to increase job satisfaction, organizational health and to reduce role conflict in nurses, it is necessary to developing decision making competency of head nurse.

        간호학생의 리더십 유형과 지아 존중감, 임상실습 만족도의 관계 연구

        The Purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between leadership styles and self-esteem, satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students. Method: The subjects were 386 nursing students who were in college and university located around Seoul, Kyounggi, Chungchung, Kangwon province. The data were collected from July 26 to September 18, 2004 by the structured questionnaires, For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SAS package were used, Results: 1, The score of the nursing students` transformational leadership were higher than that of the nursing students` transactional leadership. 2. The mean of satisfaction of clinical practice perceived by nursing students was 3.07, and its subcategories were practice contents 3.28, practice evaluations 3.11, practice hours 3.00, practice environments 2.99, practice directions 2.98. 3. ``Transformational leadership`` ``charisma``, ``intellectual stimulation`` and ``individual consideration`` were positively related to ``self-esteem``, ``satisfaction of clinical practice`` of nursing students. 4, ``Contingent reward`` was positively related to ``self-esteem``, and ``Management by exception`` was negatively related to ``self-esteem``, 5. ``Transactional leadership`` ``Contingent reward`` Were positively related to ``satisfaction of clinical practice`` of nursing students, 6, As a result of multiple regression analysis, the key determinants of ``self-esteem`` were ``charisma`` and this explained 27.41% of the total variance of it, And the key determinants of ``satisfaction of clinical practice`` were charisma`` and this explained 10.94% of the total variance of it.

        배호흡운동과 가슴우리팽창운동이 돌림근띠 손상환자의 머리위치 및 어깨자세에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: The aim of this study was to examine the effects of abdominal breathing and thoracic expansion exercises on craniovertebral and cranial rotation angles in patients with rotator cuff injury. METHODS: This study enrolled 19 patients with rotator cuff injury, and ten and nine of the patients were randomly placed in abdominal breathing and thoracic expansion exercise groups, respectively. After pain treatment in each group, breathing exercise was conducted thrice a week for four weeks. The patients were recorded by using a digital camera and Image J (version 1.46, National Institutes of Health, USA), an angle measurement program, was used to analyze changes in the craniovertebral angle, cranial rotation angle, and sagittal shoulder posture. RESULTS: Statistically significant differences in the craniovertebral angle were found in both the abdominal breathing and thoracic expansion exercise groups (p<.05). A significant difference in cranial rotation angle was found in the thoracic expansion exercise group only (p<.05). No statistically significant differences in sagittal shoulder posture were found in both groups (p>.05). CONCLUSION: Although abdominal breathing and thoracic expansion exercises did not effectively change sagittal shoulder posture, the exercises were effective in improving craniovertebral and cranial rotation angles. Therefore, abdominal breathing and thoracic expansion exercises are suggested as effective exercise programs for forward head posture.

        소셜네트워크 서비스 기반 게이미피케이션 마케팅 연구

        스마트폰 대중화와 맞물려 소셜네트워크 서비스 이용이 일상화되자 기업은 제품홍보 및 브랜드 인지도 제고를 위해 여러 개의 소셜네트워크 서비스를 마케팅 채널로 활용하고 있다. 기업은 소셜네트워크 서비스 마케팅 초기부터 현재까지 사용자의 관심유도와 자발적 참여 증진을 위해 게임의 기능적 측면과 정서적 즐거움을 재현하는 ``게이미피케이션(Gamification)`` 요소를 사용하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 소셜네트워크 서비스의 게이미피케이션 요소를 고찰하고 하나의 기업이 여러개의 소셜네트워크 서비스를 마케팅 채널로 활용할 때 나타나는 특징을 살펴보고자 했다. 우선 문헌연구를 통해 소셜네트워크 서비스와 게이미피케이션의 개념 및 특징을 고찰하였다. 다음으로 게이미피케이션 구성요소인 게임 기법과 역학, 재미유형을 정리하였다. 그리고 이론적 고찰에 근거하여 국내에서 가장 많이 사용하는 ``카카오스토리``, ``밴드``, ``페이스북``, ``인스타그램`` 4개의 소셜네트워크 서비스 중 3개 이상을 사용 중인 ``코카콜라 코리아``, ``롯데마트``, ``캐논 코리아``, ``코오롱스포츠``, ``유니클로코리아`` 5개 기업의 게이미피케이션 마케팅 사례를 수집하여 게이미피케이션마케팅 특징을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 소셜네트워크 서비스를 통한 게이미피케이션 마케팅 기획의 초석이 되길 바라며 게이미피케이션과 소셜네트워크 서비스 측면에서 가이드라인을 제안하였다. Along with popularization of smart phone and routinization of social network service, enterprises are using several social network services as a marketing channel to raise brand awareness and conduct PR. Enterprises have been utilizing an element of ``Gamification`` representing a functional aspect and emotional pleasure of a game in order to attract users`` attention and increase their voluntary participation since the early social network service marketing. However, social network service system contains functional roles of Gamification components rather than they function separately. Hence, this research intends to examine Gamification elements of social network service and characteristics occurred when enterprise uses several social network services as a marketing channel. Besides, it aims at suggesting a marketing guideline for Gamification based on social network that may induce users`` interest and increase an immersion effect. Firstly, this study examined concepts and characteristics of social network service and Gamification centered on literature research. Secondly, it summarized a game mechanics, dynamics and a fun type of Gamification components. Thirdly, based on theoretical research, it collected Gamification marketing cases of 5 enterprises including ``Coca Cola Korea``, ``Lotte Mart``, ``Canon Korea``, "Kolon Sports`` and ``Uniqlo Korea`` that utilize more than 3 of 4 social network services including ``Kakao Story``, ``Band``, ``Facebook`` and ``Instagram`` used the most in our nation, analyzing characteristics of Gamification marketing and deriving a suggestion. Finally, it suggested a guideline for Gamification and social network service to build a foundation for a Gamification marketing plan through social network service.

      • 신경가소성의 개념으로 바라본 유제니오 바르바의 탈-일상성 연구

        The purpose of this study is to understand Eugenio Barba's theory of acting, which defines the principles of the actor's presence, through the concept of neuroplasticity. Influenced by Grotowski and Meyerhold, Barba explains the actor's aura in terms of pre-expressiveness. According to Barba, the actor's skills are revealed before the expression described as the point of ‘Sats’. Accordingly, the actor's technique should be different from acrobatics and should be characterized by the creativity of energy and the manifestation of vitality. Barba wrote a book “Theater anthropology’ to spread his idea, and several previous studies support his theory. The purpose of this paper is for the better understanding and interpretation of existing studies, as well as to suggest a scientific explanation for Barba's theory. Research on the operating principles of the nervous system and cognitive science are appropriate tools for explaining the actor's energy. In particular, the theory of ‘neuroplasticity’, which states that the brain continues to change even after adulthood, corresponds to the concept that actors train to acquire the body of an actor. Through actor’s training, practice of imagination, transformation, and restrictions and repetition of the unfamiliar movements, actors acquire a second nature which helps in breaking free from everyday behaviors. This is only possible because of the principle of neuroplasticity. Through this study actors are expected to scientifically understand and apply Barba's concept of pre-expressivity
