We made an analysis on the pattern of on-line news which change as time flows. The record for the number of mentions in a series of time for short units of text that propagate and diffuse over the web from mainstream media to blogs is referred as “meme” data. The flow of changes in the number of quotes of these meme data is clustered using EM, K-means, X-means algorithm, and their patterns are compared. We also propose a prediction system for classifying the pattern of an independent meme with a set of training data using Naive Bayes, SMO, Random Forest. The training data set consists of the meme data where only the data prior to the peak are used, and the class label from the clustering. We validated the prediction system with Precision, Recall, F_measure, Accuracy using LOOCV. The accuracy rate is 95.3% when SMO classification algorithm is executed with the training data from K-means clustering algorithm. Our system will successfully predict the pattern of the independent meme data posterior to the peak.

본 연구는 대전지역 중소 부품업체 직원의 동적능력이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 연구이다. 특히 개인의 동적능력이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 있어 기업역량이 매개효과를 가지는지, 또는 기업역량 및 경영성과 간의 관계에 있어 정부지원정책이 조절효과를 가지는지를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 상기의 관계를 분석하기 위해 대전지역 중소 부품업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 78부의 기업 설문자료를 바탕으로 다중회귀분석을 실시했으며, 실증 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대전지역 중소 부품업체 직원의 탐색흡수능력이 기업의 비재무적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었고, 개인의 변환융합능력이 재무적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 개인의 탐색 흡수능력이 기업역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석된 반면, 개인의 변환융합능력이 기업역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 경영자 역량은 개인의 탐색흡수능력과 기업의 비재무적 성과 간에 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정부지원정책은 경영자 역량 및 재무성과 간에 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 중소 부품업체에게 직원의 동적능력이 기업성장에 매우 중요한 역량이 되는 것을 확인하였고, 더 나아가 기술 주도 중소 부품업체에게 실질적 도움이 되도록 맞춤형 지원책의 입안과 실행의 중요성을 제안할 수 있다. This study is a study to analyze the effect of dynamic capabilities of small and medium-sized parts makers in Daejeon on the business performance of companies. In particular, the purpose of this study was to analyze whether corporate competency has a mediating effect on the effect of individual dynamic competency on management performance, or whether government support policies have a moderating effect on the relationship between corporate competency and management performance. To analyze the above purpose, data was collected through a questionnaire survey targeting small and medium- sized parts manufacturers in Daejeon, and the results of empirical analysis through multiple regression analysis based on the collected 78 corporate questionnaires are summarized as follows. First, it was analyzed that the exploration and absorption ability of the employees of small and medium-sized parts makers in Daejeon region had a positive effect on the non-financial performance of the company, and the ability of individual transformation and convergence was analyzed to have a positive effect on the financial performance. Or, it was analyzed that the individual’s exploration and absorption ability had a positive effect on the company’s competence, but it was analyzed that the individual’s ability to transform and fusion did not have a positive effect on the company’s competence. Second, it was found that managerial competency had a partial mediating effect between the individual’s exploration and absorption ability and the non-financial performance of the company. Third, it was found that the government support policy has a moderating effect between manager capacity and financial performance. The results of this study confirmed that the dynamic capability of employees is a very important competency for corporate growth for small and medium-sized parts manufacturers, or it can be suggested the importance of designing and implementing customized support measures that technology-led small and medium-sized parts manufacturers can experience.
