TPA로 분화된 U937 세포에서 사람 세포거대바이러스에 의한 c-jun Promoter 활성도의 변화

Transient transfection assay has been done to evaluate whether the c-jun activation would be prerequisite to the induction of permissiveness against human cytomegalovirus using in vitro cell model in which U937 has been induced to express CD11b and CD14 to become potential monocyte/macrophage cells by TPA treatment. U937 cells were treated with $10\;{\mu}M$, $50\;{\mu}M$ or $100\;{\mu}M$ of TPA. The cell morphology change was observed and the expression of the CD11b and CD14 was confirmed by FACS. Differentiated cells were transfected with pJLuc reporter vector which contained the wild type murine c-jun promoter spanning the SP1, CTF, ATF/CREB and MEF-2 binding sites upstream of the firefly luciferase gene. After 48 hrs of transfection, the cells were infected with HCMV Towne strain and the luciferase activity was assessed at 1 hand 4 h pi. The transfection assay showed no activation of the c-jun promoter at 1 h pi, instead, it showed 2 times increase of the its activity at 4 h pi. There was no difference of the c-jun promoter activation between TPA treated and untreated U937 cells, implying that c-jun activation might not be prerequisite for allowing cells to be premissive to HCMV, although HCMV infection itself could activate c-jun promoter.

가정용 네트워크 진료시스템 디자인연구

Life span of human beings is increasing thanks to development of modern medical technology. The population of elderly people is gradually increasing, which indicates the advent of advanced age society. It is thought that advanced age society has been mainly attained because of lower rate of death and birth for such a long time. Lots of problems involved in advanced age society such as increased financial burden caused by decreased economic activities population and intensive conflicts between generations are occurring. Also, the most serious problem of old age society is that the number of patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, high-blood pressure and heart attack is increasing. Therefore, this study designs a new digital network medical care system in ubiquitous computer environment where self-diagnosis is possible anytime and anywhere. This system is able to take care of various diseases as well as simple health problems. And, it makes diagnosis from international medical professionals possible in network environment and realizes computer doctor programs. Through the program, we can make a point of taking regular medical examination, which contributes to prevention against diseases and health promotion. This study is to present a design of remote control home network medical care system through which direct diagnosis is possible by connecting patients with chronic diseases or disabilities at home to hospitals using personal computers and mobile terminals. It suggest that this system is a human-friendly product with which humans can sympathize in meaning of medical products and phenomenal changes. This study outlines examples of designs awarded in the 38th Industrial Design Exposition.

실업계 고등학교 제품디자인의 아이디어 개발프로세스에 대한 연구

실업계 고등학교의 제품디자인 교육에 있어서 자유로운 사고방식에 도움을 줄 수 있는 발상을 기초로 좀 더 쉽게 아이디어 전개를 할 수 있도록 프로세스를 제안하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이며, 제품디자인 교육의 문제점을 살펴보고 학생들의 의식구조 및 수업환경을 비교 분석하여 향후 제품디자인 교육에 대한 바람직한 발전 방향을 모색하는데 중점을 두었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 여러 가지 발상법 등을 기초로 아이디어 도출하는 단계에서 얼마나 조직적으로 자신의 머리를 활용하며 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 아이디어 개발에 관한 몇 가지 기법과 디자인 시트를 활용하여봄으로서 교육적인 기대효과가 학생들에게 어떤 영향 및 효과를 가져오는지 살펴보았으며, 학생들의 잠재적인 능력을 끌어내어 발전시킬 뿐만 아니라 그 표현을 좀 더 쉽고 체계적으로 지도하기 위한 프로세스를 제안하고자 한다. It is a product design education of vocational high school and the appearance law which possibility a of decreasing a help in free way of thinking, it is the possibility of comparing an idea of developing a petty easy foundation, the fact that it's proposes let's you know the objective of sample research, it observed the problem of product design education and it's analysis, to compared it confronted desirable groups direct development and develop the place of importance in which it puts the thinking structure and a study environment of students for of better product design education. From the research which it is consequently the multi branch appearance light of the Buddhism. The foundation idea is to apply the head of oneself systematize from the phase which it does and it will be able to solve a problem some branch technique regards an idea appearance and the design set, it applies and with spring the education expectation effect is probably kind of effect and effects to the students, it observes to be latent ability of the students to see and takes you out. It will develop only the bay it knows the expression petty and it is easier and map it. Does the system and the process is for you to understand it's proposes.

키덜트 특성을 응용한 남성화장품 용기디자인에 관한 연구

As men's new style, metro-sexual is highlighted, men who making up his face is increasing and as a result of that men's cosmetic market is revitalized. So the design of men's cosmetic case is important as means of sales promotion. For the success in men's cosmetic market in accordance with the trend of metro-sexual, subdivided market which is analyzed not only men's womanish propensity to consume but also consumer's changing trend by their life style should be needed and distinct design represented men's taste should be created in various goods. Recently, new culture pattern "Kidult" comes out as a result of the dream of being a kid in complicated society, This means that current men's main sense of values "play" is discussed and expressed in daily life and culture trend. That is current men look for joy and interest as Homo Ludens unconsciously and consciously as well. Forecasting "Kidult" as an important trend at 21st century in this research, we try to estimate the possibility of creating Kidult market by analyzing male consumer from twenties to early forties having metro-sexual tendency. The purpose of this research is to grope for various Kidult design of men's cosmetic case which excite childish emotion and evoke their sympathy by knowing how Kidult trait applied for the successful female cosmetic case and other goods at current days.

제품 디자인의 색 이미지 적용연구

인간의 쾌적한 생활환경에 대한 욕구는 물질적인 측면이 어느 정로 층족되면 필연적으로 뒤따라오는 것이 인간의 정신적 욕구이다. 사회생활에 필요한 제반 요소의 83% 이상을 시각 정보에 의해서 얻고 있다고 한다. 지금까지는 제품디자인에 있어서 디자인 요소를 기술, 기능, 외형, 가격, 우선순위를 정하여 디자인을 양산해 왔었고 이는 기술이 우선적인 요소로 기능과 외형에 현실화를 조장하며 조형성과 기능성을 중심으로 제작 판매 되어 왔었다. 특히 제품디자인에 있어서는 최근 들어 기술의 평준화 사이즈의 최소화 그리고 외형디자인의 한계성으로 인하여 여러 가전사들은 그들만의 독창성과 차별성을 표현하기에 다른 방법을 모색하고 있으며, 그 해법으로 제품색채 및 표면 처리에 차별성을 두어 다양한 표면처리 기법과 색채계획을 적용하고 있다. 따라서 기업의 독창적 이미지를 부여하기 위해 제품디자인 중예 색채계획에 대한 관심이 더욱 더 커져만 가는 실정이다. 본 논문을 통하여 제품디자인에 있어서 색채에 대한 바른 정립과 개념을 구축하여 앞으로의 제품디자인에서 색이미지를 적용할 때 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 자료가 되길 바란다. 본인이 제시하는 논문의 주제를 객관적인 관점에서 바라보기 위하여 다양한 전문 기관과 전문가의 색채 분석 자료를 참고로 하였다. 디지털시대의 급변화 하는 국내외 시장에 디자인의 경쟁력에 대응하기 위하여 다양하고 폭넓은 색 이미지 정보를 제시하는 바이다.
