In this paper, the effect of steel fibers in RC beam-column joints subjected to cyclic loads has been studied. The addition of steel fibers to a RC structure is known to change from brittle to ductile behavior and to form more homogeneous material in concrete. The use of steel fibers in RC beam-column joints overcome some difficulties of a complicated joint construction and also predict the improvement of seismic performance in the joint. To investigate the seismic behavior characteristics of SFRC beam-column joint under cyclic loading, six half-scale specimens designed according to seismic details was tested. The variables studied in this investigation are reinforcing bar details of joint and steel fiber volume fraction (0, 1.0, and 1.5%).
불평형 회전체의 동적평형 방법에 대한 실험적 연구 -Seven Run Method를 이용하여-

본 연구에서는 동적평형 방법을 이용하여 두 지지축대에 설치된 불평형 회전체의 평형을 바로 잡았으며, seven run method를 이용하여 보정질량을 산출하였다. 또한 평형잡이 전후 진동의 감쇠를 조사하였다. 실험결과 두 지지축대에서 측정된 진동의 진폭은 불평형 질량에 비례함을 확인하였으며, 위상각 측정없이 진동의 진폭 측정만을 필요로 하는 seven run method가 동적평형 방법으로 유효함을 입증하였다. In this study, the unbalanced rigid rotor mounted on two pedestals is balanced u. ng the dynamic balancing procedure, and the compensating masses are estimated by the seven run method. Also, the reductions of vibration level are examined, before and after balancing procedures. In the experimental results, it is shown that the vibration amplitudes measured at the two pedestals are proportional to the unbalanced mass. The seven run method which requires measurement of vibration amplitudes only and not vibration phase angle is proved markedly useful in consideration of the dynamic balancing procedure.
보-기둥 접합부에서 강섬유보강 콘크리트의 효율성에 관한 연구

For the sufficient strength and ductile behavior of RC beam-column joints, closely-spaced lateral confinement reinforcement is required by seismic design codes. However, such seismic design often hinders the economic efficiency and constructability of a structure. The use of steel fibers in RC beam-column joints can improve the cost effectiveness and overcome fabrication complications, such as congested reinforcement details and associated poor concrete placement, without altering its seismic performance. To investigate the effect of steel fibers in RC beam-column joints, an experimental study was carried out under seismic loading conditions. A total of six half-scale joint specimens with seismic details or replacing steel fibers were subjected to three reversed cycles at each drift level up to 6% lateral drift ratio. The variables studied in this investigation are the joint transverse reinforcement amount and steel fiber volume fraction (0, 1, and 1.5%). The results of tests show that lateral load capacity, energy dissipation capacity, shear strength and ductility, and drift capacity are improved with the application of steel fibers of 1.5% but with the same configuration for the rest of the details. Also, a detailed analysis of both global and local data reveals the possibility of substituting steel fibers for some of the transverse reinforcement.
DLTS에 의한 열처리시킨 HB-GaAs에서의 깊은준위

Deep levels in horizontal Bridgman(HB) undoped GaAs were investigated by DLTS system personally manufactured. In as grown sample, three electron traps of which activation energies are T1(E?-0.32eV), T2(E?-0.54eV) and T3(E?-0.82eV) were observed. As sample was annealed at 650℃, T3 level was separated into T3?(E?-0.74eV) and T3 level. When sample was annealed at 800℃, only T3* level was observed. For sample annealed at 900℃, T3* and T3 level were observed. From these results, EL2's origin is very complicated complex and explanation is very difficult, but the model of As??-V??-A??-V?? is enough to explain the EL2's behavior of annealing temperature.

In structure, Efficiency of structure itself and operation efficiency are reduced by the noise radiated from vibration. In this paper, The vibration of plate and its sound radiation are studied. The measured value of odd mode is not corresponded to the theoratical value because its nodal lines pass through the excitation point. But, the measured value of even mode is corresponded to theoratical value. When the plate was excited by frenquency with two modes, the very complexed sound-radiation-mode was observed due to the coupling effect of two modes.
DLTS에 의한 LPE GaAs 및 Al0.32Ga0.68As의 깊은준위 조사

Deep levels in liquid phase epitaxy(LPE) GaAs and Al??Ga??As were investigated by deep level transient spectroscopy(DLTS) method. In LPE n-GaAs, The main electron trap observed was the T1(EL2) at Ec-0.82eV. For Al???Ga???As, two electron traps T2(Ec-0.32eV) and T3(Ec-0.82eV) were observed. The origins of EL2(Tl or T3) and DX center(T2) are As??-V?? complex and donor complex related impurity, respectively. After annealing at 795℃, the peak at low temperature decreased but peak at high temperature had broad shape and increased. The level observed at high temperature is EL2 family.
Butane gas가 흰쥐 혈청과 조직의 Lactatedehydrogenase 및 Cholinesterase에 미치는 영향

Acute poisoning with organic solvents and other volatile compounds now usually follows deliberate inhalation (volatile substance abuse) or ingestion of these compounds. The effect of butane gas inhalation was analyzed for serum, liver, brain, lung and muscle. And the observations are revealed on rat cholinesterase activity, lactatedehydrogenase activity and electrophoretic pattern of lactatedehydrogenase isozyme. The results are as follows: 1. The rat cholinesterase activity on serum, liver and muscle show the decreased by increasing of inhalation time of butane gas in particular the lung cholinesterase activity was greatly affected. 2. Butane gas inhalation brought out the lactatedehydrogenase activity increased of the serum and the tissues and had an important effect especially in both the liver and muscle lactatedehydrogenase activities. 3. Each tissue was found to have a characteristic distribution of lactatedehydrogenase isozymes on celluloseacetate electrophoresis and the development of inhalation time is shown the disappearance and diffusion of band. The toxicity of butane gas inhalation was most prominence in the liver and lung toxicity was occurred also.
