RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) study has received far less rigorous analysis in the system performance and integration level, and RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) research has been studying to improve the maintenance efficiency in the operational steps based on collected data of real operational cases. This paper analyzes the basic concepts based on KS X ISO /IEC 15288 system life-cycle process in the whole system for the light rail transit construction, and the research suggests an approach to the management process of the applicable main tasks. The paper 『Management Process Study to RAMS Application of Light Rail Transit System』introduces Airport Rail cases and guidelines by using RAMS which is the major role in the system engineering technical process of ISO/IEC 15288 (International Organization for Standardization/ International Electrotechnical Commission 15288) to apply RAMS in domestic light rail transit efficiently, the aim of this study is to broaden of understanding RAMS.

시스템엔지니어링(System Engineering : SE)이란 복잡한 시스템을 개발함에 있어, 고객의 요구를 만족시키는 통합된(Integrated), 수명주기(life cycle)적 균형설계조합을 구성하고 검증하기위한 다 학문분야의 엔지니어링 접근방법이다. 이러한 시스템엔지니어링에는 EIA/IS등으로 국제 표준화 되어있는 요구분석, 기능분석 및 할당, 설계조합 그리고 이러한 절차 간에 시스템전체 개념의 분석과 통제를 통해 균형을 이루게 하는 프로세스에 의해 수행된다. 본 논문에서는 시스템엔지니어링의 국제규격인 ISO/IEC 15288 『정보 기술 : 시스템 및 소프트웨어 공학-시스템 생명주기 프로세스』를 기준으로 11개 기술프로세스 중 이해관계자 요구사항 정의와 요구사항 분석프로세스에 대한 시스템엔지니어링 활동 및 절차, 산출물에 대한 연구 내용을 제시하고자 한다. Systems Engineering (System Engineering: SE) in developing complex systems is an approaching way to meet the customer's needs of integrated life cycle ever balanced combination between design and verification of configuration for all disciplines of engineering. In these systems, engineering is performed by the standardized process such as EIA / IS considering requirements analysis, functional analysis, allocation, design, and analysis and controls across the entire system making it balanced. In this paper, study is to present about information regarding the process of stakeholder requirements definition and requirements analysis, systems engineering activities for the process and procedures, and deliverables for the study from 11 technology standards based on ISO / IEC 15288; international standard for systems engineering; "Information Technology: Systems and software engineering-System life cycle processes"

Promote competition in local government and the construction of a subway construction in the vicious cycle of debt due to the operating deficit as a greater burden on local finances was leave. This government policy of public transport in the center of the metro construction costs affordable and to respond appropriately to public transport demand new transit LRT(Light rail Transit) by introducing the current Busan was the opening of Line 4 yongin line Busan - Gimhae line parliamentary and barge construction or ready for the opening. What is light rail compared to the existing subway and cheaper construction cost the existing road or bridge that runs along the track is installed etc. Manless system construction cost and operating expenses as a possible new railway transportation has been a leading state-of-the-art mad. However the domestic business system engineering of light rail-related companies in the developed countries are doing to advance to the national to the local engineering skills of the self-free hurry will have to be secured. Therefore this paper applies local light rail project on the status of the systems engineering analysis and based on this source of the latest engineering technology-intensive systems engineering to provide direction to the development of technology.

To guarantee safety and reliability, RAMS(Reliability Availability Maintainability and Safety) activity for a communication software in train communication network is studied. In this paper, preliminary hazard analysis in RAMS activities is studied for the communication software. Preliminary hazard analysis is done through library for communication software that the specification is defined by IEC 61375. The hazards are defined, then causes and consequence for each hazard are defined. The total 36 preliminary hazards are classified. For high severity hazards are changed to acceptable level by upgrading of system requirement specification.

To achieve the safety and reliability, RAMS activity for a railway signal system of Near Surface Transit is studied. In this paper, preliminary hazard analysis in RAMS activities is studied for the railway signal system of Near Surface Transit. Preliminary hazard analysis is done through automatic train protection, automatic train operation and automatic train supervision. The hazards are defined, then causes and consequence for each hazard are defined. The total 75 preliminary hazards are classified. For high severity hazards are changed to acceptable level by upgrading of system requirement specification.

This paper is a study on the practical Systems Engineering Management Plan(SEMP) for the LRT Project. A SEMP shall be developed and applied to define and manage the systems engineering activities during the beginning of LRT Project. This paper is addressed contents and description of the practical systems engineering management plan based on the existing practices about system engineering management plan in LRT Project domain as well as the systems engineering standard as MI-STD 499A, IEEE 1220 etc. In the early stage of a LRT Project, An acquirer should provide a Systems Engineering Plan(SEP), and a contractor should summit a Systems Engineering Management Plan as the SEP in proposal. This addressed the SEMP as an aspect of the system and sub-systems supplier to systematically and effectively accomplish the systems engineering activities in LRT Project generally.
