한국성인교육학회는 공주대학교 예산캠퍼스에서 1999년 봄 학술대회를 개최했다. 지난 4월 30일에서 5월 1일 이틀에 걸친 한국성인교육학회의 봄 학술대회는 ‘한국 성인교육자의 사상의 조명과 평가’였다. 20세기 한국 성인교육에 초점을 두고 성인교육사를 더듬어 보고, 성인교육 사상가들을 새롭게 찾아, 그들의 사상을 조명해 보는 한국 성인교육의 새로운 시도였다. 한국 성인교육학회의 다섯 번째 학술대회는 온고지신(溫故知新)의 성인교육학적 실천이라는 의미를 갖고있다. 한국성인교육학회의 학술대회는 성인교육학의 패러다임을 정립하려했던 몇 번의 학술대회를 거쳐, 형성된 성인교육학의 패러다임을 한국적 실천현장 속에서 도출해내려는 시도였다. 더욱이 이런 한국성인교육학회의 시도는 식민지를 극복하려는 민중운동이 펼쳐졌었던 고장, 예산에서 갖게 된 것은 더욱 뜻깊은 일이었다. 예산은 독립운동가 윤봉길 의사의 고장이며, 백제의 부홍운동이 일어난 곳이다. 또한 공주대학교 예산캠퍼스는 1910년 도립농업중학교로 시작한 충남의 농업중심지로, 충절의 기개가 짙은 고향이다. 이런 예산지방에서의 한국성인교육사상가들을 새롭게 조명하고자하는 학술대회는 한국성인교육학회의 의미를 한층 고양시켜주었다. 1999년 봄 학술대회는 20세기 한국성인교육의 사상과 발전을 조명하기 위해 고황경, 김성수, 김용기, 서재필, 심훈, 안창호, 임영신의 성인교육사상을 새롭게 분석하였다.

Even in the world wide automobile companies where a few simple modules are put into practical use, the front subframe modules of which performances of durability, NVH and crash are significantly important are under planing. In this study, design technology for the automobile front subframe module, which consists of an engine, a transmission and steering parts, structural components (frame, upper arm, lower arm and brake etc.) and rubber components(engine mount, axle mount and rubber disc etc.), was developed. A FEM-based analytical approach was used to evaluate the multiaxial high cycle fatigue damage of the front subframe module. Strain-life fatigue database system and expert system for fatigue properties of welded materials were developed. Stiffness values of the various rubber bushes mounted on the front subframe were evaluated by experimental method and FEM. TWB(Tailor Welded Blank) technology was applied to forming the cross member of the front subframe. Performance evaluations in relation to NVH and crash were conducted by using CAE technologies.

This study was carried out in order to provide a scientific model for agricultural development according to the suggested zoning of Asan County. Data was collected through references issued by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Chung Chong-Namdo, Asankun, etc and as well as discussions with officials of municipalities, county of Asan and farm leaders. The core results obtained were as follows: 1) West Paddy Fields : To specialize rice farming and establish mechanized rice centers. 2) West Horticulture/Dairy Farming Area and North-East Fruits/Dairy Farming Area : To enhance productivity through technology innovation and strengthen bargaining power of producers. 3) Mid-East Urban Farming Area : To foster organic or sustainable agriculture to provide pollution free vegetables. 4) South Hilly Area : To set up green tourism with production of healthy food. However, the followings were recommended for further study : 1) More detailed planning in terms of financial aspect should be followed. 2) Onyang-shi should be included in the planning from 1995 onwards.

Biological changes induced by the noise have been studed by various investigators, but many subjects are still in question. The auther observed the changes in the blood of hamsters exposed to noise for a long duration. Six hamsters were used as experimental animals, and were exposed to the band noise(average 2000Hz, 100-110 Phon) 6 hours a day for 4 weeks, and five hamsters were used as a control group. The results observed are as follows; 1. RBC counts were increased, and WBC counts were decreased in the noise-exposed group. Neutrophils increased, lymphocytes and eosinophils decreased in the noise group. 2. Hemoglobin value was raised slightly in the noise-exposed group. 3. Cho esterol contents were slightly higher in the noise-exposed group than in the control group.
