다구찌 방법을 이용한 Inconel 718 소재의 선삭가공에서 표면거칠기 최적화

Inconel 718 alloy, widely used as material of aircraft engine, has a good mechanical property in high temperature, strong anti-oxidation characteristics in oxidated current over $900^{\circ}C$, and also is not easily digested in the air containing sulfur, therefore, its usage as mechanical component is expanding rapidly. Even though Inconel alloy 718 is difficult to machine, it requires highly precise processing/machining to sustain its component quality of high accuracy. In this paper, general turning operation conditions arc tested to select the best cutting process condition by measuring surface roughness through implementing experiments with orthogonal array of cutting speed, feeding speed and cutting depth as processing parameters based on the Taguchi method. Optimal turning operation conditions are extracted from the proposed experimental models.

지속적인 택배 물동량 증가에도 불구하고 택배 단가는 낮아지고 있다. 이에 따라 택배 기사들의 근무 강도가 높아졌다. 택배 기사의 애로사항을 VOC(Voice Of Customers) 수집을 통해 직접 듣고 택배시스템을 개선하기 위한 장비를 설계했다. 장비에 배달물을 적재한 후 탑차에 일괄적으로 실을 수 있다. 배송지에서는 볼스크류에 체결된 판재로 배달물을 탑차 문 앞까지 밀어주어서 탑차에 올라가지 않고 배송이 가능하다. NIOSH 방정식을 이용해 인간공학적 관점에서 장비의 작동이 근무자에게 과도한 작업 부하를 일으키지 않는다는 것을 확인했다. 유한 요소법을 이용하여 응력 해석을 진행하고 장비의 안전계수를 확인했다. We designed a equipment to improve the courier system by listening to the voice of customers. It can be easily loaded into the truck cargo room after arranging all the courier items into the equipment. Because plates fastened to ball screws push the box to the rear door of the truck, the delivery man does not need to go aboard the cargo room to get it. Using the NIOSH equation, we confirmed that the operation of the equipment does not require much effort of the worker. Stress analysis was also carried out using the Finite Element Method (FEM) and the equipment was proved to be structurally safe.

Adenosine Deaminase 수치가 높은 골수종 흉수 1예

다발성 골수종은 주로 골수와 골격계로 발생하는 질환이다. 다발성 골수종 환자에서 흉수의 발생은 6% 정도이며 주된 원인은 심부전, 결핵이나 폐렴, 폐색전증, 신부전, 저알부민혈증 등이고, 다발성 골수종이 직접적으로 흉수의 원인이 되는 경우는 1% 내로 매우 드문 것으로 알려져 있다. 흉수 검사에서 ADA 수치가 50 IU/L 이상일 경우 결핵성흉수 진단에 중요한 생체지표가 된다. 때문에 일반적으로 흉수로 인한 호흡곤란을 호소하여 내원한 환자의 흉수 검사에서 림프구성 삼출액으로 ADA 수치가 높을 경우 결핵성 흉수를 우선적으로 고려해야 한다. 저자들은 다발성 골수종으로 항암 치료를 받는 47세 여자가 2달 동안 좌측과 우측으로 독립적인 흉수 증가가 있었고 우측 흉수는 림프구성 삼출액으로 ADA 수치가 100 IU/L 이상 상승하여 결핵성 흉수에 대해 감별 검사를 해야 했으나 흉수의 AFB 염색 및 배양과 TB-PCR 결과가 음성으로 확인되었고 세포병리에서 형질세포종이 포함되어 최종적으로 골수종 흉수로 진단한 1예를 경험하였기에 ADA 수치가 상승된 골수종 흉수에 대한 문헌고찰과 함께 증례를 보고하는 바이다. Multiple myeloma is a plasma cell neoplasm mainly involving the bone marrow and skeletal system. Myelomatous pleural effusion is rare, accounting for less than 1%. In cases with high adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity, with lymphocytic exudate in the pleural fluid, tuberculous pleural effusion should be differentiated first. We report herein a rare case of a unilateral pleural effusion in a patient who was undergoing chemotherapy for multiple myeloma, with an ADA level of > 100 IU/L and lymphocytic exudate in the pleural fluid. An acid fast bacillus stain and polymerase chain reaction test for tuberculosis were negative. Consequently, the patient was diagnosed with myelomatous pleural effusion with elevated ADA activity.
