열처리 온도에 따른 Sr계 박막의 표면 및 전기적인 특성

The Sr based ceramic thin films were deposited on Si substrate by RF magnetron sputtering method. And Sr based thin films were annealed at $500{\sim}700^{\circ}C$ using RTA. The surface roughness showed about 2.4 nm in annealed thin film at $600^{\circ}C$. The capacitance density of Sr based thin films were increased with the increase of annealing temperature. The maximum capacitance density of $0.6{\mu}F/cm^2$ was obtained by annealing temperature at $700^{\circ}C$. The voltage dependence of dielectric loss showed about 0.02 in voltage ranges of -10~+10 V. The leakage current density of annealing temperature of $600^{\circ}C$ was the $4.0{\times}10^{-6}\;A/cm^2$ at applied voltage of -5~+5 V.

GPU를 이용한 영상기반 고속 해무제거 기술

해무 제거는 컴퓨터 비전과 영상처리 분야에서 상당히 중요하게 다루고 있는 분야이다. 해무 혹은 안개제거 기술은 자동 제어 시스템, CCTV, 영상인식 등과 같은 여러 분야에서 사용되고 있다. 이와 같이 컬러 영상의 해무 제거 기술이 다양하게 연구되고 있고 특히 Dark Channel Prior (DCP) 기술을 이용한 방법이 가장 활발하게 이용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 DCP 알고리즘을 적용하여 해무를 빠르고 효율적으로 제거하는 기술을 소개한다. 이 기술은 GPU를 기반으로 구현한다. 병렬 프로그래밍과 최적화 과정을 거쳐 약 250배 정도의 연산속도를 빠르게 개선하였다. 이를 위해 기존의 프로그램 일부분을 몇 가지 과정을 거쳐 병렬화와 최적화 과정을 수행하였다. 제안한 GPU 프로그래밍 알고리즘과 구현결과는 선박의 안전항해, 지형조사, 지능형 자동차 등과 같은 분야에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Seg fog removal is an important issue concerned by both computer vision and image processing. Sea fog or haze removal is widely used in lots of fields, such as automatic control system, CCTV, and image recognition. Color image dehazing techniques have been extensively studied, and expecially the dark channel prior(DCP) technique has been widely used. This paper propose a fast and efficient image prior - dark channel prior to remove seg-fog from a single digital image based on the GPU. We implement the basic parallel program and then optimize it to obtain performance acceleration with more than 250 times. While paralleling and the optimizing the algorithm, we improve some parts of the original serial program or basic parallel program according to the characteristics of several steps. The proposed GPU programming algorithm and implementation results may be used with advantages as pre-processing in many systems, such as safe navigation for ship, topographical survey, intelligent vehicles, etc.

죽령 산신당 당신화 「다자구 할머니」와 죽령 산신제

충청북도 단양군 대강면 용부원리에 있는 죽령 산신당에는 ‘다자구 할머니’가 뛰어난 지혜와 용기로 죽령 매비위 근처에 본거지를 두고 재물을 약탈하는 도둑 떼를 물리치고, 마을과 나라를 평안하게 해 준 공으로 죽령의 산신이 되었다는 당신화 「다자구 할머니」가 전해 온다. 이 산신당에서는 해마다 봄과 가을에 마을의 평안과 풍요를 위해 산신제를 지낸다. 당신화 「다자구 할머니」는 대강면 용부원리를 중심으로 전해 오는데, 구성 단락은 ‘가) 도둑의 횡행, 나) 다자구 할머니의 산적 퇴치, 다) 다자구 할머니의 신으로의 좌정과제의 요구, 라) 산신당 건립과 신으로의 좌정, 마) 제의 시행이다. 이 이야기가 다른 지역에서는 가) 와 나) 단락만이 흥미 위주로 전해 온다. 「다자구 할머니」의 구조는 ‘① 재난→ ② 재난의 제거→ ③ 당신으로의 좌정과 제의 요구→ ④ 신격화(神格化)→ ⑤ 제의’로 정리할 수 있다. 이로써 「다자구 할머니」는 결핍과 재난 상황을 잘 인식하지 못하던 사람들이 산신과 의사소통을 하여 신의 정체를 확인한 후 신격화하고 제의를 행하여 평안과 풍요를 얻는 과정을 설명하는 구조를 가진 신화임을 알 수 있다. 「다자구 할머니」는 죽령 산신의 정체를 설명하고, 산신제의 당위성과 효험을 보증하는 기능을 하고 있다. 그런데, 이 신화는 죽령 산신당이 있고, 산신제가 행하여지기 때문에 전승의 힘을 얻고 있다. 「다자구 할머니」의 신성성이 인정되는 한 죽령 산신제는 계속될 것이며, 산신제가 지속되는 한 「다자구 할머니」는 신성성을 지니며 전승될 것이다. 이처럼 당신화 「다자구 할머니」와 죽령 산신제는 상보적 관계를 맺고 있다. 죽령 산신제는 전에는 나라에서 봄과 가을에 향축(香祝)을 내리고, 인근 지역 군수들이 주관하여 지내던 산신제인데, 지금은 단양군 대강면 용부원 3리 주민들이 중심이 되어 봄과 가을에 지내고 있다. 이 지역 주민들은 마을의 평안과 풍요를 기원하며 경건한 마음으로 산신제를 지내면서 산신의 영검성을 믿고 있다. 산신제는 마을 사람들에게 마을의 평안과 풍요에 대한 믿음을 갖게 해 주었고, 지연 의식(地緣意識)을 강화해 주며, 마을에 대한 자부심과 긍지를 가지게 하여 향토애 배양의 기능을 하고 있다. 당신화의 주인공 ‘다자구 할머니’가 위험을 무릅쓰고 도둑의 소굴로 들어가 ‘다자구’, ‘들자구’로 신호를 보내어 도둑을 잡게 하였다는 이야기 구성은 매우 흥미롭고, 지혜가 담겨 있어 문학적으로도 뛰어난다. 다자구 할머니가 도둑을 잡게 한 용기와 지혜, 나라와 겨레를 사랑하는 마음은 당신화를 전승해 온 용부원리 사람들뿐만 아니라 우리 모두 본받아야 할 점이라 생각한다. 죽령 산신제의 역사「다자구 할머니」의 형성 시기 등에 관한 고찰은 다음으로 미룬다. There is 'Juklyung Sansindang(a mountain god shrine in Juklyung)' in Yongbuwon-Li Dekang-Myun Danyang-Gun, Chungcheongbuk-Do. An altar myth, 'Grandmother Dajagu', has been introduced in the shrine of Juklyung. The altar myth is the story about how 'Grandmother Dajagu' became the god of the shrine. 'Grandmother Dajagu' defeated thieves around Juklyung with her wisdom and courage, so she became the mountain god of the shrine in Juklyung. The plot of this myth is 'A) thieves' infest → B) grandmother's defeating thieves → C) grandmother's ordering a king to make herself the mountain god shrine in a dream → D) deifying the grandmother → E) performing sacrificial rites. This story has been introduced only with the plot of A) and B) in other region. This plot of the story is so interesting and full of wisdom that it can be valued excellent in a literary aspect. 'Grandmother Dajagu' follows the construction of 'i) a disaster → ⅱ) the elimination of the disaster → ⅲ) ordering in a dream → ⅳ) deifying → ⅴ) sacrificial rites.' The construction of this myth allows us to know people who didn't recognize the situation of the lack and disaster deity the god after communicating with and verifying a mountain god. Then, the construction of this myth explain the course that people perform a religious service every year and they get peace and abundance. When people originally performed the religious service for the god of a mountain in Juklyung, the king gave people in Juklyung incense and a written prayer and the governors around Juklyung managed the religious service. People in Yongbuwon-3Li Dekangmyun Danyang-Gun perform the religious service in spring and fall these days. They perform the religious service with their devout heart of hoping their peace and abundance. Also, they believe the miracle of the mountain god. The function of the religious service in Juklyung is the follow: The first, the religious service made people have some belief of the village's peace and abundance. The second, it made a territorially organized consciousness strongly. The third, it made people have the pride of their village. 'Grandmother Dajagu' explains the true character of a mountain god and it explains why people have to perform the religious service for the mountain god. Also, 'Grandmother Dajagu' has the function that guarantee the efficacy of the religious service. The stories that emphasize the miracle of a mountain god have been formed and handed down in course of performing the religious service. 'Grandmother Dajagu' is new myth emphasizing the miracle of a mountain god.

충남 지역 인물 전설의 전승 양상과 활용 방안

The folktale, Do-Mi's wife among personal folktales in Chung-Nam area has its background in Bo-Ryung County. This folktale emphasizes chastity of women and faith between husband and wife. The folktale of General Young Choi in Hong-Seong province emphasizes that he made every effort to do military exercises and became a big figure taking lessons from some mistakes in his youth. The folktale of the brothers, Seong-Man Lee and Soon Lee in Ye-San County, makes account of brotherly affection and let us identify the spot of the folktale, 「Loving Brothers」 in an elementary school textbook. The folktales of Han Bok and Je-Shin Lee whit Hong-Seong County for background emphasizes on serving one's parents with devotion and its consequence. The folktale of Ji-Ham Lee can be found all over the country. It tell us that people expect a real good governor in this folktale. It also emphasizes on one's simple and temperate living and ask us to follow one's fate in this folktale. The folktale of Mun-Su Park has been made nationwide, too. It pictures people's expecting a upright governor's just rule and their will to overcome difficulties. Having been handed down and spread, the personal folktales in Chung-Nam Area carry out a couple of functions. First, they make people learn something from the achievements of those in the folktales, and enhance them. Second, they make people take pride and dignity in their regional culture. Third, they make people have Korean emotion and values. Therefore, we should search out, document, and transmit the personal folktales in Chung-Nam Area so that the functions of the personal folktales go well. Also, we should make good use of the folktales as some materials or data in studying and in teaching.

신선 설화의 전승 양상과 한국인의 의식

신선(神仙) 설화는 신선에 관한 의식을 바탕으로 하여 꾸며진 이야기이다. 신선 설화는 문헌으로 전해 오기도 하고, 구전으로 전해 오기도 한다. 이 연구에서 대상으로 삼은 신선 설화는 구전 자료 290편과 문헌 자료 36편으로 모두 326편이다 신선 설화는 그 내용에 따라 신선이 되기 위한 노력이나 과정 등을 이야기하는 득선담(得仙談), 신선을 만나거나 선경(仙境)을 이야기하는 신선조우담(神仙遭遇談), 선관(仙官)이나 선녀(仙女)의 혼인을 이야기하는 혼인담(婚姻談), 신선의 신이한 능력이나 도술을 이야기하는 도술담(道術談) 등으로 나눌 수 있다. 한국인이 생각하는 신선은 도를 닦아서 현실의 인간 세계를 떠나 자연과 벗하며 산다. 그리고 세속적인 상식에 구애되지 않고, 고통이나 질병도 없으며 죽지 않는다. 신선은 도술로 자기 몸이나 다른 사물을 변형시킬 수 있으며, 전쟁이나 재난을 피할 수 있다. 이러한 신선에 대한 의식을 바탕으로 하여 인간이 불사(不死)의 생명을 향유(享有)하고, 신과 같은 권능(權能)을 얻어 초월적 존재가 될 수 있다고 믿는 의식의 체계가 신선 사상이다. 한국 설화에 나타난 신선관은 중국 설화에 나타나는 신선관과 별차이를 보이지 않는다. 신선 설화는 이러한 신선에 대한 의식을 바탕으로 하여 꾸며졌는데, 지식인과 민중들이 함께 향유하여 왔다. 이 설화에는 한국인의 죽음을 초월하고 싶은 간절한 염원, 선의 승리에 대한 믿음, 타인에 대한 배려와 인륜도덕을 중시하는 마음, 절제와 인내의 필요성을 강조하는 마음이 문학적으로 형상화되어 있다. 이 설화는 전파·전승되어 오면서 전승 집단에게 신선에 대한 의식을 확산시켰을 것이다. 그리고 권선징악적(勸善懲惡的) 심성을 기르고, 타인에 대한 배려와 인륜도덕을 강조하는 기능을 하였을 것이다. The hermit folktale is based on a Taoist hermit with super-natural powers. The hermit folktale is handed down orally and with a written text. The objects of this study are 290 oral texts and 36 written texts, 326 texts totally. The hermit folktale is able to be divided according to the subjects. These are to try to be a hermit, to meet a hermit or to talk about a hermit's world, to marry a hermit, to talk about a mystic ability or Taoist magic of a hermit and so on. Koreans have the thought that hermits live with nature, leaving the human world after hermits cultivate their moral sense. Also, the hermits don't mind the worldly sense, don't have any pain and disease, and don't die forever. The hermits are able to change themselves and things, and to avoid an war and any disaster. As previously stated, it is the idea of the hermit that people believe that they can get the eternal life and can be the existence having the power of the god. This idea of the hermit in Korean folk tales doesn't have big difference from that in Chinese folk tales. The intellectual and the people enjoy the hermit folk tale together, based on the idea of the hermit as mentioned above. These kinds of folk tales represent the hope of keeping away from the death, the belief of good's victory, the concern of others, and the necessity of abstention and endurance with literary expression. These folk tales would probably spread the idea of the hermit among the group of tradition. Also, they would probably have the function of emphasizing promotion of virtue and reproval of vice, the concern of others, ethics and morality

「금송아지 설화」 연구

There is one story in Korean folktales. The legal wife had a son, but a concubine was jealous of the son. So the concubine gave him to a cow and the cow that swallowed the son bore a golden calf. The golden calf went to Seoul and hit the drum which was made of rice straws. As a result, the golden calf became a son-in-law of a nobleman. After that, the golden calf changed into a human and he lived happily. The type of this folktale is 'a golden calf folktale'. This folktale has the schema that is 'insufficiency→suffering→taking means→crisis', The life of a hero in this folktale begins in insufficiency. A chance of removing a crisis occurs as a butcher releases a calf. At this turning point, the folktale goes on orderly : 'removing a crisis→obtain means→removing suffering→removing insufficiency'. As the hero goes through these courses, gets over suffering and removes insufficient situation, he can have very happy life. As the story goes on, as you see, the situation that the hero is faced with changes for the better. Accordingly, this folktale has a rising schema that a hero lives with a happiness. This folktale has the schema of transforming-rotation, such as a human being transforms himself into a cow and a cow transforms himself into a human being. Transforming a human being into a cow means the rite of passage. The transforming-rotation like this means a regenerated rotation that makes a happy situation by removing an unhappy situation. This schema is based on Korean's idea of rotation, a view of the soul, and an idea of identifying life of humans with life of animals and plants. 「The folktale of a golden calf」 is similar to 「a prince in a golden pot」 in Koryo dynasty. Therefore, we can say that 「a prince in a golden pot」 spread widely, and it was changed by people. Consequently, we can guess 「the folktale of a golden calf」 came from 「a prince in a golden pot」. 「The (old) novel of a golden calf」 might be formed far later than 「a prince in a golden por」. 「The (old) novel of a golden calf」 followed 「a prince in a golden pot」 and accepted 「the folktale of a golden calf」 partly. So 「the (old) novel of a golden calf」 was made up more interesting. A story similar to 「The folktale of a golden calf」 has been handed down in Mongolia 「The folktale of a golden calf」, 「a prince in a golden pot」 and 「The king of three queen」 are different partly, but the contents are alike on the whole. Therefore we can say that three stories are cognate. It is very hard to say thar one among three stories is the earliest one and the influential. 「The folktale of a golden calf」 was transmitted before Koryo dynasty. This story has emphasized the will and effort of overcoming all difficulties and the consciousness of promotion of virtue and reproval of vice.
