In this study, we focused on the producer groups that directly deal with food service company and investigated the groups' structure through the analysis of the characteristics on the sales and procurement of the producer association. In this way, the sales and the procurement structures of the fruit and vegetable producers' organizations have different structure in accordance with the organization type. Each of these structural features results from the demand of the food service companies. The NACF realizes the product assortment function and the quantity securing function through the introduction of the various items and the development of the wide area collection activities. Rather, the FAC responds to the demand of the food service industry by securing the quantity of the single unique item.

빅데이터를 활용한 양파 관측의 사회적 후생효과 분석

This study estimated the predictive onion yield through Stepwise regression of big data and weather variables by onion growing season. The economic feasibility of onion observations using big data was analyzed using estimated predictive data. The social welfare effect was estimated through the model of Harberger’s triangle using onion yield prediction with big data and it without big data. Predicted yield using big data showed a deviation of -9.0% to 4.2%. As a result of estimating the social welfare effect, the average annual value was 23.3 billion won. The average annual value of social welfare effects if big data was not used was measured at 22.4 billion won. Therefore, it was estimated that the difference between the social welfare effect when the prediction using big data was used and when it was not was about 950 million won. When these results are applied to items other than onion items, the effect will be greater. It is judged that it can be used as basic data to prove the justification of the agricultural observation project. However, since the simple Harberger’s triangle theory has the limitation of oversimplifying reality, it is necessary to evaluate the economic value through various methods such as measuring the effect of agricultural observation under a more realistic rational expectation hypothesis in future studies.

식물성 기반 대체육 산업화센터 구축을 위한 경제적 타당성 분석

최근 글로벌 인구 증가,소득 향상에 따른 육류 소비증가 및 동불복지, 탄소중립, 지속 가능성 등에 대한 이슈로 대체육(식품) 시장이 급성장 하고 있다. 정부에서도 그린바이오융합형 신산업육성방안을 마련하여 대체식품을 육성하고 있으나, 국내 중소기업의 기술력 부족, 생산시설 미비 등으로 사업화에 어려움이 있어 기업의 애로사항 해결을 위한 공동활용 시설 장비 구축이 필요한 상황이다. 전라북도에서는 식물성 기반 대체육 산업화센터 설립을 통해 선진국 수준의 식물성 대체육 개발·가공 및 산업화 원천기술을 확보하기 위한 전략을 추진 중에 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전라북도에 식물성 기반 대체육 산업화센터가 구축될 경우를 가정하여 식물성 기반 대체육 산업화센터의 경제적 타당성을 분석하였다. 먼저 식물성 대체육산업화센터 설립을 위한 기본구상을 검토하여 편익과 비용을 추정하고 다음으로 식물성 대체육 산업화센터 설립의 경제적 타당성을 분석하였으며 마지막으로 식물성 대체육 산업화센터의 지역경제 파급효과를 분석하였다. 먼저, 식물성 대체육 산업화센터는 전북바이오융합산업진흥원 내에 있는 식품분석센터(현재)를 1,000m²를 개보수하여 설립할 예정이며, 산업화센터 기반구축과 장비구축 그리고 사업화 R&D 및 운영비 등으로 100억원이 소요될 예정이다. 식물성 대체육 산업화센터는 총 5명의 신규인력을 채용하여 시설/장비를 구축하고 중장기적으로 사업을 지원할 계획이며 생산지원팀, 품질분석팀, 경영지원팀 등 총 3개의 팀으로 구성하는 것이 효율적이라 판단된다. 인력구성은 기존인력을 활용함과 동시에 신규 전문인력을 채용하여 전문성을 확보해야 하며, 경영지원, 품질분석 등 기관이 보유 및 가용한 인력을 활용하도록 설계하였다. 식물성 대체육 산업화센터 사업시행기간(2023년~2025년)에는 수익이 발생하지 않지만, 사업종료 이후 2026년부터는 장비활용수익, 기술이전수익, 교육수익, 기타수익이 매년 발생한다. 사업종료 이후 1년차인 2027년에는 장비활용수익(단독장비사용료, 품질분석), 기술이전수익, 교육수익, 기타수익으로 910,000천원이 발생하고 이후 장비활용수익, 기술이전수익, 교육수입이 꾸준히 증가하여 사업종료 후 5년차인 2030년에는 장비활용수익 1,350백만원, 기술 이전료(노하우, 기술) 360백만원, 기술교육수익 60백만원, 기타수익 400백만원이 발생할 것으로 예상된다. 다음으로 식물성 대체육 산업화센터 설립을 위한 기본구상을 기초로 사업의 경제적 타당성과 파급효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, B/C=1.32, NPV=374백만 원, IRR=4.8%로 나타나, 대체육산업화센터 구축에 따른 경제성은 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 산업화 센터 구축에 따른 지역경제 파급효과를 분석한 결과, 전라북도에 380억 원이 투자될 경우 전국적인 생산유발효과가 740억 원, 부가가치유발효과가 298억 원, 취업유발효과가 672명 발생하는 것으로 추정되었다. 본 연구에서는 식물성 기반 대체육 산업화센터 설립에 따른 사업 타당성을 최초로 계측한 연구이지만, 현재에는 산업화센터가 설립되기 이전이기 때문에 산업화센터 설립에 따른 비용과 편익을 추정하여 분석하였다. 금후에는 산업화센터 설립에 대한 계획이 구체화 될 경우 보다 구체적이고 체계적인 자료에 기초하여 대체육 산업화센터 설립 타당성을 보완할 필요가 있다고 판단된다. Recently, the alternative meat (food) market is growing rapidly due to the increase in meat consumption due to global population growth and income improvement, as well as issues such as equal welfare, carbon neutrality, and sustainability. The government is also developing a green bio convergence new industry development plan to foster alternative foods, but there are difficulties in commercialization due to the lack of technology and insufficient production facilities among domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, so it is necessary to build joint utilization facilities and equipment to resolve the difficulties faced by companies. am. In addition, small and medium-sized enterprises are having difficulty developing and commercializing plant-based meat substitutes due to a lack of technical skills, and related equipment is expensive, making it difficult to build equipment on their own. Accordingly, Jeollabuk-do is pursuing a strategy to secure the source technology for development, processing, and industrialization of plant-based substitute meat at the level of developed countries by establishing a plant-based alternative meat industrialization center. In this study, an economic feasibility analysis study was conducted when a plant-based alternative meat industrialization center is built in Jeollabuk-do. As a result of the analysis, B/C=1.32, NPV=374 million won, and IRR=4.8%, showing that there is economic feasibility in establishing an alternative meat industrialization center. In addition, as a result of analyzing the regional economic ripple effect resulting from the establishment of an industrialization center, if 38 billion won is invested in Jeollabuk-do, the nationwide production inducement effect is 74 billion won, the added value inducement effect is 29.8 billion won, and the employment inducement effect is 672 people

소비자 태도가 농식품 온라인 쇼핑몰 특성 및 서비스 품질과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향

This study has performed to identify factors which influenced to the repurchasing intension and the relationship between the repurchasing intension and customers’ attitude to activate the setting of marketing strategy and online shopping malls when operating online shopping malls in the growth of online market. Based on previous studies, it suggested and verified a study model which the characteristics of online shopping malls and the quality of online service played a mediation role to the dependent variable called repurchasing intension through the mediation variable called customers’ attitude. To verify this mediation model, it collected materials from 1,105 males and females living in Seoul and big cities and performed Baron and Kenny’s 3 stage hierarchical regression analysis. According to the result, the study model complied to the collected materials and it showed that the information efficiency played the whole mediation role in the repurchasing intension among the characteristics of online shopping malls. Therefore, it should be cautious on customers’ attitude when supplying information due to the characteristics of online shopping malls that cannot make the face-to-fact contact.

Increased consumer interest and the formation of new markets are increasing demand for production and drying of dried agricultural products. The purpose of this study was developed an extended model of goal - directed behavior(EMGB) in order to identify the decision - making process of customers who purchased dried dates. For this purpose, this study used sampling method with the 250 person who had purchase dried dates. These data were processed by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and path analysis using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 which to verifying individual hypothesis. Structural equation modeling approach was employed to identify the relationships among latent variables after developing the proper measurement model. The results of the EMGB indicated that desire had the strongest relationship with customers' intentions to purchase dried dates, followed by prior knowledge, perceived behavioral control for dried dates. In the model, customer satisfaction was a sense of perceived conduct, prior knowledge. In the case of the little study of EMGB model using for agricultural and rural area, this study provide the useful implication which induce the producer of dried dates to strengthen marketing strategy.

Recently, the authors have developed a new material test system for thin film at the high temperature. It is so compact and precise with sub micron resolution that it seems to be a useful tool for research of the oxide film growth, its mechanical behavior and failure mechanism. To this end, in this paper three methologies are described for in-situ monitoring of the displacement & strain and the temperature, the oxide thickness. These are the Laser Speckle analysis with digital image correlation technique, the two-color infra-red thermometer und the laser reflection interferometry respectively. The calibration results and some issues which should be addressed for practical application are presented.
