경찰의 사기관리에 관한 실증적 연구- 조직문화를 중심으

This study‘s purpose is to confirm about effect of organizational culture on morale in korean police. To accomplish this study's aim, firstly, I examined theories and proceeded studies which is related to organizational culture and morale in korean police. And I establish range of police organizational culture to attain aim of community policing. I used Hofstede's questionnaire which is adjusted for police organization. Also, about police officers' morale, I used Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire. But I excluded a higher office, promotion, salary because I want to find not detailed police officers' morale but overall police officers' morale. Questionnaire in this study, used Likert's 5 scale. And, in this study, Statistical analysis is used SPSS WIN Ver 10.0 which is generally used Statistical package program. In document review, I examined definition of organizational culture and subculture, it's type, it's influence factor, and relationship between organizational culture and subculture. And then, as theoretical basement to complete actual survey, I explain characteristics of police organizational culture and contents of morale management. 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 경찰관들의 사기가 조직의 효과성을 결정하는 중요한 요인 중에 하나이며, 사기에 영향을 주는 많은 영향요인 중에서 경찰조직문화가 큰 영향을 주고 있다는 전제하에서 조직문화 분석을 통하여 경찰의 사기관리방안을 모색해 보는데 있다. 이를 위하여 우선, 경찰조직문화와 사기와 관련된 이론 및 선행연구들을 정리하였다. 경찰조직문화는 지역사회경찰활동을 수행하기에 적합한 조직문화의 방향을 설정하고, Hofstede가 연구하였던 조직문화 내용을 경찰조직에 맞게 수정하여 과정지향성, 인력지향성, 전문성, 개방성, 자율성, 실용성의 정도를 변수로 구성하여 살펴보았고, 경찰관들의 사기와 관련해서는 미네소타 직무만족 설문지(Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire)의 내용을 중심으로 상사, 승진, 보수와 이를 제외한 요소들을 직무만족으로 묶어서 이에 대한 만족도를 살펴보았다.실증조사의 이론적 기초로서 경찰조직문화의 특성과 사기관리의 내용을 여러 학자들의 견해를 제시하여 설명하였으며, 이러한 일련의 선행연구의 검토를 기초로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 전북지방경찰청 소속의 경찰관들을 대상으로 경무, 생활안전, 수사, 형사, 경비, 교통, 정보, 보안 등의 경과별, 순경, 경장, 경사, 경위, 경감, 경정 등의 계급별, 지구대, 경찰서, 지방청 등의 소속별로 대상집단을 구분하여 설문조사(questionnaire survey)를 실시하였다. 실증조사를 통해 회수된 자료는 SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) WIN 10.0 프로그램을 사용하여 설문을 분석하였다.

This study was undertaken to elucidate the status of trematodes infection at the several localities along the Gagok Stream-side area, Wondeog Eup, Samcheok Gun, Gangwon Do, Korea from February 1985 to July 1986. A total of 2,195 snails was examined for cercaria, and individuals 74(3.4%) were infected with cecaria of trematoda: Cercaria nipponensis, cercaria of Metagonimus yokogawai, M.takahashii and Pseudexorchis major. A total of 105fishes, 10species, 6families was examined for metacercaria, and 4fished (4%), 3 species, 3families were infected with metacercaria of Metagonimus yokogawai, M.takahashii and hasegawa A. A total of 1,014 crayfishes was examind, only one crayfish was positive with metacercaria of Paragonimus westermani. The parasite eggs and cysts from domestic animals (11cats and 13dogs) were found Paragonimus westermani, Dihpyllobothrium spp., Toxocara cati, Toxocara canis and Iso pora rivolta.

NLP 집단상담 프로그램이 직장인의 심리적 소진(burnout)과 정서에 미치는 효과: 기업체 보험설계사를 중심으로

본 연구는 NLP 집단상담 프로그램이 직장인들의 심리적 소진과 정서에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울시 지역에 소재한 보험설계사 40명을 대상으로 실험집단 20명과 통제집단 20명으로 무선 배정하였고, 실험집단은 NLP 집단상담 프로그램을 주 1회 2시간씩, 총 8회기를 실시하여 무처치 통제집단과 비교하였다. 연구방법은 프로그램 실시에 따른 처치효과를 검증하기 위하여 프로그램 실시 전 사전검사, 실시 후 사후검사를 시행하여 t-test와 혼합변량분석(Mixed ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, NLP 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 심리적 소진 수준이 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 하위요인별로 정서적 소진, 개인적 성취감결여, 비인격화 등에서 측정시기와 집단의 상호작용 효과는 모두 유의하였다. 둘째, NLP 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 정적 정서는 통제집단에 비해 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, NLP 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 부적 정서 수준이 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 NLP 집단상담 프로그램이 직장인의 심리적 소진 해소와 정서 향상에 효과적임을 시사해 주고 있다. 논의에서는 연구 결과의 의의와 한계점 및 추후 연구 방향에 대해 제시하였다. The study want to study the effects of NLP group counseling program on official worker``s emotional burnout and their emotion. The objects of the study were selected 40 life planners in Seoul by random sampling; 20 for controlled group and 20 for experimental group. NLP group counseling was carried out to the experimental group for 2 hours a week, 8 sessions in total and it was compared with the untreated controlled group. T- test and Mixed ANOVA were used in the surveys before and after the program as methods of research to verify the curative effectiveness of the program. The results of this study were as following. First, the level of burnout was decreased significantly in the experimental group participating in NLP group counseling more than in controlled group. In the sub factors like emotional exhaustion, the lack of sense of personal accomplishment and depersonalization, effects on interaction between measuring time and group were all significant. Second, the positive affect in the experimental group participating in NLP group counseling was not significant more than in the controlled group. Third, negative affect levels of the experimental group participating in NLP group counseling were significantly decreased more than those of the controlled group. The results of this study suggested that NLP group counseling was effective in solution of burnout of official workers and their emotional improvement. The significance and the limitation in the results of this study and the direction of research were presented in the discussion.

This study focuses on a child sexual abuse victimization. The purpose of this study was to investigate the real condition of child sexual abuse victimization. The main finding was that child sexual abuse is some significant factors compare to the other child abuse. To analysis of real condition of child sexual abuse victimization in korean society, I examined precedent studies and used secondary data which is related child sexual abuse.

풍력발전기용 베어링 가공을 위한 복합수직선반은, 이미 유럽 및 구미에서 양산에 돌입하여 2㎿급 풍력기용 베어링과 Tower flange를 생산 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 이에 대응함은 물론, 향후 3~5년 후에 양산체제에 돌입할 것으로 예상되는 5MW급 발전기의 베어링에 대응 가능하도록 최대 가공경이 5M에 이르는 대형 공작물의 고정도 , 고속 가공기 개발함에 그 목적이 있다. 본지에서는, 이론적 해석을 통한 최적 구조설계에 대해서 논하겠다.
