        노년기 우울증 환자의 수면의 질 저하가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        Objectives More than half of the elders suffer from chronic sleep disturbances. Moreover, sleep disturbances are more prevalent in patients with depressive disorder than in community dwelling elderly. In this study, we aim to estimate the risk factors of poor sleep quality and its effect on quality of life in patients with late life depression. Methods This study included 159 depressive patients aged 65 years or older who completed Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). A global PSQI score of 5 or greater indicates a poor sleeper. Structural diagnostic interviews were performed using the Korean version of Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI). Depression was evaluated by the Korean form of Geriatric Depression Scale (KGDS). Global cognition was assessed by Mini-Mental State Examination in the Korean version of the Consortium to Establish a Registry for Alzheimer's Disease assessment packet. Quality of life was evaluated by the Korean version of Short-Form 36-Item Health Survey (SF-36). Results The frequencies of poor sleepers were 90.5% in major depressive disorder, 71.8% in minor depressive disorder, 47.1% in subsyndromal depressive disorder, and 73.0% in all types of depressive disorders. Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that female [odds ratio (OR) = 2.83, 95% confidence interval (CI) = 1.20-6.67] and higher KGDS score (OR = 1.13, 95% CI = 1.05-1.21) were risk factors of poor sleep quality in patients with late life depression. In the analysis of ANCOVA adjusted for age, gender, education and KGDS score, the mean scores of vitality mental health and mental component summary of SF-36 were lower in poor sleepers than in good sleepers. Conclusions Poor sleepers among patients with late life depression are very common and are associated with female and higher KGDS scores. Poor sleep quality causes a significant negative effect on mental health quality. So researchers and clinicians should be more vigilant in the evaluation and treatment of sleep disturbances in patients with late life depression.

      • HBM ESD 현상의 혼합모드 과도해석

        2차원 소자 시뮬레이터를 이용하는 혼합모드 과도해석을 통해, NMOS 트랜지스터를 ESD 보호용 소자로 사용하는 CMOS 칩에서의 HBM ESD 현상에 대한 과도해석 방법론을 제시하고 HBM 방전 미케니즘에 대해 상세히 분석하였고, 보호용 소자 내에서의 2차항복 현상을 성공적으로 시뮬레이션하여 소자 파괴에 이르는 미케니즘을 설명하였다., 보호용 소자 구조의 변화가 방전 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 DC 해석 결과와 혼합모드 과도해석 결과를 비교 분석하였고, 분석 결과를 근거로 하여 HBM ESD에 보다 견고한 보호용 소자의 구조 설계에 대해 논의하였다. Based on mixed-mode transient analyses utilizing a 2-dimensional device simulator, we have suggested the methodology to analyze the HBM ESD phenomena in CMOS chips utilizing NMOS transistors for ESD protection, and have analyzes the HBM discharge mechanisms in detail. Also the second breakdown characteristics in the protection device have been successfully simulated based on mixed-mode simulations, to explain the discharge mechanisms leading to device failure. To analyze the effects of the device structure changes on the discharge characteristics, we have compared the results of DC analyses and mixed-mode transient analyses, and have discussed about more robust designs of NMOS transistor structures against HBM ESD based on the analyses.

        최근 단체급식을 하는 학교나 식당에서 집단 식중독이 발생했다는 뉴스를 종종 접하게 된다. 아이들이 즐겨먹는 불량식품도 식중독의 주요 원인이다. 식중독은 단일 질환명은 아니다. 어떤 미생물 혹은 화학물질에 오염된 음식물을 먹은 후 단시간 내에 배가 아프면서 구토, 설사 등의 증상을 보이는 질환을 묶어서 식중독이라 한다. 식중독은 조금만 주의를 기울이면 손쉽게 예방할 수 있는 질환이다. 어린이들의 건강한 여름나기를 위해 식중독의 증상과 예방법에 대해 알아보자.

      • CDM ESD 현상의 혼합모드 과도해석

        2차원 소자 시뮬레이터를 사용하는 혼합모드 과도해석 방법을 제시하여, NMOS 트랜지스터를 ESD 보호용 소자로 사용하는 CMOS 칩에서의 충전소자모델(CDM) ESD 현상에 대한 분석을 시도하였다. 과도해석 결과의 분석을 통해 CDM 방전 경우 소자 파괴에 이르는 미케니즘에 대해 상세히 설명하였고 충전전기의 극성에 따른 방전 특성의 차이점도 비교 분석하였다. CDM 방전에서 가장 문제가 되는 입력버퍼의 게이트 산화막 파괴문제와 관련하여 배선저항 값의 변화에 의한 영향을 검토하였고, 입력버퍼회로 보호용 NMOS 트랜지스터의 추가에 의한 방전 특성의 변화에 대해 조사하였다. By suggesting a mixed-mode transient simulation method utilizing a 2-dimensional device simulator, we have analyzed CDM ESD Phenomena in CMOS chips, which utilize NMOS transistors as ESD protection devices. By analyzing the simulation results, the mechanisms leading to device failures in CDM discharge and the differences in discharge characteristics with different polarities of stored charges have been explained in detail. The effects of changes in interconnection resistance values on the gate-oxide failure at input buffers, which is the most serious problem in CDM discharge, have been examined. Also improvements in discharge characteristics with addition of the NMOS transistor for input-buffer protection have been examined.

        테이프 캐스팅법에 의한 MCFC Anode용 Ni-WC 박판 제조

        MCFC 작동온도인 $650^{\circ}C$에서 음극의 creep과 소결에 의한 구조적 변형을 막기 위해 기계적 합금법에 의한 Ni-WC분말을 합금화하여 변형에 대한 저항성을 증대시키고자 하였다. 80시간동안 어트리션 밀링을 실시한 분말은 XRD 분석결과 결정규칙이 파괴된 비정질 상을 보였다. 제조된 분말은 적당한 점도의 슬러리로 제조후 테이프 캐스팅법에 의해 green sheet를 제조하였다. 제조된 박판의 두께는 0.9mm였고, 평균 기공 크기는 $3~5{\mu\textrm{m}}$, 기공율은 55%였다. 소결체의 XRD 분석결과 2차성은 생성되지 않았으며, SEM 및 dot-Mapping image를 통해 Ni matrix 안에 W 입자가 미세하고 균일하게 분포되어 있어 고용강화 및 분산강화를 통해 Ni 음극의 기계적 특성을 향상시킬 것으로 기대된다. By the mechanical alloying method. Ni-WC composite materials were prepared to improve the deformation-resistance for creep and sintering of Ni-anode at the operating temperature of $650^{\circ}C$. Mechanically alloyed powder w was initially fabricated by ball milling for 80hr, and then amorphization was occurred by the destruction of ordered crystals based on XRD analysis. In order to investigate the electrochemical performance and sheet characteristics of Ni-WC anode, tape casting process was adopted. Finally, the obtained sheet thickness of Ni- we after sintering at $1180^{\circ}C$ for 60 minutes in $H_2$ atmosphere was O.9mm and the average pore size was $3~5{\mu\textrm{m}}$ with porosities of 55%. The second phase was not observed in Ni- W matrix while W particles were finely and uniformly distributed in Ni matrix. This fine and uniform distributed W particles in Ni matrix are expected to enhance the mechanical properties of Ni anode through the dispersion and solid solution hardening mechanisms.

        이산시간 비 최소위상 시스템의 직접적응 극배치 및 정정도에 관한 연구

        This paper presents a direct adaptive poleplacement control scheme which is applicable to discrete-time non-minimum phase systems. It is proved that by this scheme the poles can be placed at the desired locations and the overall state vector of the system is uniformly bounded if the reference input is sufficiently rich, and also proved that in case of insufficiently rich reference input the overall system can still be stabilized though the poles may not be placed exactly at the desired locations. The effectiveness of this scheme is verified by digital computer simulations.

        엔티티-릴레이션쉽 모델을 사용한 TDX-10 CCITT No.7 신호메시지 전달시스팀의 자료구조 설계

        TDX-10 교환기에 실현될 CCITT No.7 시스팀 중 MTP 서브시스팀 설계를 위한 예비 연구로서 블럭별 자료구조를 설계하였다. 본고에서는 자료구조 설계방법은 관계형 데이터 베이스 설계 개념을 응용하여 데이터의 조작 및 관리가 용이한 자료구조의 설계 방법을 제시하였으며, 특히 Entity-Relationship 데이터 모델을 이용하여 개념 데이터 모델을 설정하고 이로부터 제3규정형 형태의 관계형 자료구조를 도출하였다.

        효소제를 사용한 개량식고추장의 숙성과정 중 휘발성 향기성분의 특성

        Kochujang was prepared for this study with raw material inoculated by commercial enzyme of amylase and protease. Volatile compounds of Kochujang were analyzed using a purge and trap method during fermentation and identified with GC-MSD. Total 54 kinds of volatile flavor components like 16 kinds of alcohol, 16 kinds of ester, 7 kinds of acid, 4 kinds of aldehyde, 2 kinds of alkane, 1 kind of benzene, 3 kinds of ketone, 1 kind of alkene, 2 kind of amine, 1 kind of phenol, other 1 were found. Total number of volatile flavor detected right after manufacturing were 23 kinds like 3 kinds of alcohol, 6 kinds of ester, 3 kinds of aldehyde. After 30 days storage, total number of volatile flavor went up to 31 kinds with addition of 4 kinds of alcohol, 1 kind of ester. The total number of volatile flavor after 120 days storage were increased to 49 kinds. Volatile flavor compounds detected during the storage period were total 20 kinds like 6 kinds of alcohol such as 2-methyl-1-propanol, ethanol, 3-methyl-1-butanol, 5 kinds of ester such as ethyl acetate, isoamyl acetate, ethyl butyrate, 3 kinds of aldehyde such as butanal, acetaldehyde and 6 kinds of others. Even though peak area % of flavor compound varied depends on fermentation period, ethanol, ethyl acetate, ethyl butyrate, ethenone, 2-methyl-1-propanol, 3-methyl-1-butanol were the main compounds that consisted of flavor from Kochujang which was made with enzyme treatment. Ethly acetate showed the highest result in the treatment of right after manufacturing, 3-methyl-1-butanol had up to 90th day and ether were the other days.

        회계법인의 품질관리 수준을 결정하는 회계법인 특성

        External audit has a positive impact on credibility of financial statements by reducing the agency cost that arises from the conflict of interests between shareholders and managers, whereby increasing firm value. Thus, adequate regulation is imperative to maximize the efficacy of external audit and regulation on quality control in accounting firms plays a central role in the external audit regulation. The Financial Supervisory Service and KICPA have been conducting quality control inspections as regulation on quality control since 2007. Using the results of quality control inspections, this study examines accounting firm characteristics that are likely to affect the quality of quality control systems of accounting firms. The results for medium and large accounting firms reveal that accounting firms are likely to have higher quality control systems when they are affiliated with global accounting firms and/or they are operated as one-firm. Furthermore, the quality of quality control systems increases with the ratio of engagement partners to total partners and decreases with the number of clients for which each accountant hired by the accounting firm serves. In contrast, small accounting firms tend to have higher quality control systems when the ratio of listed clients is high and/or the average number of experience of staffs is low. These results suggest that accounting firm characteristics determining the quality of quality control systems differ between medium and large accounting firms and small accounting firms.
