경력결정요인과 성격유형의 조절효과에 관한 연구 - 문헌정보학과 학생들을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 예비사서들의 경력결정수준에 미치는 영향력을 분석하기 위해서 수도권 및 충청권 소재 문헌정보학과 재학생을 대상으로 실증연구를 하였다. 외생변수로는 교과과정, 경력관련 학과 활동, 그리고 사서 제도적 요소로 설정하여 조사하였다. 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 경력관련 학과활동이 경력결정수준에 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로 분석되었으며, 이 과정에서 성격의 유형이 조절적 역할을 하였다. 이는 예비사서로서의 경력 결정수준을 높이기 위해서는 경력관련 학과 활동 등 예를 들어, 취업동아리, 경력상담 프로그램, 선배와의 교류, 경력프로그램의 실시와 참여 등이 경력관련 정보의 공유를 쉽게하여 경력결정수준을 높인다고 할 수 있다. 이와 아울러 교과과정, 현장 사서가 갖추어야 할 실무능력, 사서자격제도 개선 등의 학교 조직적 사서 제도적 차원의 개선도 이루어져야 할 것이다. 끝으로, 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 연구 한계점 및 추후 연구방향에 대하여 논의하였다. This study attempts to analyse factors that influence the level of career decision for prospective librarians. To this end, an empirical study was conducted on the students from the department of Library & Information Science at universities located in Seoul, Gyeong Gi and Chung Cheong Areas. Exogenous variables included curriculum, career-related departmental activities, and librarian-related institutional factors. The result of analysis using the Structural Equation Model reveals that career-related departmental activities are preceding factors which affect the level of career decision and that personality types function as a modulator. This suggests that, in order to raise the career decision level, prospective librarians need to participate in career-related departmental activities, which make it easier to share information regarding career and thus enhance the level of career. Such career-related departmental activities include participating in job-oriented circles and career-consulting programs, communicating with seniors, and operating and joining career programs. Further organizational and institutional development is required : better curriculum, improved practical ability and qualifications as librarians. This study also discusses its limits and areas for future research.

최국철 장편소설 연구

본고는 고향 이야기를 통해 조선족의 역사와 현실을 소설화한 최국철의 대표작 <간도전설>과 <광복의 후예들>을 대상으로 그의 문학적 특징을 살피는 데 그 목적이 있다. <간도전설>은 만주국 시절 조선인들의 이상촌을 건립하려다 현실적 제약에 의해 실패하는 비극적인 역사를 그리고 있다. 또 <광복의 후예들>은 중국공산당에 의해 토지개혁이 진행되는 시기 조선인 농민들이 경험한 역사적 현실들을 이념적 색채 없이 그려낸다. 이들 작품은 작가의 고향 마을 사람들이 경험한 크고 작은 사건들의 이야기이면서 조선족의 삶과 역사의 기록이라는 의의를 지닌다. <간도전설>은 조선인들이 꿈꾼 조선인 이상촌의 건립이 한인 지주의 방해와 일제의 탄압으로 파멸하는 과정을 극적 구성을 통해 전개하고 있다. 반면 <광복의 후예들>은 토지개혁을 둘러싸고 남대천 마을사람들이 경험한 일들을 시간 순서에 따라 이야기하는 병렬적 구성을 사용하였다. 두 작품이 남대천 사람들의 이야기를 소설화 하면서 소설 구성 상 차이를 보인 것은 작가가 작품의 시간적 배경과 시대 상황을 고려해 소설 내의 갈등 구조를 강화해야 할 것인지 약화해야 할 것인지를 고민한 결과이다. 이들 작품에는 연변 방언이 매우 적극적으로 사용되어 사실성과 향토성이 두드러지는 효과를 보고 있다. 또 작중인물이 연변 방언을 사용하여 조선족의 삶과 역사를 보여주고자 한 이들 작품에 진실성을 확보하게 해주었다. 이렇듯 작가가 두 작품에서 연변 방언을 적극적으로 활용한 것은 고향 이야기를 통해 조선족의 역사를 형상화하려는 작가의 전략적 실천이라 하겠다. The purpose of this study was to explore Choi Guk-cheol’s major novels of Gando Legend(간도전설) and Descendants of the Independence(광복의 후예들) that novelized the history and reality Korean-chinese through hometown stories. Gando Legend depicted a tragic history of Choseon people in Manchuria who tried to establish an ideal village for themselves but failed to do so due to restrictions of the reality. Descendants of the Independence also depicted historical realities that the author’s hometown villagers experienced without ideology colors in a period when land reform was conducted by the Chinese Communist Party. These works are composed of small and big stories that the author’s hometown villagers experienced and they are meaningful in that they are the records of Korean-chinese Through dramatic structure, Gando Legend unfolded the process of the establishment of an ideal village for Choseon people being destructed by Chinese landowners’ disturbance and Japanese oppression. On the other hand, Descendants of the Independence used a parallel structure that elaborated stories of experiences of villagers in Namdaecheon in a sequence of time surrounded by land reform. The reason that the two works showed a difference in novel composition as they novelized stories of villagers in Namdaecheon was the results of the author’s agony with which the author was hesitating about whether to ascend or to descend the conflict structure within the novels in consideration of periodic background and situations of the times. Korean dialect in Yanbian China was aggressively employed in these works, which clearly brought out the factuality and locality. Also, the fact that characters in the works used Yanbian dialect shows the truthfulness of these works which endeavored to show the life and history of Koreanchinese. Likewise, active utilization of Yanbian dialect in both works was said to be a strategic practice of the author who tried to give shape to the history of Korean-chinese through hometown stories.

윤리풍토가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 조직의 윤리풍토와 윤리실천 메커니즘의 관계를 규명하고 윤리풍토의 지각이 조직성과변수인 직무만족,조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 연구하였다. 아울러 윤리풍토의 지각이 조직성과에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 윤리실천 메커니즘이 매개적 역할을 하는지 여부를 분석하였다. 이러한 실증적 연구를 위해 최근 관심이 고조되고 있는 IT/컴퓨터 전문기업을 표본으로 선정하여 유효한 383부의 설문지를 대상으로 최종 분석을 하였다. 인과관계분석방법으로는 그랜저 인과관계와 달리 시간의 흐름에 따르지 않는 동시적 인과관계(contemporaneous causality)를 의미하는 방향지시 비순환성 그래프(Directed Acyclic Graphs)분석법을 활용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째,전반적으로 윤리풍토는 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 영향을 미쳐 선행연구 결과들과 비슷한 맥락을 보였다. 둘째,윤리풍토에 영향을 받는 윤리실천행위주체는 조직몰입과 직무만족에 영향을 주는 매개적 역할을 하였다. 마지막으로,윤리실천시스템은 윤리풍토에 의해 영향을 받으나,조직몰입과 직무만족에 영향을 주지는 못하고 있는 것으로 나타나 매개적 역할을 보이지 못하였다. 윤리풍토의 지각이 직무만족,조직몰입에 미치는 영향은 윤리실천 행위주체를 매개로 했을 때 영향력이 증가함을 보여주고 있다. 이상에서 IT기업이 조직의 성과를 내기 위해서는 구성원들에 대한 윤리의식 제고에 함께 윤리실천을 행하는 경영층의 확고한 신념과 행위가 윤리경영에 중요한 요소로 확인되었다. This research implies the relationships between organization's ethical climates, via operant ethical mechanism related with the perceived ethical climates, and the organizational effectiveness; such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment. The main focus was laid on the impacts of perceived ethical climates on organizational effectiveness, along with the operant ethical mechanism as its intermediate variable. For this study, 4 IT specialized companies were selected to examine the relationships among the factors; 395 surveys were returned out of 600 surveys, 383 surveys were analyzed as validate samples exempting unreliable answers. The causal relationships among variables were assessed by DAG (Directed Acyclic Graphs). The important conclusion is that IT companies can increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment by influencing an organization's ethical climate. And the operant ethical mechanism partly acted as the intermediate role in the process of perceived ethical climates influencing organizational effectiveness such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment. The findings imply that organizational leaders can favorably influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment by engaging in, supporting ethical behavior.

스토리텔링 연구의 성과와 과제

본고는 최근 학계의 관심이 집중되고 있는 스토리텔링 연구의 성과를 디지털 스토리텔링, 현실 공간의 스토리텔링, 문화산업 관련 등 세 분야로 나누어 그 연구 성과를 점검하고, 앞으로의 스토리텔링 연구가 나아가야 할 방향을 모색하고자 한 논문이다. 디지털 스토리텔링 분야 중 연구의 역사가 긴 사이버문학은 연구 성과 또한 적지 않아 연구 의의를 중심으로, 디지털 게임서사는 최근 집중적으로 축적된 성과를 시기별로, 디지털 공간의 스토리텔링 연구는 인터넷 신문, 인터넷 광고, 웹 뮤지엄, 디지털 에듀테인먼트 등 분야별로 그 성과를 점검하였다. 현실 공간의 스토리텔링 분야는 박물관이나 미술관의 스토리텔링과 축제나 테마파크 등에서 사용되는 스토리텔링에 관한 연구 성과를 정리하였다. 문화산업 관련 연구 성과는 스토리텔링 과정 중의 콘텐츠 변이 양상 연구, 스토리텔링이 갖는 문화산업으로서의 가치 연구, 스토리텔링 전문가를 양성 방안 연구 등을 점검하였다. 이러한 연구 성과에 대한 점검을 바탕으로 앞으로 스토리텔링 연구가 추구하여야 할 방향을 점검하였다. 그 구체적인 방안으로 스토리텔링 연구의 지속적이고 실제적인 발전을 위한 스토리텔링 연구의 시각 조정, 현황 중심으로 이루어져 온 스토리텔링 연구의 반성, 스토리텔링 활동과 그 결과물을 분석하는 이론적 틀의 구안, 상업적 성과 위주인 스토리텔링 연구의 인문학적 가치 지향 방안 모색, 스토리텔링에 관한 이론 연구에서 실제 제작으로의 관심 전환, 스토리텔링의 실제 경험을 공유하기 위한 데이터베이스 구축 등을 제시했다. This paper reviews achievements in studies on storytelling, which has recently attracted attention from the academic world, by dividing it into three fields, digital storytelling, storytelling in the real world spaces, and cultural industry relatedness, and explores directions that research in storytelling should take in future. This study reviews the achievements in studies on cyber literature with focus on the significance of the studies, which has a long history of research among other fields of digital storytelling and has seen a considerable amount of achievements, the recently accumulated achievements in studies on digital game narratives in each period, and the achievements in studies on storytelling in digital spaces in each subfield including internet newspapers, internet advertisements, web museums, digital edutainment etc. As for storytelling in the real world spaces, this study summarizes the achievements in storytelling for museums and art halls, and for festivals and theme parks. And, as for the achievements related to the cultural industry, work on aspects of variations in contents in the course of storytelling, on values of storytelling as a field of the cultural industry, and on plans for the cultivation of storytelling experts. Based on the reviews of the achievements, this paper examines some directions that studies on storytelling should pursue. This paper proposes as concrete methods, adjustment of storytelling research for its continuous and practical development, reflections on storytelling studies that have been carried out with focus on trends, establishment of theoretical frameworks in which storytelling activities and their outcomes are analyzed, exploration of methods for the humanities oriented values of storytelling studies, bringing attention from theoretical work on storytelling to its practical production, construction of database for sharing actual experiences in storytelling.

미니밀에서의 고압하율과 형상변화 최적화 방안에 관한 연구

탈북이주민의 한국사회 부적응 서사 연구 -강희진의 『유령』과 권리의 『왼손잡이 미스터 리』를 중심으로-

Kang Hee-jin’s 『Ghost(유령)』 and Kwon Lee’s 『Left handed Mr. Lee (왼손잡이 미스터 리)』 describe painful lives that North Korean immigrants go through due to mental traumas that they gained in the process of defecting from North Korea. In addition, these novels depict the reality that North Korean immigrants, who failed to adjust themselves to the South Korean society, have fallen into the poor class living with the help of charity organizations or attempt to leave South Korea for a new dream. There are also North Korean immigrant figures who failed in social adjustment and avoid the society by being immersed in computer games. As told in the two stories, many North Korean immigrants, lacking in abilities to survive the competitive society or professional skills for a regular job, are wandering over the marginal areas of the Korean society. South Koreans assume a double attitude toward North Korean immigrants, regarding them as brethren from North Korea, and at the same time, as lazy ones who, engrossed in egalitarianism, may take away their wealth. South Koreans’ cold eyes on them make it even more difficult for North Korean immigrants to settle down in the South Korean society. Charity organizations make efforts to provide North Korean immigrants with economic support and the protection of rights and interests in the dimension of pity and sympathy, but their aids and dispensations cannot be ultimate solutions for North Korean immigrants’ problems. Because North Korean immigrants are uncomfortable with helps from charity organizations or it makes things worse for them to pretend behaviors expected by the charity organizations, we need to promote co.existence and co.prosperity by receiving them with understanding and tolerance. Now we should look for strategies for co.existence with maladjusted North Korean immigrants wandering around in the Korean society with mental traumas induced by mental and physical wounds obtained in the course of defecting from North Korea. In this sense, novels on the theme of North Korean immigrants should stop viewing North Korean immigrants as the objects of discrimination and contempt or of aids and dispensations, and make efforts to configure their private sufferings and agonies fictionally based on the understanding of their lives and consciousness.
