        간호장교의 감정노동과 업무스트레스가 신체화 증상에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to identify the influence of emotional labor and job stress on somatization symptoms of the nurse officers. Methods : The participants were 183 nurse officers. Data were collected using a questionnaire which consisted of 9 questions about emotional labor(Kim, 1998), 61 questions regarding job stress(Nam, 2006), and 12 questions related to somatization symptoms(Oh, 2008; Shin & Kang, 2011). Results : The mean score for emotional labor, job stress, and somatization symptoms were 3.17±.57, 3.05±.37, and 1.57±.47, respectively. There were significant correlations among somatization symptoms, emotional labor, and job stress. Furthermore, there was a significant correlation between emotional labor and job stress. The construction of a stepwise multiple regression model revealed R2 of 0.259 with emotional labor and job stress serving as the major predictor variables for somatization symptoms. Conclusion : Although nurse officers have less somatization symptoms, emotional labor and job stress are major influencing factors on somatization symptoms. Therefore, it is necessary to invent a developing program that can reduce somatization symptoms by controling emotional labor and job stress.

        풍력발전기용 베어링 가공을 위한 복합수직선반은, 이미 유럽 및 구미에서 양산에 돌입하여 2㎿급 풍력기용 베어링과 Tower flange를 생산 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 이에 대응함은 물론, 향후 3~5년 후에 양산체제에 돌입할 것으로 예상되는 5MW급 발전기의 베어링에 대응 가능하도록 최대 가공경이 5M에 이르는 대형 공작물의 고정도 , 고속 가공기 개발함에 그 목적이 있다. 본지에서는, 이론적 해석을 통한 최적 구조설계에 대해서 논하겠다.

        백작약 조다당분획에 의한 B 세포 증식의 특성

        Background : Paeonia japonica Miyabe is a medicinal plant which has been widely used as a component of blood-building decoctions (Chinese medicinal concept : Bu-Xie). The immunopharmacological characteristics of the extract of Paeonia japonica (PJ) were investigated. Methods : The effects of fractions of PJ extract on lymphocyte proliferation were measured by $H^3$-thymidine incorporation assay. The proliferated lymphocyte subsets were analyzed in flow cytometry. The subset cell populations of spleen cells were separated by magnetic cell separation system, and their proliferation by the extract were investigated. The effect of the extract on antibody production was determined in mice challenged with sheep red blood cells (SRBC) using hemolytic plaque forming cell assay. Results : Spleen cells were proliferated by water extract of PJ. Polysaccharide fraction (PJ-P) of the extract was most active in the proliferation. It was found in flow cytometry that the lymphocyte subset proliferated by PJ-P was B cell population. Among the separated subset cell populations, T cell-depleted cell population and macrophage-depleted cell population were most proliferated by PJ-P. However, positively selected populations of B cells and T cells were not proliferated by PJ-P. These results indicate that B cell proliferation by PJ-P may require the assistance of macrophages or T cells. These results suggest that firstly PJ-P may stimulate macrophages or T cells, and then B cells are activated. The number of antibody-secreting cells was increased by administration of PJ-P in mice immunized with SRBC as a T-dependent antigen. Conclusion : These results suggest that macrophages and accessory cells are directly activated by PJ-P and then helper T cells and B cells are indirectly activated. As the results, immune responses might be coordinately improved. In conclusion, PJ-P, a polysaccharide of P. japonica, may be a characteristic immunostimulator, which is analogous to polysaccharides such as lentinan, PSK and ginsan.

        다목적실용위성시스템 개발 사업은 다중 임무를 수행하는 저궤도 위성 및 관제시스템, 수신처리시스템 등의 지상국을 개발하는 사업이다. 첫 다목적실용위성시스템 개발 사업은 1999 년에 성공리에 마무리되어 1999 년 12 월에 발사된 다목적실용위성 1 호는 현재 그 임무를 충실하게 수행하며 순항 중이다. 다목적실용위성 2 호 시스템 개발사업은 2000 년에 시작되어 위성 및 지상국의 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 다목적실용위성 2 호를 감시하고 제어할 관제시스템은 S/W 재사용성을 향상시키기 위하여 객체지향설계기법을 사용하여 설계되었다. KOrea Multi Purpose SATellite (KOMPSAT) project is a series of development of LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellite with multiple missions and its ground stations which are MCE (Mission Control Element) and IRPE (Image Reception and Processing Element). The first KOMPSAT (KOMPSAT-1) project is successfully completed in 1999, and the satellite, which was launched in December of 1999, is currently performing its mission very successfully with the support and control from MCE. Starting from the tear 2000, the development of KOMPSAT-2 and its ground control system is on the way. For the development of Mission Control Element which will monitor and control KOMPSAT-2, object oriented design method is applied to increase the reusability.
