        진(Jeans) 브랜드 <디젤(Diesel)>의 광고와 패션쇼 그리고 퓨전문화

        본 연구는 현대사회에서 패션브랜드가 가져야 하는 정체성과 퓨전문화시대의 패션유행의 방향성 재고에 대한 논의를 위해 청바지를 그 대상으로 선정했다. 또한 많은 청바지 브랜드 중 문화를 커뮤니케이션의 주된 수단으로 활용하며 반(反)패션적인 마케팅을 실시하고 있는 진(jeans)브랜드 디젤(diesel)을 분석의 대상으로 삼았다. 논문이 설정한 주제의 연구를 위해 디젤의 광고커뮤니케이션과 패션쇼를 중점적으로 분석하였다. 먼저 광고커뮤니케이션은 1990년대부터 2000년대까지의 사례 중 문화를 활용한 형태를 역사적사건의 패러디, 사회 환경 캠페인, 정치적 캠페인 문화혼종화 등의 유형으로 분류하여 분석을 실시했다. 각각의 광고는 청바지 자체의 유혹적인 이미지를 부각하기 보다는 우리가 만들어낸 역사, 사회적 현상, 환경, 정치적 상황을 그들만의 독특한 기법을 통해 우리가 한번쯤은 생각해봐야 할 시사적인 메시지로 가공하여 전달하고 있다. 또한 서로 다른 문화를 혼합하는 방식을 사용하여 제3의 문화 혼종적인 이미지를 만들어내어 문화 다양성에 근거한 시선으로 세계와 소통하고 있으며, 직접적인 상품의 홍보보다는 광고가 만들어 낸 메시지를 통해 상품 가치를 부여하고 있다. 이러한 성향의 주제가 공연의 성격을 가지는 패션쇼에서 어떻게 표현되는가를 알아보기 위해 디젤 패션쇼의 제작에 사용된 주제를 분석하였다. 문화적 요소를 활용하여 만들어진 해당 시즌의 광고주제는 현장성과 동시성을 가지는 패션쇼를 위해 광고의 주제는 시간과 공간을 설정할 수 있는 주제로 변형되었으며, 세부적인 문화요소를 첨가한 이야기의 전개로 심화되었다. 본 연구는 문화를 활용한 실질적인 광고 및 패션쇼의 사례를 통해 패션브랜드의 커뮤니케이션 기법을 분석했으며, 유행의 전파에 있어서 강압적이고 획일적인 방법보다는 문화다양성에 근거한 커뮤니케이션의 방법을 지닐 수 있다는 패션의 긍정적인 면을 발견 했다. 더불어 패션의 분야에서 문화콘텐츠로 활용된 문화를 살펴볼 수 있었다. 결론적으로 본 논문을 통해 이야기하고자 하는 것은 유행의 전파에 있어서 문화다양성에 근거한 커뮤니케이션이 중요하며, 지구상의 모든 문화는 경계와 우열이 없으며 이것을 이해하고 포용하는 퓨전문화적인 사고에 의해 스스로의 이미지를 만드는 것이 21세기의 패션브랜드가 가져야하는 정체성과 패션유행의 방향성이 된다는 것이다. This research chooses jeans as a medium to discuss the significance of fashion brands identities and the direction of fashion trends in cross-cultural societies. Hence, this research focuses on jean brand Diesel to analyze the identity and trend of the fashion brand among many other jean brands. Unlike other jean brands, Diesel makes the best use of culture as its main communication means which transcends a fashion marketing norm of other jean brands. For more comprehensive analysis on the proposed topic, the author stresses on advertisement campaigns and fashion show cases of Diesel. First, advertisement campaigns that utilizes cultural exemplifications from 1990 s to 2000 s are analyzes and categorized into four different types : parodies of historical events, campaigns of socio-environment, and politic and mixtures of culture. Other brands’ advertisement campaigns that flaunt enticing images of their jeans, in contract Diesel chooses historical, social, environmental, and political situations and use its unique techniques to fabricate them into critical messages that people are bound to consider at least once in their life time. Moreover, Diesel mixes different cultures to create new cross-cultural images which promote Diesel’s idea of cultural diversity to the mass. Rather than directly marketing its products, Diesel conversely utilizes the messages of the advertisement campaigns to add the value to its products. Secondly, to investigate how its propensity is expressed in a fashion show as a form of performance, the themes of Diesel s fashion shows are analyzes with the following these elements of fashion, Utilizing cultural elements, the relevant season’s advertisement theme is transformed into a theme that is able to set up time and space in order to create a fashion show with locality and simultaneity. The theme deepens to unfolding of a story that contains detailed cultural elements. Furthermore, such theme becomes the element that provides dramatic effects to the fashion show, and creates various dramas at the scene. Consequently, it maximizes the advertisement campaign’s messages, and conveys them to the audience. The major significances of this research are analyzing communication methods of the fashion brand through cases of actual advertisement campaigns and fashion shows that utilize various cultures, and realizing the positive aspects of fashion through communication methods based upon cultural diversity rather than forceful and uniform methods of propagating trends. This research is also noteworthy in an aspect that it shows different cultures that are selected for the subject of cultural contents in the fashion industry. In conclusion, the author suggests that communication based on cultural diversity is critical to propagate trends. The research also stresses that there are no boundaries and superiority among different cultures, and creating images through understanding such creed and embracing cross-cultural mind set should be the base of identity and direction of fashion brands in 21st century.

        선형폭발성형탄(LEFP) 충격에 의한 WHA 관통자의 관통성능 감소에 관한 수치해석 연구

        A linear explosively formed penetrator(LEFP) is a modification of the explosively formed penetrator(EFP). An EFP is axisymmetric and has a dish-shaped liner while LEFP has a rectangular-shaped liner with curved cross section. Upon detonating LEFP forms laterally wide projectile like blade, leaving a long penetration hole on the target. On the other hand, a long-rod tungsten heavy alloy(WHA) penetrator is one of the major threats against most of the ground armored vehicles. In this paper, the feasibility of using an LEFP in protecting against a long-rod WHA penetrator by colliding LEFP into the threat was investigated through a set of numerical simulations. In this study, a scale-down WHA penetrator with length to diameter ratio(L/D) of 10.7 and 7.0 mm diameter was used to represent a long-rod WHA penetrator. LS-DYNA and Multi-Material ALE technique were employed for the simulation. For estimation of the protection effect by LEFP, residual penetration depths into RHA by the threat were compared according to various impact locations against the threat.

        섬광 X선과 잔류관통깊이 분석을 통한 성형작약탄 제트에 대한 펄스전류 효과

        In this paper, the effect of high voltage current pulse against shaped charge jet was analyzed through the visualization of jet behavior using flash X-ray and comparison of depth of penetration(DOP) into RHA(Rolled Homogeneous Armor) witness plates. The behavior of jet particles has been acquired using a flash X-ray equipment when current pulse was applied into the metal jet of a shaped charge(SC) warhead. Typical results such as jet breakup and radial jet dispersion, which are due to electromagnetic pressure by current pulse, have been obtained. Dozens of penetration experiments using a shaped charge with 55 mm diameter were performed according to various combinations of major parametric variables such as electrode spacing, standoff distance from SC warhead to electrode, and charge voltage. Subsequently, interrelations between major parametric variables and DOPs into RHA were analyzed.

        비활성 요소의 방호 메커니즘 분석

        In this study, a series of ballistic experiments have been performed to investigate the protection mechanism of some inert reactive cassettes against shaped charge jet. Three kinds of material were tested as a core material of the inert cassettes, i.e. one of rubber materials, a high modulus and high strength composite material used for ballistic protection and a mixture of energetic materials. Parameters such as deformation of the cassettes, occurrence time of jet distortion, leading jet length and residual penetration depth were investigated from the experiments and they were compared to each other quantitatively according to the jet incidence angles. The results show that the increment of cassette deformation caused jet distortion to occur early and jet distortion brought decrease of the length of leading jet. Then the decrease of the length of leading jet accompanied the decrease of residual penetration depth.

      • 영상처리를 이용한 광역방제기 팬의 성능실험

        본 연구의 목적은 현재 일본 마루야마에서 재발된 방제기의 최대 살포 거리가 120 m 이기 때문에 140 m 이상 살포할 수 있는 방제기를 개발하는 것이다. 넓은 지역에 살포가 가능한 광역방제기 팬의 성능에 대하여 현장실험을 하여 얻은 데이터를 영상처리하여 분석한 후 현장에 보급하는 것이다. 살포된 색소의 분포도는 육안에 의한 분석을 할 수도 있지만 정확하고 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 영상처리를 이용하여 이치화 하였다. 연구에 사용된 방제기 팬은 최고 살포거리가 140 m이고 유효 살포거리가 100 m가 되도록 설계 및 제작되었다. 실험은 10 m 간격으로 지상에서 1 m 위치에 A4 용지를 부착한 후 용지에 흡착한 용액을 2치화 영상처리를 하여 살포량 및 살포거리를 측정하였다. 용지를 수거하여 영상처리를 이용하여 이치화 하였다. 그레이레벨은 0에서 255로 나타냈다. 흑색은 0, 백색은 255로 이치화 하였다. 10 m의 경우는 용지에 방제액의 살포량이 많아서 떨어졌고, 30 m 부분은 색소가 흘러내려 흑색이 적게 나타난 것으로 판단된다. $20{\sim}100m$까지 그레이레벨이 200 이하로 방제가 균등하게 이루어졌으며, 180 m까지 살포가 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 실험을 통하여 축산농가의 구제역 등 방제작업에 이용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. This research was carried out to test and analyze capacity of the long distance sprayer fan in large livestock farmhouses. Long distance sprayer was manufactured to be able to spray a lot of water, which was a solvent for agricultural chemicals and black dye with the maximum spraying distance of 140 m and the effective spraying distance of 100 m. The spraying quantity and the distance were measured the intensity values of images within A4 papers, which absorbed the agricultural chemicals by spraying by binary image processing. These A4 papers were fixed upon the height of 1 m from soil ground at regular 10 m interval. After the A4 papers were collected and analyzed the intensity values of gray level. Gray level was ranged from 0 to 255, where 0 was black and 255 was white. A4 paper was fallen down from the stick at 10 m distance, because there were too large amount of sprayed water with black dye. Also, the paper showed low gray level at distance 30 m because of dropping lots of black water. The intensity value of gray level was showed almost less than 200 on the A4 papers between the distance 20 m and 100 m, which meant equality of spraying quantity. Additionally, it was possible to spay agricultural chemicals of until 180 m. Throughout this research, long distance sprayer could apply for preventing hoof-and-mouth disease in large livestock farmhouses.

      • Taylor 충격시험에 의한 폴리머재료의 변형거동

        The deformation of polymers under high loading-rate conditions will be a governing factor to be considered in their impact-resistant applications such as protective shields and transparent armor. In this paper, the deformation and fracture behaviors of polymeric materials such as PE, PC and PEEK have been investigated by Taylor Impact tests. Taylor cylinder impact tests and high speed photography are introduced to examine the deformation behavior under dynamic loading condition. 20 ㎜ air gun was used to perform the impact experiments. Cylindrical projectiles have been impacted onto a hardened steel anvil at a velocity ranging from 100 to 350 ㎳?¹. Along the barrel line, a photo-sensor which measures the speed of the projectile, four digital cameras which has shutter speed of 1/917,000sec and a rigid anvil were set up. After impact experiments, the shapes of projectiles and images taken using high speed cameras were analysed. Depending on materials adopted, they showed a variety in deformation and fracture behaviors.

        To evaluate dynamic material properties of metallic materials at high-strain-rate. several one-dimensional models using recovered projectiles by Taylor Impact tests have been developed. However, for polymeric materials, the models can not be used as developed because polymers show significant elastic and anelastic deformation. This limitation could be released by incorporating the high-speed photography technique with Taylor impact tests in the range of impact velocity from 150 to 350 m/s. A series of photographs made it possible to depict the deformation pattern and to measure instantaneous diameter along the projectile length. In addition, it gave a relationship between the deformation length and the elapsed time which make possible to calculate a strain rate at an instant of deformation. The strain rate dependance of the dynamic yield stress in thermoplastic materials of PE, PC and PEEK can be determined by rod impact test in the strain-rate range of 10³~10⁴ sec?¹.

        The understanding of the deformation behavior of rubber materials under high loading-rate conditions will be important considering in their impact-resistant applications such as protective shields and transparent armor. Recently we have been investigated the dynamic deformation behavior of rubber materials including viscoelastic during Taylor impact tests incorporated with high-speed photography system. Through the experiment, it was possible to depict the overall deformation behavior, but it is difficult to determine specifically the viscoelastic properties. The objective of this study is to couple the numerical simulation process to identify the dynamic viscoelastic properties based on the experimental. Experimentally obtained data was compared with ones obtained AUTODYN-2D simulation. Through the numerical simulation, the behavior at higher impact velocity can be predicted. Also, it was made possible to understand the dynamic behavior of rubber materials during impact.

        고 변형률속도하에서 고무기 재료의 변형거동의 이해는 방호체계나 장갑과 같은 충격에 잘 견딜 수 있어야 하는 분야에서 중요하게 여겨지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 테일러 충격시험 동안 고무기 재료들의 총체적인 변형거동을 조사하는 것이다. 테일러 충격시험은 20 ㎜ 에어건을 사용하여 충격속도 150~250 m/s의 범위에서 수행되었다. 8 채널의 고속영상장치는 충격시험 동안 고무기 재료 발사체의 변형거동을 일련의 사진으로 제시한다. 선택된 재료들에 따라 다양한 변형과 파괴거동을 보여주고 있다 게다가, 충격 동안 고속영상장치로부터 얻어진 사진을 바탕으로 변형된 발사체 형상을 영상데이터화 함으로써 동적 변형의 양적인 접근이 가능하게 되었다. 그리고, 고무기 재료들의 동적 강도에 대한 첨가제의 영향 또한 조사하였다. The understanding of the deformation behavior of rubber materials under high loading-rate conditions will be important considering in their impact-resistant applications such as protective shields and transparent armor. The objective of this work is to investigate the overall deformation behavior of rubber materials during Taylor impact test. Taylor impact tests of rubber materials were carried out in the velocity range between 150~250 m/s using the 20 ㎜ air gun. A 8-ch High-speed photography system provided a series of images representing the deformation behavior of rubber projectile during impact. Depending on materials adopted, they showed a variety in deformation and fracture behaviors. Additionally, the quantitative approach of dynamic deformation analysis through digitizing the deformed shape of projectile using high-speed photographs taken during impact was tried. The influence of additive filler on the dynamic strength of rubber materials will be also examined.
