집단미술치료를 통한 ‘엄마 되어가기’ 내러티브 탐구 - 내담아동 어머니의 아동기 탐색 경험을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 집단미술치료를 통해 내담아동 어머니들이 자녀와 같은 아동기를 탐색하는 과정을 통해 자녀의 양육과 어머니로서의 성장에 도움이 되고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구에서는 집단미술치료를 통한 내담아동 어머니의 아동기 탐색이 양육의 주체자인 어머니의 모습을 어떻게 변모하게 하는가를 내러티브 탐구의 방법으로 접근하여, 그 경험의 의미가 무엇인지를 탐색하였다. 연구참여자 선정은 연구자가 운영하는 미술치료센터의 공고문을 통해 모집되었으며 이에 1, 2차 면담을 통한 선정과정에서 6명을 최종 연구참여자로 선정하였다. 2019년 5월부터 2019년 7월 중순까지 주 1회 3시간 30분의 반구조화 형식의 집단미술치료를 10회기 실시하였고, 연구자는 집단의 리더이자 촉진자로 참여하였다. 집단미술치료 종료 한 달 후 경험의 의미를 탐색하기 위한 개인 심층면담과 집단 심층 면담을 각 1회 실시하였다. 연구 결과 집단미술치료가 참여자 개인에게는 창작을 통한 잠재력 발현을 촉진시키고, 아동기 탐색을 통한 재양육 경험은 양육적 주체자로서의 변화를 가져올 수 있음을 발견하게 되었다. 양육자를 대상으로 한 집단미술치료의 경험은 한 사람으로 존재하는 방법에 다다르게 하였고 그것은 더불어 살아가는 엄마가 되는 삶으로 나아가게 하였다. 이러한 내용을 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to help chid clients’ mothers raise their children and grow as mothers by exploring the same childhood as their children through group art therapy. This study adopted narrative method to approach to how the exploration of mothers’ childhood changes the mothers as a primary caregiver and what these experiences mean. The study participants were recruited from the art therapy center which the researcher runs. The researcher had two interviews with the applicants and 6 participants were finally chosen from the selection process. From May 2019 to mid-July 2019, 10 sessions of semi-structured group art therapy were conducted once a week in the form of 3 hours and 30 minutes, and the researcher participated as a leader and facilitator of the group. One month after the end of group art therapy, individual in-depth interviews and group in-depth interviews were conducted once to explore the meaning of the experience. This study found that group art therapy developed the participants’ potential with creation and reparenting experiences through the exploration of their childhood, in which brought changes to the participants as a primary caregiver. The experiences of group art therapy aimed at caregivers allowed the participants to reach the place in which they can exist as a person, and it indicated that they advanced to a life of a mom who lives together with her child and others.

This study was conducted to establish optimum conditions for coagulation of konjac jelly as well as antimicrobial activity by concentration of Ca(OH)2. Hardness, gumminess, and chewiness of konjac jelly increased according to concentration of konjac powder, the key material of konjac jelly. The highest sensory evaluation score was acquired with konjac jelly made with 3% konjac powder. A Ca(OH)2 concentration of 0.4-0.6% as a coagulation agent was optimum for coagulation of konjac jelly. Further, sensory score was highest at a Ca(OH)2 concentration of 0.6%. All populations of bacteria, yeast, and mold in konjac jelly were restrained by Ca(OH)2 in a concentration- dependent manner. Furthermore, all tested microorganisms were strictly restrained at 1.0×10−2 N of Ca(OH)2.

This study aimed at understanding male workers' physical factors, psycho-social factors, and health behavior to provide occupational nurses with basic information to develop appropriate health promotion and health education for workers. Data were collected from June 20 to August 18, 2005. 151 male employees working for an electric power plant located in I city were subjected to this study. The modified Choi (2003)'s tool was used for this study. Data were analyzed by using SPSS win 12.0. In terms of health behavior of subjects, 56.3% were non-smokers, 35.8% were non-drinkers, 60.9% exercised regularly, 51 % ate regularly and 56.9% slept appropriately. Smoking is related to working period and total blood cholesterol. Drinking is related to total blood cholesterol. In regular exercising, perceived health status and fasting blood sugar were significant, in regular meals were meaningful with age, total blood cholesterol and employer's understanding of the importance of employees' health. In adequate sleeping, systolic blood pressure was significant. Based on the above results, occupational nurses' health promotion programs for workers must present objective data such as blood cholesterol levels to control subjects' smoking and drinking habits and must help subjects maintain positive understanding of their health status to do regular exercise. To help subjects have good eating habits, it would be effective to establish an atmosphere in which the employer valued his employees' health.

In order to investigate the safety of Aralia elata extract causing the reduction in the blood glucose level and oxidative stress in diabetes animals, these genotoxicity studies in bacterial and mammalian cell assay system such as Ames bacterial reverse mutation test and chromosomal aberration assay were performed. As results, in Ames bacterial reversion assay the extract in the range of 5,000~625 ug/plate did not induce mutagenicity in Salmonella typhimurium TA 98, TA 100, TA 1535 and TA 1537 strains with and without metabolic activation of S-9 mixture. For chromosomal aberration assay, IC50 (50% inhibition concentration of cell growth) of the extract were determined; 792 ㎍/ml without and 524 ㎍g/ml with S-9 mixture in Chinese hamster lung (CHL) fibroblast cell culture. Any significant chromosomal aberration was not observed in CHL cells treated with the extract at the concentrations of 792, 396 and 198 ㎍/ml or 524, 262 and 131 ㎍/ml in the absence or presence of S-9 metabolic activation, respectively. From these results, Aralia elata extract did not induce any harmful effects on the gene in bacteria and mammalian cell system used in these experiments.

This study investigated the isoflavone content, total phenol content, antioxidant activities (DPPH radical scavenging and oxygen radical absorbance capacity) and β-glucan content of defatted soybean extracts by bioconversion. Soybean was fermented with Lentinula edodes using submerged liquid fermentation system. Defatted soybean powder prepared by hexane (HDS; hexane defatted soybean) and ethanol (EDS; ethanol defatted soybean). The major components of non-fermented HDS (NFHDS) and EDS (NFEDS) were glucoside, such as daidzin, glycitin and genistin. During the bioconversion processing, isoflavone glucoside converted into aglycone such as daidzein, glycitein and genistein. The highest total isoflavone contents of fermented HDS (FHDS) were 2577.96 μg/mL, and the lowest total isoflavone contents of NFEDS were 428.27 μg/mL. The highest total phenol contents of fermented EDS (FEDS) was 42.34 mg GAE/g. DPPH radical scavenging and ORAC value were 31.30 to 59.92 % and 247.48 to 786.36 μM TE/g in non-fermented defatted soybean and fermented soybean, respectively. β-Glucan contents were 0.09 to 0.11 % in non-fermented defatted soybean and fermented soybean, respectively. These results indicate that fermented soybean could be used as natural antioxidants for the development of functional foods.
생물전환된 참깨 발효물의 Lignan 화합물의 분석법 검증

본 연구에서는 HPLC를 이용하여 생물전환된 참깨의 lignin 화합물 분석법 검증을 시행하였다. 분석법 검증 결과 표준용액 sesamol, sesamin, sesamolin과 참깨 비발효물 및 발효물의 머무름 시간이 일치하는 것을 확인하였으며, spectrum 분석 결과 동일한 spectrum을 나타내어 특이성을 확인하였다. 직선성의 경우 sesamol, sesamin 및 sesamolin의 검량선은 모두 0.9999로 1에 가까운 우수한 직선성을 보여주었다. 참깨 비발효물의 lignan 함량 측정 결과, intraday에서 2.67 mg/g 및 inter-day에서 2.42 mg/g으로 나타났으며, sesamolin은 intra-day에서 3.77 mg/g 및 interday에서 3.37 mg/g을 나타내었다. 참깨 발효물의 sesamin 함량은 intra, inter-day에서 각각 2.97 mg/g, 2.75 mg/g을 보였으며, sesamolin은 intra-day 4.23 mg/g, inter-day 3.92 mg/g으로 나타났다. 일내 정밀도에서 참깨 비발효물의 경우 0.25~0.43%로 나타났으며 참깨 발효물은 0.47~0.69%를 나타냈다. 일간 정밀도에서 참깨 비발효물은 RSD 0.27~0.64%의 정밀도를 보였으며 참깨 발효물은 1.34~1.94%의 정밀도를 나타내어 모두 RSD 5% 이하의 우수한 정밀성을 나타내었다. 또한, sesamol은 98.43~110.72%, sesamin은 106.45~115.10%, sesamolin은 99.18~112.05%의 범위의 우수한 회수율을 나타내었다. 검출한계는 sesamol 0.34 μg/g, sesamin 0.26 μg/g, sesamolin 0.23 μg/g으로 나타났으며, 정량한계는 각각 1.03 μg/g, 0.78 μg/g, 0.70 μg/g을 보였다. 본 연구 결과 지표성분 sesamol, sesamin 및 sesamolin의 분석방법이 적합한 분석방법임을 확인할 수 있었다. The aim of this study was to investigate method validation for determination of sesamol, sesamin, and sesamolin in non-fermented sesame and fermented sesame by bioconversion. For validation, the specificity, linearity, precision, accuracy, limits of detection (LOD), and quantification (LOQ) of sesamol, sesamin, and sesamolin were measured by HPLC. Linearity tests showed that the coefficients of calibration correlation (R<SUP>2</SUP>) for sesamol, sesamin, and sesamolin were 0.9999. Recovery rates of lignan contents in non-fermented and fermented sesame were high in the ranges of 100.27∼115.10% and 98.43∼114.90%, respectively. The inter-day and intra-day precisions of sesamin and sesamolin analyses for non-fermented and fermented sesame were 0.27∼1.94% and 0.25∼0.69%, respectively. The LOD and LOQ were 0.23∼0.34 μg/g and 0.70∼1.03 μg/g, respectively. These results indicate that the validated method is appropriate for the determination of sesamol, sesamin, and sesamolin.
