Tourism community business contributes to improving the problems that the region has and can contribute to the revitalization of future tourism through the utilization of potential resources. This study conducted a big data analysis study on the village hotel 18th Street, a place for tourism community business that has recently been in the spotlight, to examine the perceptions and trends of tourism consumers. Keywords that are highly related to Village Hotel 18th Street, and collected a total of 4,780 and selected 60 of them for research. As a result, first, keywords closely related to Village Hotel 18th Street, such as Gohan, residents, urban regeneration, alleys, Gangwon-do, alleys, news, and travel, were collected. Second, as the result of the CONCOR group analysis, a total of six clusters were formed, such as major concepts and facilities, surrounding tour courses, and contests. Various academic implications and practical implications for Village Hotel 18th Street were provided.

The Effects of Job Satisfaction on the Life Satisfaction of Individuals with Disabilities

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of job satisfaction related attributes on the level of life satisfaction of individuals with disabilities. Job satisfaction related elements consist of wage level, job stability, working condition, career development, and communication. Design/methodology/approach - For the data collection, this research made use of The Korean Panel Survey of Employment for people with disabilities, with the study period consisting of 2016-2018, and the number of observations measuring 4405. For the data analysis, the ordinary least square, fixed effect, and random effect regression models were used. Findings - The results indicate that the life satisfaction of people with disabilities is positively influenced by wage satisfaction, job stability satisfaction, working condition satisfaction, career development satisfaction, and communication satisfaction. Research implications or Originality - This study informs policy makers for the design of welfare for people with disability, specifically related to their labor conditions.

괴테의 『이탈리아 기행』에서 나타난 고전주의 문화관광의 미학적 해석과 인문학적 담론

In recent days, tourism culture has become more prosperous, the humanities are becoming the basis of tourism storytelling based on literature, history, and philosophy. Goethe(Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, 1749-1832)'s Italian journey published in 1829 is the one of masterpiece of western tour literature. It is an autobiographical work based on his experience, knowledge, and appreciation through journey to Italia which had been started by his desire for southern europe. This study seeks to redefine its value from a perspective of cultural anthropology for observing the historical and cultural properties of mankind, and humanistic perspective for exploring human values and expressions through interpretating psychologically the original work and analysing behavior theory. Also this study performed for discovering the contents of modern tourism, having the natural meaning and authenticity of a tour and produce related story telling through exploring and discussing the humanities and the role of tourism in this artwork. I look forward to developing one step further through various perspective researches with convergence of the studies, and growing korean cultural tourism, which comes with values of humanities and creative aesthetic experiences.

빅데이터 분석을 통한 다크투어리즘 인식 규명 연구

The purpose of study was to look at the tourist’s perception of dark tourism by big data. Data were collected from Daum, Naver and Goggle as analysis social channels. This study utilized semantic network analysis methods. The 2,451 words were collected related in keyword of ‘dark tourism’ for big data research through social network analysis. The search period was limited to three years from Dec. 25, 2015 to Dec. 24, 2018. Data text mining was processed through textom and Krkwic programs for social network analysis. Keywords for social network analysis were drawn by UCINET and Netdraw through data mining for programs such as textom and Krkwic programs. First, various keywords related in dark tourism such as ‘history’, ‘trip’, ‘jeju’, ‘tragedy’, ‘site’, ‘war’, ‘disaster’, ‘lesson’, ‘place’, ‘massacre’, ‘disaster’, ‘tour’, ‘memory’, ‘book’, ‘tourism,‘ ’pain‘ were extracted. Second, as a result of CONCOR group analysis, total five big groups were formed. Confidently, this study discussed the implications of a marketing strategy for dark tourism as a result of the semantic network analysis study.

시멘틱 네트워크 분석을 활용한 생태관광 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

The purpose of study was to generate at the tourist’s perception of ecotourism by social big data. Data were gathered from Naver, Daum and Goggle as analysis social big data channels. This study used semantic network analysis methods. The 3,851 words were gathered related in keyword of ‘ecotourism’ for big data research through social network analysis. The search period was limited to three years from Jan. 1, 2016 to Dec. 31, 2018. Keywords for social network analysis were drawn by NodeXL through data mining for programs such as textom. As results, first, various keywords related in ecotourism such as ‘nature’, ‘trip’, ‘environment’, region‘’, ‘program’, ‘experience’, ‘composition’, ‘jeju’, host‘’, ‘tourist’, ‘taehwa river’, siheung‘’, tourist attraction‘’, ‘gimpo’, ‘event,‘ ’culture‘ were extracted. Second, as a result of cluster analysis, total three groups were formed. Confidently, this study discussed the implications of a marketing strategy for ecotourism as a result of the semantic network analysis study. Therefore, the activation of ecotourism, which is a typical tourism form of sustainable tourism, is expected to be an alternative to the Korean tourism industry, which is suffering from overtourism such as Jeju Island and Bukchon Hanok Village in Seoul. 본 연구는 빅데이터 분석 중 시멘틱 네트워크 분석(semantic network analysis)을 통하여 주요 포털사이트나 SNS상에서 나타난 생태관광에 관한 텍스트 간의 연결망을 통해 텍스트의 의미와 키워드를 구조적으로 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 네이버, 다음, 구글에서 나타난 생태관광과 관련한 키워드를 추출하여 관련 인식과 행태에 대해 통찰하고 미래 생태관광의 방향성과 발전 가능성을 논의하고자 한다. 이러한 생태관광에 대한 광범위한 자료를 분석함으로써 지속가능한 생태관광 정책의 수립 및 마케팅 프로그램 활용을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구결과, 생태관광 동반한 키워드는 ‘자연’, ‘여행’, ‘환경’, ‘지역’, ‘프로그램’, ‘체험’, ‘조성’, ‘제주’, ‘개최’, ‘관광객’, ‘진행’의 순으로 나타났다. 그리고, 클러스터 분석 결과, ‘제주 에코파티’, ‘생태관광 페스티벌’, ‘바라지 생태관광’ 등 생태관광의 주요 축제 및 이벤트로서 이와 관련된 키워드들이 중심적으로 3개의 군집으로 형성되었다. 결국 지속 가능한 관광의 대표적인 관광형태인 생태관광의 활성화는 현재 제주도, 서울 북촌한옥마을 등 오버투어리즘으로 몸살을 앓고 있는 한국 관광산업의 대안이 될 것으로 판단된다.

2차 자료를 이용한 장애인의 주관적 건강도 결정요인

The aim of this research is to inspect the determinants of subjective health for people with disability. The dependent variable is subjective health; the independent variables are culture art watching, leisure sports watching, religious activity, and job satisfaction. Control variables are age, gender, personal assets, and level of disability. This study employed the panel survey for employment for the disabled as the data source. The number of observations is 1302. The study period is 2016-2018. For hypotheses testing, this study implemented panel regression models: ordinary least square, fixed effect, and random effect regression models. The results indicated that the subjective health of people with disability is positively influenced by cultural art watching, and leisure sports watching. This research ultimately presents the information for the direction of budgeting regarding people with disability.

관광분야 NFT 패러다임 탐색 및 향후 발전방안 수립 연구: TF-IDF 및 의미연결망 분석을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to explore paradigms for NFT in the tourism sector and to establish future development plans for NFT. TF-IDF analysis and semantic network analysis were used to conduct research. The final 60 keywords were selected from the total 4,808 keywords collected from social media Naver, Daum, and Google. The keyword collection period was set to the last year when NFT was actively reviewed in the tourism sector. The period of collecting keywords related to the tourism sector NFT was limited to one year, from March 1, 2021, to February 31, 2022. As a result, first, in order for NFT in the tourism sector to develop further, it is important to expand the virtual tourism service market combined with metabus. Second, metabus-based virtual tourism services are expected to link content with NFT, and such content will develop in the form of trading on cryptocurrency exchanges. Third, in terms of boosting tourism in the region, it is also important to attract various MICE events under the theme of NFT.

The environmental Management issues of hotel Business field, one of the Service industries is becoming increasingly important with the importance of the service sector and high interest in environmental issues. The purpose of this study is to offer the direction of successful eco-friendly management strategy with identification of the factor of eco-friendly hotel services and practical analysis of the regression model of guest``s satisfaction, trust and revisiting intention. The results are summarized as follows: First of all, The factor of Eco-friendly room``s services which is including the recycling products, saving water and power, energy saving systems, eco-friendly room management followed affect on the guest``s satisfaction and the trust, and satisfaction of eco-friendly room`s factor affect on the trust. In addition, the satisfaction and trust is also have positive effects on the revisiting intention. This paper presents the findings from an extensive research on long-term green marketing in respect to eco-friendly service for guest satisfaction, trust, and patronage intentions.

호텔기업 종사자의 감정노동이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

The purposes of this study is to analyze the effects of emotional labor targeted hotel employees on customer orientation which is the ultimate goal of service firms and to examine moderating effects of display rules which is the representative of operation management between emotional labor and customer orientation. Analyzed through the research process, a summary of the results of research hypotheses, the surface acting of emotional labor has negative effects on customer orientation, while deep acting has positive effects in customer orientation. It also committed to acting of display rules as moderating variable, a positive moderation on the relationship between the surface acting and customer orientation, however, a negative moderation on the relationship between deep acting and customer orientation. Thus, the emotional labor of employees to perform their duties effectively should be managed as a significant source of customer-oriented behavior. Moreover, to achieve organizational goals in the service of firms, the individual should be the paramount consideration, and service quality can be developed through customer-oriented efforts and continuous interaction with customers.
