풍력발전기용 베어링 가공을 위한 복합수직선반은, 이미 유럽 및 구미에서 양산에 돌입하여 2㎿급 풍력기용 베어링과 Tower flange를 생산 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 이에 대응함은 물론, 향후 3~5년 후에 양산체제에 돌입할 것으로 예상되는 5MW급 발전기의 베어링에 대응 가능하도록 최대 가공경이 5M에 이르는 대형 공작물의 고정도 , 고속 가공기 개발함에 그 목적이 있다. 본지에서는, 이론적 해석을 통한 최적 구조설계에 대해서 논하겠다.

Recently, the demands of the large scale machine tools gradually increase to machine the large parts, such as large scale crankshaft, yaw and pitch bearings for the wind power generator and the vehicle or aircraft components. But the high technology is necessary in order to develop the huge machine tools. Furthermore, the global market of it has been monopolized by a few company. So, we need to develop the large scale machine tools and study it's core technology to rush into the increasing market. In this study, we carried out the researches for the important core technology of a multi-tasking machine tool; a multi-tasking machine tool for large scale marine engine crankshaft, multi-tasking vertical lathe for windmill parts, and large scale 5-axis machine tool of gantry type for multi-task machining.

This paper introduces manufacturing technologies for each of the 3 different kind of large scale multi-tasking machine tools; for special examples, a multi-tasking machine tool for large scale marine engine crankshaft, a multi-tasking vertical lathe for windmill parts, and a large scale 5-axis machine tool of gantry type for multi-task machining to machine highly precision large parts.

General portal machine represents a distinct weak spot concerning their structural behavior because of long protruding structure components, such as saddle & ram. TCP was chosen as a reference point for evaluating the contortion effect of Crossrail. The structural analysis of two cases were performed and the displacement of the TCP were compared. The purpose of this study is to minimize contortion through design improvement of crossrail.

This study was undertaken to elucidate the status of trematodes infection at the several localities along the Gagok Stream-side area, Wondeog Eup, Samcheok Gun, Gangwon Do, Korea from February 1985 to July 1986. A total of 2,195 snails was examined for cercaria, and individuals 74(3.4%) were infected with cecaria of trematoda: Cercaria nipponensis, cercaria of Metagonimus yokogawai, M.takahashii and Pseudexorchis major. A total of 105fishes, 10species, 6families was examined for metacercaria, and 4fished (4%), 3 species, 3families were infected with metacercaria of Metagonimus yokogawai, M.takahashii and hasegawa A. A total of 1,014 crayfishes was examind, only one crayfish was positive with metacercaria of Paragonimus westermani. The parasite eggs and cysts from domestic animals (11cats and 13dogs) were found Paragonimus westermani, Dihpyllobothrium spp., Toxocara cati, Toxocara canis and Iso pora rivolta.
