Genetic 알고리즘을 이용한 능선회귀 상수의 결정에 관한 연구

We use biased estimators to detect multicollinerity and ridge regression estimator among biased estimators. Important problem here is determination of ridge constant in ridge regression estimator. To determine ridge constant there is method using variance inflation factor and ridge trace, scree diagram in graphic method. With method using ridge trace and scree diagram it is not easy to find ridge constant. Method using variance inflation factor determine ridge constant when expectation of variance inflation factor is to approximate "1" applying all possible ridge constant between zero and one. In this thesis we propose determination of ridge constant to detect multicollinerity using genetic algorithm. Ridge constant is converged quickly through experiment.

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics that influence the determinants of apartment prices between high and low apartment prices within the same autonomous district in the regional submarket, and to further confirm whether there is a price gap between branded and non-branded apartments. (2) RESEARCH METHOD For this purpose, a multiple regression analysis was conducted targeting all apartments traded over the past three years in Buk-gu, Busan (Hwamyeong-dong, Mandeok-dong), using the actual apartment transaction price as the dependent variable and independent variables related to apartment structure, complex, location, and brand characteristics. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS As a result of the analysis, the variables that commonly had a significant positive (+) influence on the actual transaction price were the year of occupancy and the number of apartments, while the variables that had a negative (-) influence were the exclusive use area. In Hwamyeong-dong, a high-price area, the distance to elementary schools, convenience facilities, and apartment brands had a positive (+) effect, while in Mandeok-dong, a low-price area, they had a negative (-) effect. 2. RESULTS This means that there may be a gap in apartment prices even within the same area, and even for non-branded apartments, the price may be higher than branded apartments if the area is close to a station or close to convenience facilities. In this study, these results were presented as marketing Unique Selling Point related to the supply of regional and non-branded apartments.

Effect of Oxidation-reduction Pretreatment for the Hydrogenation of Caster Oil over Ni/SiO2 Catalyst

Castor oil can be used as a useful raw material for chemical industries such as intermediates of surfactants through hydrogenationreaction. In this study, effects of the preparation method and pretreatment condition on the nickel catalyst for thehydrogenation of castor oil were investigated. The nickel catalyst was supported on the silica carrier by the precipitation methodwith different Ni contents, solution pH values, and precipitants. Repeated pretreatments of oxidation and reduction cycleswere then carried out. The activity of the nickel catalyst was measured by comparing the iodine value of the castor oil. Thedispersion of nickel on the catalyst was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption-desorption, and transmission electronmicroscopy (TEM). The activity of nickel catalyst was also compared by CO oxidation experiments. The redispersionof nickel occurred on the silica by repeated oxidation and reduction cycles, and this effect contributed to promoting the castoroil hydrogenation activity.

헤세이티즘은 대물 양상성, 개별 본질, 동일성 조건, 개별화, 가능성의 크기 등 여러 논 의 문맥에서 도입되었다. 각각의 문맥에 따라 헤세이티즘은 조금씩 다른 논점과 형식화로 설명되었다. 본고는 헤세이티즘이 논의되는 몇 가지 주요 논의 맥락과 그 맥락에서의 헤세 이티즘이 어떻게 이해되는지, 그리고 그 문제점을 알아볼 것이다. 그리고 이 문제들을 벗 어나는, 더 강한 버전의 헤세이티즘을 제안해 볼 것이다. 이 과정에서 기존의 관련 개념들 을 수정하게 된다. (1) 헤세이티/디스니스라는 속성을 개별자를 포함한 속성으로 특징화하 는 것에서 비환원적 비질적 속성으로 특징화하는 전환, (2) 양상적 헤세이티즘 논의에서 벗어난 비양상적 헤세이티즘 논의의 가능성, (3) 헤세이티즘과 라이프니츠의 식별불가능 자의 동일성 원리가 경쟁하지 않을 수 있는 가능성, (4) (질적 속성으로 환원되지 않는) 비환원적 동일성과 비환원적 개별성/구분성의 차이, 그리고 그에 대응하여 유일성 (uniqueness)과 단일성(singularity)의 차이, (5) 비환원적 개별성이 기존의 헤세이티즘의 문제점인 미미한 본질(trivial essence) 그리고 껍데기뿐인 가능성(empty possibility)을 어떻게 벗어나는지를 논의한다. Haecceitism has been introduced into various fields of discussion, de re modality, an individual essence, the identity condition, individuation, the size of possibility, etc. In these various topics, haecceitism has been understood and used in different ways. We analyze these characteristics of haecceitism, find the problems they bring about, and modify them to find a stronger version of haecceitism. In order to solve the problems, we attempt to establish (1) haecceity/thisness characterized in terms of an irreducible non-qualitative property rather than in terms of property including individuals, (2) the nonmodal theorem of haecceitism that could avoid the modal complications, (3) haecceitism compatible with Leibniz’s Principle of Identity of Indiscernibles, (4) the proper distinction between irreductive identity and irreductive individuality (to qualitative properties), isomorphic to the distinction between uniqueness and singularity of individuals, (5) the notion of irreductive individuality to avoid the infamous problems against haecceitism, the allowance of trivial individual essence and empty possibilities such as swapping and piling.
