In this work, we investigated the dielectric property of layer‐structured Al2O3/few‐layer graphene (FLG) composite by high temperature impedance spectroscopic analysis. The sintered composites have highly enhanced permittivity (ε = 17.3) compared to pure platy alumina (ε = 7.3) with low dielectric loss (tanδ ~ 10−3). Percolative permittivity of the composites exhibits almost frequency‐independent behavior at 1 Hz to 1 MHz even though the real permittivity was increased, compared to that of pure platy alumina. Such behavior can be explained by intervening dielectric interface between alumina and FLG based on multilayer filler model. After percolation threshold (FLG > 0.75 vol %), the permittivity is further enhanced up to ~260 (@1 kHz), which amounts to >35 fold increase, compared to pure platy alumina because of interfacial capacitance between FLG platelets and alumina. According to temperature‐dependent impedance analysis, a dielectric relaxation due to Al2O3/FLG interface is observed in the frequency range of 1 Hz to 1 kHz at high temperature (RT = 400°C) besides that due to Al2O3 grains (>10 MHz). Real permittivity increases up to >20 000 at 400°C at low frequency, whereas dielectric loss remains as tanδ ~ 3 × 10−4. High temperature impedance analysis shows that the effect of interface between Al2O3 and FLG is responsible for such dielectric relaxation at high temperature.

본 논문에서는 Poly-ethylene-terephthalate (PET) 기판 위에 Organic Thin Film Transistor (OTFT)와 Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED)를 직렬 연결시킨 픽셀과 64 x 64 픽셀로 구성된 어레이를 제작하여 동작을 시연하였다. OTFT는 PET 기판과의 호환성을 고려하여 Poly 4-vinylphenol을 게이트 절연체로, 펜타센을 활성층으로 사용하여 제작되었다. 개별 소자 수준에서는 이동도가 $1.0\;cm^2/V{\cdot}sec$로 나타났으나, 어레이에서는 $0.1\~0.2\;cm^2/V{\cdot}sec$로 약 10배 정도 감소하였다. 어레이의 동작을 분석하였고 OTFT의 OLED에 대한 전류구동능력을 확인하였다. In this paper, we fabricated a pixel array in which each pixel was consisted of Organic Thin Film Transistor (OTFT) serially connected with Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) on Poly-ethylene-terephthalate (PET) substrate and the number of pixels was 64 x 64. As a gate insulator of OTFT, the thermally cross-linked PVP was used and the organic semiconductor, Pentacene, is deposited for an active layer of OTFT considering the compatibility with PET substrate. The mobility of OTFT is $1.0\;cm^2/V{\cdot}sec$ as a discrete device, but it was reduced to $0.1\~0.2\;cm^2/V{\codt}sec$ in the array. We analyzed the operation of the array and confirmed the current driving ability of OTFTs for the OLEDs.

Purpose: Distal radius fractures involving distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ) are common. After the fracture treatment, pain on the ulnar side of wrist, limitation of forearm rotation and instabilities can be remained. The purpose of this study was to address the importance of anatomical reduction for DRUJ injuries. Methods: Of 115 cases with a distal radius fracture involving DRUJ, 61 cases involving sigmoid notch of the radius or having a ulnar styloid process base fracture were evaluated. At an average of six months follow-up, their final outcomes were investigated using radiologic findings, functional disabilities of the arm, shoulder and hand (DASH) and visual analogue scale (VAS) pain scores and wrist motion of pronation/supination. Results: Satisfied radiologic reduction rate was 73.8%(45/61) in average, which was most favorable in external fixator group (82.4%, 28/34). The mean functional DASH score was 29.0 points and mean VAS for pain was 5.0. The mean range of wrist motions for pronation/supination was 59.5°/55.7°. Conclusion: Distal radius fractures involving DRUJ should be classified into the basic categories of unstable distal radius fracture, and immediate anatomical reduction is needed by operative treatment to avoid painful forearm rotation. 목적: 원위 요척 관절을 침범한 원위 요골 골절은 정상 골유합 후에도 지속적인 완관절 주위 동통이나 회전 운동에 제한및 불안정성 등이 남을 수 있다. 이러한 골절 형태의 치료에 있어 원위 요척 관절의 해부학적 정복의 중요성에 대해서알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 원위 요척 관절이 침범된 원위 요골 골절 중 S-결절과 척골 경상 돌기의 골절 및 아탈구 소견을 보인 총115예 중 61예를 대상으로 하였다. 수술 후 평균 6개월 경과 후 최종 추시 방사선 검사상 정복의 만족도, disabilities of the arm, shoulder and hand (DASH) score를 이용한 완관절 기능 평가, 통증의 정도를 visual analogue scale (VAS)을 이용하여 계측하였고, 회전 운동의 정도는 회내전과 회외전의 각도를 측정하여 분석하였다. 결과: 만족스러운 방사선학적 정복은 평균 73.8% (45/61)에서 얻었으며, 외고정 시행군에서 가장 좋았다(82.4%, 28/34). 완관절의 기능적 평가를 위한 DASH scores는 평균 29.0점이었으며, VAS 통증 score는 평균 5.0, 완관절의 평균 회내전/회외전 각도는 59.5/55.7로 측정되었다. 결론: 원위 요척 관절을 침범한 손목 주위 골절은 통상의 불안정 원위 요골 골절의 범주로 분류되어야 하며 조기에 수술적 치료를 통한 해부학적 정복을 고려하여야 하겠다.
