        대학 태권도 품새 팀의 LMX가 선수생활만족 및 운동지속의사에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 대학 태권도 품새 팀 및 선수들의 특성에 맞는 유용한 운동지속의사 향상방안에 대한 시사점 제공을 목적으로 품새 팀 주장과 팀원 간의 LMX와 선수생활만족, 운동 지속의사 간의 인과관계에 대한 연구이다. 연구목적의 달성을 위해 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 현재 대학에서 활동 중인 품새 선수들을 대상으로 300부의 자료를 수집하였다. 이후 불성실하다고 판단되는 41부를 제외한 259부를 대상으로 PASW/PC 25.0 ver.을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 도출된 결과를 토대로 분문에서는 LMX, 선수생활만족이 대학 품새 선수들의 운동지속의사에 주효한 역할을 수행하고 있으며, 이때 LMX는 운동지속의사에 대한 직접효과 및 선수생활만족을 통한 간접효과를 근거로 대학 선수들의 이탈방지에 관한 가장 실질적인 방안으로 작용할 수 있음을 확인하였고. 보다 실천적인 측면에서 대학 품새 팀 주장과 팀원들 간 교환 관계의 질을 높이기 위한 증진방안이 모색되어야 함을 제안하였다. The purpose of this research is to study the casual relationship that exists between the LMX(Leader-Member Exchange) of the leader of Poomsae team and team members with the athlete’s life satisfaction and intention to continue exercising and thus to provide implications regarding suitable improvement plans on one’s intention to continue exercising that pertain to the characteristics of a university Taekwondo Poomsae team. In order to realize the research objective, this study collected 300 copies of data from the current Poomsae athletes at universities by using a convenient sampling method. Then, excluding the 41 copies of data considered to be untrustworthy, PASW/PC 25.0 ver. was used on 259 copies of data to perform frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results, this research confirmed that LMX and the athlete’s life satisfaction play a significant role in the university Poomsae athletes’ intention to continue exercising, to the extent that LMX would function as the most practical method to prevent any university athletes from leaving through the direct impact it has on the intention to continue exercising and the indirect impact from the athlete’s life satisfaction. Also, suggestions should be explored further on the necessity to seek promotional plans to enhance the quality of interaction between the leader of the university Poomsae team and the team members on a more practical level.

        온도조절 격판 변화에 따른 차량용 HVAC 내부 유동의 PIV속도장 측정 연구

        Air flow inside an automotive HVAC module has been investigated using a high-resolution PIV technique with varying the temperature operation mode. The PIV system consists of a 2-head Nd:YAG laser (125 mJ), a high-resolution CCD camera (2K×2K), optics and a synchronizer. A real automotive HVAC module was used directly under real operating condition. Some casing parts of the HVAC module were replaced with transparent windows for capturing clear flow images with laser light sheet beam illumination. Time-averaged velocity fields were obtained for two different temperature control modes. Flow characteristics of the air-conditioned air flow inside the automotive HVAC system for the two temperature baffle conditions were evaluated.

        고교생들의 학교스포츠클럽 참여만족이 학교생활에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to provide the basic information whether participation in sports club activities of high school has positive impacts on the decrease of school violence behavior and the improvement of school life satisfaction and learning activity.A total 231 students who are enrolled in 3 high schools located in Seoul participated in this study. The participants completed a questionnaire and collected data were analyzed to use LSD independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis.The results revealed that students` participation satisfaction in sports club activities had positive effects on the decrease of school violence behavior, the enhancement of school life satisfaction, and learning activity for school subjects.The findings pvovide some practical implications for school teachers, researchers, and people who are related to school policy and administration.

        베트남 기업 지배구조의 변화와 경쟁력: 비나카페의 주식회사화 전략

        1990년대 후반 이후 베트남 커피총공사인 비나카페는 커피 다국적기업 진입의 증가, 친환경 인증 커피에 대한 글로벌 수요의 증가, 커피나무 수령의 고령화, 기후 변화에 따른 커피 생산 환경 조건의 저하 등으로 위기에 직면하고 있다. 비나카페는 주식회사화(co phan hoa, equitization)를 통해 이와 같은 위기에 조응하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 비나카페의 주식회사화에 따른 지배구조와 생산 및 유통과정의 변화 분석을 통해 베트남 커피 산업 경쟁력 제고를 위한 전략을 고찰하는데 있다. 비나카페의 주식회사화는 두 가지 측면에서 베트남 커피산업의 경쟁력을 제고시키고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 첫째, 비나카페의 주식회사화는 모기업에 집중되었던 의사 결정 권한을 분산시켜, 자회사는 자체적으로 커피 인증기관, 바이어 등과 협력하여 신기술을 도입하고 원두의 품질을 개선하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 기존의 커피 생산 과정에서 발생하였던 환경오염 문제를 감소시키기 위한 친환경 농법의 도입하여 경쟁력을 재고시키고 있다. 둘째, 주식회사화에 따른 자회사에 의한 농가 계약의 유연성 확대와 공급망 및 판매망의 다각화와 같은 생산과 유통 과정의 변화를 통해 커피 경영의 다각화와 효율화가 나타나고 있다. Since the late 1990s Vinacafe has gone through strategic changes in corporate governance and managements due to an increase in the introduction of coffee MNCs, a growth of global demands in sustainable coffee, aging coffee tree, and the deterioration of coffee production with climate changes in Vietnam. Vinacafe has attempted to cope with these kinds of changes through strategies for equitization. Therefore, the main aim of this paper is to identify strategies for enhancing the competitiveness of the Vietnamese coffee industry by investigating changes in corporate governance and processes of coffee production and distribution. The equitization of Vina cafe has led to the enhancement of coffee competitiveness in two perspectives. Firstly, as it has decentralized decision-making from headquarter, subsidiaries have become able to strength their competitiveness themselves by introducing new technologies, improving coffee quality, and encouraging the introduction of eco-friendly production methods through cooperative relationships with stakeholders involved in coffee production and distributions in Vietnam. Secondly, it has also enhanced competitiveness through the diversification and effectiveness of coffee managements by intensifying the flexibility of contract with coffee farmers and diversifying coffee sales and supply chains in Vietnam.

      • 헤마토크릿 변화에 따른 혈액유동의 유체역학적 특성

        In order to investigate flow characteristics of blood flow in a micro tube (100㎛ in diameter) with respect to hematocrit, in-vitro experiments were carried out using a micro-PIV technique. The micro-PIV system consists of a microscope, a 2 head Nd:YAG laser, a 12 bit cooled CCD camera and a delay generator. Blood was supplied into the micro tube using a syringe pump. Hematocrit for blood was controlled by 20%, 30% and 40%. The blood flow has a cell free layer near the tube wall and its thickness is changed with increasing the flow rate and hematocrit. The hemorheological characteristics such as shear rate and viscosity were evaluated using the velocity field data. As the flow rate increased, the blunt velocity profile in the tube center was sharpened. The viscosity of blood was also steeply increased by decreasing shear rate, especially in the region of low shear rate, changing RBC rheological properties. The variation of velocity profile and blood viscosity shows typical characteristics of Non-Newtonian fluids. Based on the inflection points, the cell free layer and two-phase flow consisted with plasma and suspensions including RBCs were clearly discriminated.

      • 미세 협착을 지나는 혈액의 유체역학적 특성

        Flow characteristics of blood in a micro-channel with stenosis were investigated using a high-speed micro PIV system. The width and depth of the PDMS microchannel were 100㎛ and 50㎛, respectively. The width of the micro-scale stenosis is 15㎛. Heparinized human blood was supplied into the micro-channel using a syringe pump. The visualization flow images show clearly the deformation of RBCs at the stenosis region. Cell free layer and two-phase behavior of blood flow were also visualized. The velocity profiles measured using the high-speed micro PIV system are well agreed with the theoretical prediction of flow in the micro stenosis.
