        8주간의 진동 운동 프로그램이 남,녀 대학생의 하지 최대 근력과 균형 능력에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: Application of an oscillating program for the lower extremities is an effective training method for increasing muscle strength. However, no oscillatory program has yet been identified to confirm the effectiveness of oscillation for balance ability and maximum muscle strength. We investigated the effects of an 8-week vibration exercise program on the maximum muscle strength and balance of the lower extremities. METHODS: Research subjects participating in the study were 22 male and female college students with no past history of diseases of the nervous or musculoskeletal systems. All subjects were randomly divided into two groups and performed their assigned experimental treatment 3 times a week over a period of 20 min for 8 weeks. Maximum strength of the quadriceps extension, flexion, and balance ability were measured using Biodex System 4 and Biodex balance systems. RESULTS: The 8-week oscillation program resulted in a significant increase in quadriceps extension and flexion strength in both male and female participants (p<.05). The balance ability also showed a significant improvement after the oscillation program (p<.05). The balance value was higher for male 17% than for female 21% (p<.05) participants. CONCLUSION: An 8-week oscillation program led to an increase in the strength of knee flexion and extension. The balance ability also improved significantly. This positive effect on balance ability was higher in female than in male subjects.

      • PNF 기법을 이용한 저항운동에 따른 노인의 상지 관절가동범위와 파악력 비교

        연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 PNF기법을 이용한 저항운동이 노인의 상지 관절가동범위와 파악력에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 부산의 N구, S구에 거주하는 65세 이상 75세 미만의 남·여 노인으로 총 30명을 무선배정 하였고, 피검자는 운동을 하는데 특별한 질환을 가지고 있지 않은 노인들을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. PNF운동그룹 15명 통제그룹 15명으로 각각 구분하였다. 기간은 4주간하였으며, 매주 1회 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 모든 통계학적 유의수준은 p<.05로 하였다. 연구결과: PNF기법을 이용한 운동프로그램을 실시한 운동그룹이 어깨관절의 굴곡 관절가동범위의 효과가 있음(p<.05)를 보여주었다. PNF기법을 이용한 운동프로그램을 실시한 운동그룹에서 운동 전 후악력에서는 유의한 차이가 있었으나, 통제그룹간의 차에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론: 본 연구결과 4주간 PNF기법을 이용한 저항운동을 시행한 PNF운동그룹의 어깨관절의 굴곡 관절가동범위가 통제그룹의 어깨관절의 굴곡 관절가동범위보다 크며 두 그룹 간 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 노인을 대상으로 PNF기법을 이용한 저항운동이 상지 관절가동범위 증가에 도움을 주는 것으로 보여 지며 PNF운동은 노인에게 적용할 수 있는 안전하고 효과적인 운동법이라고 사료된다. Objective: The purpose of this study was to figure out the elderly’s range of motion of the upper limbs and grasp power according to the resistance using PNF technique. Methods: First, a total of 65-to-75-year-old men and women residing in N and S districts in Busan were assigned wirelessly. The researcher than conducted the research on the elders who did not any diseases and problems for exercising, and divided them into two groups by having 15 elders in the PNF exercise group and another 15 in control group. The research period lasted for 4 weeks, measuring the elders once a week. The collected data was analyzed by using SPSS 18.00, and all statistical levels of significance was determined to be p<.05. Results: The exercise group that carried out an exercising program using the PNF technique demonstrated that the members’ shoulder joint curves had an effect of the range of motion (p<.05). In terms of the profiles before and after the workout, the exercise group with the program that employed the PNF had a noticeable different, but the control group did not. Conclusion: The research result showed that the motion range of curves of shoulder joints for the PNF exercise group that performed the resistance using the PNF technique for 4 weeks was greater than that of the control group’s motion range of the curves for shoulder joint; there was a noticeable difference between the two groups. Through the result above, it can be discerned that the resistance exercise using the PNF technique is more helpful to increase the motion range of the elderly’s upper limbs, and that PNF exercise can be considered to be a safe and effective way to be applied for elders.

      • 견관절 굴곡 각도가 남·녀 대학생의 악력 변화에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study's purpose is consideration about change of the hand grip strength according to different posture and shoulder flexion angle. The shoulder joint permits the greatest mobility and carries out the important function of stabilization for hand use. Hand grip activity is important to evaluate while assessing loads of shoulder in hand mobilities. Methods : Thirty(15 male, 15 female) college students with unknown shoulder dysfunction participated subject in five different positions of elbow extension with sitting and standing posture, different positions is followed : (1) shoulder $0^{\circ}$ flexion (2) shoulder $45^{\circ}$ flexion (3) shoulder $90^{\circ}$ flexion (4) shoulder $135^{\circ}$ flexion (5) shoulder $180^{\circ}$ flexion. Results : On the average, in the hand grip strength, the standing posture is higher than sitting posture. Sitting posture showed a most high level at the man's $0^{\circ}$ and woman's $135^{\circ}$. And standing posture showed a most high level at the man's $135^{\circ}$ and woman's $90^{\circ}$. Conclusion : The paired t-test was used to determine the different in grip strength between sitting and standing posture by shoulder angle change. There was no significant difference between the five position by sitting and standing posture. In man, correlation analysis revealed significant connection for all five position by sitting and standing posture. And in woman, correlation analysis revealed connection for all five position by sitting and standing posture.

        알루미늄용 저기포성 산성탈지제의 제조와 그의 탈지효과

        Low foaming acidic degreasing agent(LFADAs) were prepared by blending sorbitol, n-octanoic acid, MJU-100A, Tetronix T-701, Na-dioctyl sulfosuccinate, Demol C, and phosphoric acid. The physical properties of LFADAs tested with aluminum specimen showed the following results ; when 3wt% LFADA-6 was performed at 70℃, the degreasing rate was 95% which is comparitively good, and the percentage of etching was 0.275% which was found to be less than that of commercialized product. When 20wt% of LFADA-6 was added at 65℃, the percentage of derusting was 92% and the good defoaming effect proved by following low foaming power tests respectively : Ross and Miles, and Ross and Clark methods.

        알키드 변성폴리에스테르를 함유하는 2성분계 폴리우레탄 도료의 제조와 도막물성

        3,5,5-trimethylhexanoic acid(THA)와 트리메틸올프로판올 에스테르화시켜 중간생성물을 얻은 후, 중간생성물 속의 알키드 폴리올 성분인 THA의 함량을 10, 20, 30wt%로 변화시키면서 1,4-부탄디올, 트리메틸올프로판 및 아디프산과 축중합하여 알키드 변성폴리에스테르를 각각 합성하였다. 위에서 합성된 알키드 변성폴리에스테르에 폴리이소시아네이트쪽 성분인 Desmodur L-75와 블렌드하여 2성분계 폴리우레탄 도료를 제조하였다. 제조된 도료의 도막처리후의 제반 물성시험을 해 본 결과 3,5,5-trimethylhexanoic acid의 함량증가에 따라 8^-점의 높은 연화도, 2-3시간의 짧은 건조시간 및 18∼23시간의 긴 가사시간을 나타내어 알키드기의 장점이 일부 나타남을 확인하였다. Alkyd modified polyester was synthesized by the polycondensation of 1,4-butanediol, trimethylolpropane, adipic acid, and the intermediate obtained by the esterification of 3,5,5-trimethylhexanoic acid(THA) and trimethylolpropane, where the contents of THA as a component of alkyd polyol in the intermediate were changed according to 10, 20, and 30wt%, respectively. Two-component polyurethane coatings were prepared by blending the synthesized alkyd modified polyester with Desmodur L-75 as a component of polyisocyanate. Various tests for coating properties with the prepared coatings show that high fineness of grind of 8^-point, short drying time of 2∼3 hours, and long pot-life of 18-23 hours were observed with the content of 3,5,5-trimethylhexanoic acid.

        합성섬유용 방사유제의 제조에 관한 연구

        Spin finish(NSFs) for synthetic fiber were prepared. NSF-3 was proved to be the best spin finish by testing the properties and emulsion stability, etc. of NSFs. NSF-3 prepared by blending of spindle oil 70g, paraffin wax 10g, glyceryl mono-oleate 5g, POE(10) nonylphenyl ether 4g, POE(20) sorbitan tri-oleate 4g, Na-dioctyl sulfosuccinate 4g, antistatic agent 2g and water 1g was excellent in its characteristics. Optimum physical conditions of nylon filament treated with NSF-3 according to the number of revolution of oil roller were obtained at conditions of 5.5rpm in the number of revolution of oil roller, 1.21% of oil pick up, and denier 69.2D.

      • 운동선수들의 견관절 회전근 손상 이후 등속성 측정을 통한 원심성 근력운동의 효과

        Purpose: In this research, the properties of the shoulder joint were measured through eccentric resistive exercise with the patients who have rotator cuff tear of shoulder joints as the targets. Methods: 23 patients who have pain due to the rupture of rotator cuff on shoulder joints were selected and divided into Exercise group (12) and Control group (11). Two groups executed exercise for 30 minutes 3 days a week. Exercise group had executed eccentric resistive exercise, and the Control group executed Complex exercise. Results: In external rotation $180^{\circ}/s$, $240^{\circ}/s$, the Exercise group showed to be an average of 8% higher than the Control group. For Internal rotation $90^{\circ}/s$, $180^{\circ}/s$, $240^{\circ}/s$ the Exercise group showed to be an average of 30% higher that the Control group. Conclusion: To lessen the rupture of rotator cuff on shoulder joints, muscles strengthening is very important across various methods of eccentric exercise programs which are external/internal rotators of the shoulder joint needed for throwing. This is effective in preventing injury and improving rotation.

      • 철강용 알칼리 분말세정제의 제조 및 특성연구

        Alkaline powder cleaning agents(APCAs) were prepared by blending of Na₂CO₃tetrasodium pyrophosphate(TSPP), Newpol PE-68(PE_68), POE(6)-2-ethylhexyl ether(POE-6), Demol C, and MJU-100A. The physical properties of APCAs tested with steel specimen showed the following results. The cleaning powers of APCA-7(Na₂CO₃240g/ TSPP 120g/ PE-68 90g/ POE-6 90g/ Demol C 30g/ MJU-100A 30g mixture) for press-rust preventing oil was 94% and 96% degreasing at 2wt%, 70℃ and 90℃, respectively; for quenching oil, the cleaning power of APCA-7 was 95% degreasing at 2wt% and 70℃. From these results, it was ascertained that APCA-7 exhibited a good cleaning power. Also low foaming power tests proved that the APCA-7 maintained good defoaming effect.
