낙관적 다자간 계약서 서명 프로토콜 라운드의 하한

Since the fair exchange protocol is an important part of electronic commerces, a number of researches have been done in relation to the fair exchange protocol. As the contract signing protocol is a part of fair exchange protocol, many protocols have been proposed, but most of them were focused on two-party protocol. Only a few were on the multi-party contract signing protocol. So far the optimistic multi-party contract signing protocol presented by Baum-Waidner has the least number of rounds in asynchronous network[4]. But, the lower bound on the number of rounds required by any optimistic multi-party contract signing protocol has been not known. In this paper, we present a tight lower bound on the number of rounds for optimistic multi-party contract signing protocol. 성장은 전자상거래의 중요성을 증대시켰다. 그리고 공정교환 프로토콜은 전자상거래의 중요한 부분을 차지하므로 공정교환 프로토콜에 관련된 많은 연구들이 이루어졌다. 계약서 서명 프로토콜은 공정 교환 프로토콜의 일부로서 많은 연구가 이루어졌지만 대부분은 양자간 프로토콜에 집중되었다. 그리고 다자간의 계약서 서명 프로토콜에 대한 연구는 부족하였다. Baum-Waidner가 제시한 다자간 계약서 서명 프로토콜이 지금까지 알려진 가장 적은 수의 라운드를 가지는 비동기방식의 낙관적인 다자간의 계약서 서명 프로토콜이다[4]. 하지만, 낙관적인 다자간의 계약서 서명 프로토콜이 필요로 하는 라운드 수의 하한은 알려지지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 낙관적인 다자간의 계약서 서명 프로토콜이 필요한 라운드 수의 밀착 하한을 제시한다.

전이성 폐암의 외과적 치료

There are follow-up data according to thirteen patients recieved the surgical resection for metastatic lung cancer arising from different primary tumor. The patients were received the surgical resection at Korean Cancer Center Hospital from July 1987 to Setember 1991 and followed-up to August 1992. There were 9 men and 4 women, ranging in age from 16 to 70 years[mean age, 42.8 years]. The primary tumors were 2 synovial sarcoma, 2 sarcoma, 2 osteosarcoma, 3 laryngeal ca, 1 melanoma, 1 ovarian ca and 1 bladder ca. The operative procedures were 5 wedge resections, 1 segmental resection, 5 lobectomies, 1 bil-obectomy and 1 pneumonectomy. There was no operative and hospital death. There were 3 deaths[each survival period: 2, 9 and 20 months, average 10.3 months]and 5 tumor recurrence during follow-up. At now, the average survival period of aliving patients is 29.1 months.

We experienced a case of giant cell tumor arising from the right 2nd rib in the diagnostic and therapeutic thoracotomy at our department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, Chungnam Univ. Hospital in May 3rd, 1991. The reports of this tumor are very rare and are known to have the incidence of 1 percent or less of all giant cell bone tumor. The tumor of the right 2nd rib, infant head-sized, covered with parietal pleura was invaded into the vertebra on operation finding. The tumor was resected partially[three fourths] and revealed to be the giant cell tumor on pathologic finding. At now, the patient is taking the radiotherapy to achieve the therapeutic goal to the remnant tumor.

개심술환자에서 체외순환후 혈중 및 요중 포타시움의 변화

The level of serum potassium concentration is very important aspect in postoperative cardiac patients The postoperative cardiac arrhythmia and digitalis intoxication are known to be closely related with hypokalemia and also to cause the irreversible cardiac dysfunction. In this study, the changes of the level in serum and urine concentrations during, after extracorporeal circulation[EGG], Predict and Postdict periods are analyzed and compared statistically with postoperative cardiac patients 46 persons according to divided 8 groups. 1. There was no difference significantly in concentrations of serum and urine potassium in each period according to age, sex and disease types. 2. There was no difference significantly in concentrations of serum and urine potassium in each period according to the use of normothermia and hypothermia. 3. There was no difference significantly in concentrations of serum and urine potassium in each period according to the length of extracorporeal circulation time and aortic cross clamping time. 4. There was no difference significantly in concentrations of serum and urine potassium in each period according to the amount of the infused cardioplegic solution and level of Hct.

폐 국균증에 대한 외과적 치료

We experienced eleven cases of pulmonary aspergllosis treated surgically in the period from 1981 to 1992. There were 5 men and 6 women, ranging in age from 28 to 64 years [mean age 40.4 years]. The most common chief complaint of the patients was hemoptysis and blood tinged sputum[7 cases, 63.6%], On preoperativechest film, the case of cavity with fungus ball[7 cases] and only cavity[4 cases] were seen. The location of the lesion were both upper lobe[6 cases] and lower lobe[5 cases]. The underlying disease were tuberculosis[5 cases], bronchiectasis[2 cases], tuberculosis and bronchiectasis[1 case], pneumonia[1 case] and none[2 cases]. The operative procedures of pulmonary aspergillosis were lobectomy[8 cases], cavernostomy[1 case] and thoracoplasty[2 cases]. The postoperative complications were postoperative massive bleeding[reoperation, 2 cases], wound infection[2 cases] and no operative mortality.

왼쪽 한계값을 갖는 정렬 문제에 대한 병렬 알고리즘

본 논문에서는 변형된 정렬 문제로서, 정렬의 대상이 되는 원소와 각 원소에 주어진 왼쪽 한계값이 정렬된 후의 그 원소가 위치할 수 있는 자리를 제한하는 정렬 문제를 생각한다. Heap을 이용하여 문제를 해결하는 O(nlogn)의 시간복잡도를 가지는 순차 알고리즘은 이미 알려져있다. 여기에서는 주어진 문제를 해결하는 3가지의 병렬 알고리즘을 제시한다. 먼저 순차 알고리즘에서 Heap을 병렬화하여 O(logn)의 프로세서를 가지고 O(n)시간에 해결하는 병렬 알고리즘과 Heap을 이용하지 않는 알고리즘으로 O(n²/logn)의 프로세서를 가지고 O(logn)시간에 해결하는 병렬 알고리즘과 O(n)의 프로세서를 가지고 O(log²n) 시간에 해결하는 병렬 알고리즘을 제시한다.

효율적인 오용 방지 다자간 서명 프로토콜

다자간의 계약서 서명 프로토콜은 Asokan등[1]에 의하여 제안되었다. 비동기 네트워크에서 다자간의 계약서 서명 프로토콜은 동기 네트워크에 비하여 효율성이 떨어져 그에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어졌다[2,3,4]. 지금까지 알려진 비동기 환경에서 가장 효율적인 다자간의 계약서 서명 프로토콜은 Waidner[4]에 의하여 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 Waidner[4]가 제시한 프로토콜을 기본으로 하여 라운드 수를 줄인프로토콜을 제시한다.

A fistulous communication between an esophageal traction diverticulum and the tracheobronchial tree appears to be of rare occurrence. This report reviews the feature of benign esophagobronchial fistula due to esophageal traction diverticulum. This 36-year-old female patient suffered from substernal pain, interscapular pain and severe paroxysmal coughing after ingestion of fluids. This patient was taken a diverticulectomy and partial resection of superior segment of right lower lobe. After the operation, there was no subjective symptoms, esophagobronchial fistula, leakage, stricture and diverticulum. The postoperative result was excellent.
