        전라북도 OEM업체들의 Global Digital Switch 전략

        Recently, Digital Switch has risen as one of the important issues on which academic and industrial world focus in order to bring organizational transformation to a company that wants to adapt itself to the rapidly changing business environment. However, the discussion in the Digital Switch has been so much concentrated in the study of each static system, model of their performance and the development of monitoring each of them, that only few theoretical research has been carried out on the dynamic process of how each system in the organization experienced the change in terms of the level of digital transformation that can occur in the whole organization facing the change of digital environment. Therefore this thesis aims to develop a new model & strategy of switching to global digital by OEM companies in Jeonlabuk-do that enables us to check out and predict the Digital Switch progress. This model is the first Digital Switch process evaluation intended for empirical study, especially by integrating the many indices that have not been examined empirically by the existing studies. We expect that the results from this research will help corporate e-business strategy planners to devise and analyze the Digital Switch strategies effectively by recognizing the companies’ current situation in comparison with their previous and other firms’ level, respectively.

        Global e-Port 구현을 위한 model 硏究

        "Informatization" which is the capital paradigm of 21C requires ports in the world to renew as Informatization ports called e-port that is on the On-line flow coming up with Internet and Network. Thus, the efficient management of e-port causes the main issues that not only effect the survival and growth of ports but also exert new opportunities and fatal threats on them.<br/> <br/> Therefore, in order to complete e-port, ports need hubs model that comprises 'various network' and 'on/off-line marketing paradigm'. The more trade dependence and sea-transport importance is high, the more the countries need to achieve e-port. To solve this e-port issue and its subjects such as hubs model, it can be the best start-point that we establish the right B2B hub model that combines all sectors such as ports, sea transportation, insurance, finance & settlement, customs clearance etc. and progresses rationally and smoothly. This thesis focused on B2B trade regarding hubs model to achieve global e-port mechanism.<br/> <br/> The analysis of this thesis presents 'concern factors when designing e-port', 'Website strategies (6C) of Global e-port' etc. and suggests 'Meta e-ports model' by those presented issues. Next thesis is needed for substantial, systemic, and technical problems or bottlenecks on the application of global e-port in details.

        μ 시대에 대응하는 항만의 μ-Port Cluster 구축 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to give some countermeasures for modeling μ-Port Cluster by adopting a ubiqutous technology to port industry as the cluster theory emerged newly into the key platform of the industrial and regional development policy in developed countries. The importance of μ-Port Cluster has day by day grown as the following 5 reasons have been turned up; ⅰ) changing of the basis for port operating strategies from port-oriented function which has the nodal point of international trade in the past to logistics-oriented function which has the logistics platform of international production and supply chain in the future, ⅱ) changing of the competition patterns between ports from each port separately in the past to on network in the future, ⅲ) changing of the logistics system of global companies in the outsourcing and SCM strategies, ⅳ) diffusion of ubiquitous system into international trade, ⅴ) formation of port community. In order to make the μ-Port Cluster strategy succeed, the government authority for port policy should have the following functions or measures ; ⅰ) being in possession of the mind for μ-Port cluster on the industrial policy, ⅱ) preparing the infrastructures for the formation of μ-Port Cluster, ⅲ) promoting the necessity of μ-Port Cluster and preparing the function of cluster manager who mediates concerns between constituents of μ-Port cluster at the early stage, ⅳ) making the two-top system of approach method between old port and new port when introducing μ-Port Cluster, ⅴ) establishing the mid & long-term μ-Port vision, ⅵ) performing state-running mediation function for promoting and developing the μ-Port Cluster.

        한ㆍ중 소비자들에 대한 복제품 구매요인이 복제품 만족과 후회에 미치는 영향에 관한 비교연구

        There has been a gradual increase in distribution of counterfeit products and resulting damage cases from companies and consumers. It examines which antecedent variables have significant effects on consumer perceived satisfaction or regret. To test the related hypotheses, such antecedent variables as the utilitarian value, the hedonic value, legal regulations, and ethical mentality of consumers were examined and also did whether these factors have differences between Korean and Chinese consumers. Findings from the empirical analysis are as follows. First, Korean and Chinese consumers’ perceived utilitarian value and hedonic value in counterfeit products in contrast to original products are found to have a positive influence on consumer perceived satisfaction with counterfeits while they have a negative influence on consumer perceived regret with counterfeits. Second, in the case of Korean consumers, the hypothesis that legal regulations on counterfeit products will influence the degree of regret with counterfeit products has been rejected. And it is found that the more ethical Korean consumers are, the more regretful for their post purchase they feel. Third, in the case of Chinese consumers, the hypothesis that legal regulations and ethical on counterfeit products will influence the degree of regret with counterfeit products has been rejected. Therefore, it can be said that the results in this paper provide significant implications for government policy, legal regulation and enforcement, and some need for a change in consumer consciousness and attitude as well as for marketing strategies of Korean and Chinese famous brand manufacturing companies.

        글로벌 on-line 거래에서의 디지털 商品에 대한 關稅賦課의 모델과 평가

        This paper focuses on the phenomenon that international payment system is essential as reverse action of delivery or supply of digital goods in global transactions. In order to impose the customs duties on imported goods in global on-line transactions, the imposition of tariff by tracing the payment process when business transaction is occurring is recommended. The purpose of this study is to review the countermeasures for effective tariff imposition system by using the model of the main payment tools in global transactions. Some models reviewed in this paper are as follows : ⅰ) a model of withholding taxes at the source by the credit company ⅱ) a model of self declaration by the importer ⅲ) a model of registering by overseas company ⅳ) a model of negotiating after the taxation at the export country This study is different from existing preceding research at the point of view of presenting 4 models and doing appraisal by each model. It should be done more in depth and various study on the model of the tariff imposition system about the models reviewed at this paper. Systematic and reasonable alternatives which are actually adoptable at the system should also be studied and examined carefully. Because it is required that tariff imposition system on the digital goods should be harmonized with that of traditional business in order to obtain effectiveness and rightfulness, and especially, in order to get justness for the imposition a tariff on digital goods, the process of tax imposition should be predictable and be sure to get the fairness by enhancing the equilibrium, impartiality and transparency.

      • 국제해상운송상 선박우선특권에 관한 연구

        선박의 담보제도에는 선박우선특권과 선박저당권을 들 수 있다. 이 글에서는 선박우선특권을 중심으로 국제조약, 현행상법상의 규정 및 입법배경을 살피고 1993년 신조약 성립에 따른 개정방향도 간단히 언급하고자 한다. 선박우선특권은 특정한 조건만 충족되면 발생하는 법정담보물권이다. 문제는 이 우선특권이 선박저당권에 앞서서 적용이 되기 때문에 정당하고 합법적인 공시절차를 거친 선박저당권(선박은 워낙 고가이기 때문에 육상의 부동산처럼 선박에 대해서도 약정 담보물권인 저당권을 설정하는 것이 해상관습이다)자의 권리를 침해한다는 것이다. 이에 이 글은 선박우선특권의 합리성에 대해 고찰하고 현행상법에서 삭제될 부분도 언급하고 있다. 그러나 해상운송의 특성상 선박우선특권은 인정되지 않을 수 없는 제도이다. 다만 문제는 그 범위를 어떻게 축소·조정하느냐인 것이다. 현행 우리상법은 1926년 조약을 중심으로 입법하고 있으나 1993년 조약을 수용하여야 할 것으로 보인다. 그러나 이는 각국의 이해관계가 얽힌 문제로 각국의 수용방안을 고려하여 우리도 입법의 방향을 잡아야 할 것이다. Generally, Marine Enterprise has given its ship as security system for Maritime Lien and Ship Mortgage. Maritime Lien affords to with the assent of international a signatory country. But maritime lien is always put before the other security system(for example - ship mortgage). This paper deals with Maritime Lien and try to research into matter throughly. This paper take a good look at provision with the Commercial Law and refer to improvement it. It suggests the reasonable law-making direction. Therefore no matter what, Maritime Lien will curtail of proper compass except necessary part. however, That matter related to not only our country problem but each country. So, we must watch every country.
