제주시 지역사회 통합돌봄 장애 당사자의 탈시설과 자립생활 경험에 관한 연구

본 연구는 제주특별자치도 제주시 지역사회 통합돌봄 선도사업에 참여한 장애 당사자들의 탈시설 과정과 자립생활 경험을 살펴보고, 사업의 효과성 및 지역사회 자립생활을 위한 실천전략을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 제주시 지역사회 통합돌봄 선도사업에 참여 중인 장애 당사자 9명을 대상으로 탈시설 과정과 지역사회 내 자립생활 경험을 분석하였다. 연구분석 방법은 내용분석을 활용하였으며, 분석결과 34개의 의미범주를 바탕으로 6개의 범주, 13개 하위범주로 맥락화되었으며, 2개의 최종 주제가 도출되었다. 2개의 주제는 첫째, 서툴지만 더 나은 나를 찾는 여정으로 ‘나를 위한 결정’, ‘낯설고 어려운 시도’, ‘함께 걷는 자립의 길’, ‘주인 되는 성장의 과정’ 4개의 범주로 구성되었다. 둘째, 더 나은 독립생활을 위한 제언으로 ‘아직도 필요한 격려와 지지’, ‘이용자 중심의 지원 확대’ 2개의 범주로 구성되었다. 이러한 장애당사자의 탈시설과 자립생활의 경험을 바탕으로 나타난 연구결과를 토대로 사업의 효과성과 사업내용의 개선을 위한 실천적·정책적 함의들을 제안하였다. This study intended to analyze experience of deinstitutionalization and independent living in community of persons with disabilities who participated in the community care in Jeju. Utilizing content analysis method, the process and experiences of independent living were analyzed for 9 persons with disabilities currently participating in the community care in Jeju. According to the result of the study, their experiences would be summarized into 6 categories and 2 themes. Those categories consisted of “The Journey of Finding unskilled but Better Me: Decisions for Me, Unfamiliar and Difficult Trials, the Path to Self-Reliance Together, the Process of Becoming a Master, Suggestions for a Better Independent Life: Encouragement and Support Still Needed, Expanding Client-focused Support have”. Based on these findings, the study concluded with practical and policy implications that would improve effectiveness of this project.

사례관리자 네트워크 활동의 영향요인 : 수퍼비전 관계의 영향력을 중심으로

본 연구는 사례관리의 간접실천 요소로서 강조되는 네트워크 활동의 영향 요인을 파악하는 목적으로 수행되었고, 특히 수퍼비전 관계의 속성이 사례관리자의 네트워크 활동에 미치는 차별적 영향을 확인하는데 연구의 초점을 두었다. 서울·경기·인천지역 내 지역복지관(종합사회복지관, 노인복지관, 장애인복지관)에서 근무하는 사례관리자 150명을 대상으로 수집된 2차 자료를 분석하였고, 연구문제 해결을 위해서는 위계적 회귀분석이 실시되었다. 주요 연구결과로서 사례관리자의 인구사회학적·조직 요인, 사례관리 요인의 영향력을 통제한 후에도 수퍼비전 관계는 네트워크 활동에 유의하고 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 주요 실천적 함의로서 네트워크 활동수준을 높이기 위해서는 사례관리자를 대상으로 한 교육훈련 뿐 아니라, 수퍼바이저와 사례관리자 간의 상호신뢰, 존중, 전문적 관계, 친밀성, 명확한 의사소통 등 관계적 요인이 중요함을 확인하였다. The purpose of the study was to identify influential indicators of case manager’s network-activities, with a special focus on the impact of supervision relationship. For the purpose of this study, surveyed data from 150 case managers working in either community social welfare center, disabled welfare center and senior welfare center around Seoul metropolitan area, was analyzed as secondary data. Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that degree of case manager’s supervision relationship had significant effect on network-activities among the sample, even after accounting for influences of other indicators in the analysis model. Along with major findings of the study, implications for practical and educational aspects of supervision regarding case manager’s role performance.

본 연구는 사례관리 기록 어플리케이션 도입에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었고, 특별히 사례관리자의 역할수행 어려움이 사례관리 기록 어플리케이션 도입 필요성에 미치는 차별적인 영향을 확인하는데 연구의 초점을 두었다. 서울ㆍ경기ㆍ인천 지역 내 지역복지관에서 근무하는 사례관리자를 대상으로 자기보고식 설문조사를 진행하였고, 연구문제의 해결을 위해 위계적 회귀분석이 실시되었다. 연구의 주요결과로서 인구사회학적 요인, 사례관리와 조직요인, 스마트기기 활용요인의 영향력이 통제된 후에도 사례관리 역할수행의 어려움은 사례관리 기록 어플리케이션 도입 필요성에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 파악되었다. 주요 실천적 함의로서 사례관리자의 역할수행 어려움을 개선하고 업무 효율성을 높이기 위한 방안으로 사례관리 기록 어플리케이션 도입의 필요성이 강조되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencing introduction of recording application for case management practice. For the purpose of this study, surveyed data from 158 case managers working in either community social welfare center, disabled welfare center and senior welfare center around Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon area was analyzed. Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that degree of case manager’s difficulties in role performance had significant effect on Introduction of Recording Application among the sample, even after accounting for influences of other indicators in the analysis model. Along with major findings of the study, for effective case management, efforts are needed to establish the need for the introduction of recording application for case management practice at the agency level and to encourage the introduction of recording application for case management practice.
