유-초 연계에 대한 실태 및 교사 협력에 대한 요구 차이: 유-초 연계의 생태 역동 모델 관점에서

본 연구는 유아교육 기관에서 초등학교로의 전이 과정에 있는 아동지원을 목적으로 하며 Rimm- Kaufman과 Pianta의 ‘유-초 연계 생태 역동 모델’을 기반으로 유-초 교사의 협력체계 형성을 제안하고자 한다. 유-초 교사의 협력체계 구축을 위한 기초자료를 수집하기 위해 전국의 만 5세반 담임교사 136명과 초등학교 1학년 담임교사 152명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이들 중 유아교사 10명과 초등교사 10명을 대상으로 혼합집단 면접을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들의 실태는 유아교사에 비해 초등교사의 유-초 연계 활동실시 정도, 유-초 연계 관련 연수참여 정도가 부족하였다. 또한 두 집단의 교실 내 상호작용형태가 매우 다름을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 유-초 연계와 관련된 협력에 대한 교사들의 요구를 살펴본 결과 ‘아동에 대한 기록을 교사에게 전달하기’에 대한 초등교사의 요구가 매우 높았으며, 두 집단 모두 ‘활용 가능한 유-초 연계 프로그램 보급’에 대한 기대 수준이 높았다. 또한 교사들은 서로의 교육 환경과 의견을 교환할 ‘소통의 장’이 필요하며, 그 형태는 전문적 학습공동체의 형태가 가장 적합하다고응답하였다. 본 연구는 ‘유-초 연계 생태 역동 모델’을 바탕으로 아동의 초등학교 적응을 돕기 위해 유-초교사가 소통할 수 있는 중간체계가 필요함을 밝혔으며, 이를 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있다. This study proposes the need for the establishment of a cooperative system between early childhood and elementary teachers based on the Eco-Dynamic Model of Transition to school developed by Rimm-Kaufman and Pianta (2000). This study purposes to support young children in their transitional process from kindergarten to elementary school. A survey was conducted with 136 kindergarten teachers and 152 elementary teachers. Mixed group interviews were also performed with 10 kindergarten teachers and 10 elementary teachers. Results were as follows. First, there was lack of elementary teachers performance of transitional activities and their participation in the inservice teacher training programs for the transition. Additionally, it was found that the two groups had differing types of interaction in the classroom. Second, elementary teachers emphasized the necessity of the ’transfer of the records of children to elementary teachers’, while both groups had high expectations in regards to the ‘provision of an applicable program for children’s transition to elementary school. Both groups of teachers perceived in common that they need ‘communication platform’ to share their ideas and thoughts and that a professional learning community would be an appropriate form for such a platform. Results implicated that an intermediary system for communicating two groups of teachers is essential for assisting children in adapting to elementary school based on the Eco-Dynamic Model of Transition to school.

In this paper, we proposed that two types of automotive security tools for Android OS, which are quick and easy, as well as accurate. These implements are designed for small and medium-sized enterprises.
