버섯재배 무균 생육환경 조성을 위한 스마트팜 통합제어 시스템

ICT의 발전에 따라 농업 분야에서는 재배시설의 첨단화를 위해 스마트팜 관련 연구가 꾸준히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 현재의 스마트팜은 특정 작물이 아닌 여러 분야에 활용이 가능한 범용 시스템이 대부분을 이루고 있다. 본 논문에서는 버섯재배에 특화된 무균 생육환경 조성이 가능한 환경제어 장치 및 통합제어시스템을 제안하고, 구성되는 시스템의 설계, 제작 및 프로그램을 구현해 재배환경에 대한 시험을 진행하였다. 이를 통해 정밀한 생육환경 유지가 필요한 작물에 최적화된 스마트팜 구축이 가능하다. With the development of ICT, research on smart farms is steadily progressing in the agricultural field for the modernization of cultivation facilities. However, most of the current smart farms are not specific crops, but general-purpose systems that can be used in various fields. In this paper, an environmental control device and an integrated control system capable of creating a aseptic growing environment required for mushroom cultivation were proposed, and the system was designed, manufactured, and programmed. Through this, it is possible to build a smart farm optimized for crops that is needed to maintain a precise growing environment.
소프트웨어 교육용 교구 활용 미래 교육을 위한 융합 콘텐츠 및 외부 확장장치 개발

4차 산업 혁명 시대의 소프트웨어는 지능정보사회에서 핵심기반이 되고 있다. 이에 시대에 대응할 수 있는 인력양성과 교육의 새로운 방향에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이를 위해 교육부는 교육과정을 개편하고 일반 ICT 지식의 습득보다 컴퓨팅 사고력 기반의 논리적인 문제해결 과정을 기반으로 한 소프트웨어 교육을 시행하고 있다. 하지만 소프트웨어 교육을 위한 양질의 교육 콘텐츠 확보가 부족하고 첨단 IT 기술과 연계하여 교육할 수 있는 교구 또한 미비한 상황이다. 이를 개선하기 위해 본 논문은 소프트웨어 교육용 코딩 로봇을 활용하여 인공지능 등의 융합형 소프트웨어 교육이 가능한 교육 콘텐츠 및 기능확장을 위한 외부 확장장치 개발을 제안한다. 이를 통해 기존의 단순 문제해결 방식의 교육과정을 개선하고 다양한 학습 자료를 개발하여 효과적인 소프트웨어 교육이 가능하다. Software in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is becoming a key foundation in an intelligent information society. Therefore, it is necessary to study the new direction of manpower training and education that can cope with the times. To this end, the Ministry of Education reorganized the curriculum and is implementing software education based on a logical problem-solving process based on computing thinking skills rather than acquiring general ICT knowledge. However, there is a lack of securing high-quality educational content for software education, and there is also a lack of teaching aids that can be taught in connection with advanced IT technologies. To overcome this, this paper proposes the development of external expansion devices to expand educational content and functions capable of convergent software education such as artificial intelligence using coding robots for software education. Through this, effective software education is possible by improving the curriculum of the existing simple problem-solving method and developing various learning materials.
저전력 광역통신망 기반 현장데이터 수집 전송 및 모니터링 시스템 개발

신재생에너지 발전, 스마트팜 통합관제 등 현장데이터의 모니터링 시스템은 PC, 서버 기반에서 모바일 퍼스트 중심으로 발전하고 있으며, IoT 기술의 발전으로 다양한 무선통신 및 응용 서비스들이 출현하였다. 저전력 광역통신망은 저전력, 저용량, 저속 데이터 전송에 최적화된 서비스로 현장에서 수집된 데이터는 지정 저장서버나 클라우드 기반 데이터 플랫폼으로 전송되며, 이를 통해 데이터 모니터링이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 단일 디바이스로 현장 데이터를 수집하고 저전력 광역통신망을 이용하여 무선통신 사업자 클라우드 데이터 플랫폼으로 전송하는 IoT 중계기와 이를 활용한 현장 모니터링 앱을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 활용하면 보다 모니터링 시스템 구성이 간단하고, 구축 및 운영 비용이 저렴하며 효과적인 데이터 축적이 가능하다. Field data monitoring systems such as renewable energy generation and smart farm integrated control are developing from PC and server to mobile first, and various wireless communication and application services have emerged with the development of IoT technology. Low-power wide-area networks are services optimized for low-power, low-capacity, and low-speed data transmission, and data collected in the field is transmitted to designated storage servers or cloud-based data platforms, enabling data monitoring. In this paper, we implement an IoT repeater that collects field data with a single device and transmits it to a wireless carrier cloud data flat using a low-power wide-area network, and a monitoring app using it. Using this, the system configuration is simpler, the cost of deployment and operation is lower, and effective data accumulation is possible.

Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS) is a rare disease of autosomal dominant inheritance, which is characterized by multiple hamartomatous polyps and mucocutaneous pigmentations. Multiple hamartomatous polyps in the gastrointestinal tract are the hallmarks of PJS, and occur most commonly in the small intestine. Complications induced by polyps include colicky abdominal pain, bleeding, bowel obstruction; rectal prolapse of polyps, and intussusceptions. A male patient visited our emergency room with colicky abdominal pain. The patient was diagnosed small intestine intussusceptions with multiple polyps. We report this case with a review of the literature.

Purpose: Papillary thyroid carcinomas (PTCs) often occur as multifocal tumors. The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical features and treatment of multifocal PTC. Methods: A retrospective survey was carried out on 315 patients with PTC who underwent total thyroidectomy and central compartment neck dissection with or without lateral neck dissection from January 2007 to April 2010. The risk factors, including sex of patients, age at diagnosis, largest tumor size, extra-thyroidal extension, presence of thyroiditis, lymph node involvement, thyroid stimulating hormone and post operative follow-up results were analyzed between solitary and multifocal PTC group. Results: Of those factors, the presence of central compartment and lateral neck lymph node and mean numbers of involvement lymph node were significantly related factors for the multifocality of the PTC. Conclusion: Multifocus is one of the clinical features of PTC. And multifocal PTCs are associated with increased risk of central and lateral neck lymph node involvement, Therefore, total thyroidectomy and central compartment neck dissection could be the standard treatments. And lateral neck node dissection should be recommended for cases with clinically positive lateral neck lymph nodes.
복강경 담낭절제술 중 발생한 담관 손상 치료의 임상적 경험

Purpose: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) has become the gold standard of management of gallstone disease. LC is associated with a two-to-four times higher incidence of bile duct injury, which is a rare but more serious complication than open cholecystectomy. We reviewed our experiences with the management of bile duct injury during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: From January 1999 to April 2009, 13 patients with bile duct injuries following LC were managed in our hospital. Patients’ charts were retrospectively reviewed to analyze perioperative management. Results: Among the 13 patients, 7 patients sustained their bile duct injuries at our hospital. Six patients were referred to our hospital to manage their bile duct injuries. Five patients’ injuries were identified during LC. According to the Strasberg classification, there are 5 cases of type A, 2 cases of type C, 1 case of type D and 5 cases of type E injuries. Four type A bile duct injuries were treated by direct ductal ligation during LC and 1 type A bile duct injury and 1 type C bile duct injury were managed by non-surgical treatment. Type D and type E injuries were managed by Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy. Conclusion: Bile duct injuries are a rare but serious complications that occur during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Most minor bile duct injuries are well treatable with non-surgical management, whereas major bile duct injuries require surgical management. The combination of non-surgical management and surgical treatment results in successful outcomes in bile duct injuries.

Purpose : Recently, there have been several studies on the early results on the use of hepatectomy for the treatment of a variety of hepatic lesions. We report the early experience of our hospital after totally laparoscopic left hepatectomy in patients with intrahepatic stones in the left hemi-liver. Methods : We analyzed the medical records of patients on a retrospective bases, who had been diagonsed with left intrahepatic stones and had undergone an hepatectomy between January 2008 and June 2009. Patients were grouped according to their operative procedure into one of the following: open hepatectomy, laparoscopy-assisted hepatectomy, and totally laparoscopic hepatectomy. Results : There were 31 patients who underwent Lt hemihepatectomy and Lt lateral sectionectomy during the time period under study. Hepatectomy with open method, laparoscopy-assisted method, and totally laparoscopy method were performed in 10, 14, and 7 cases. There were no significant differences between the 3 methods for operating time and postoperative complications. However, the number of fasting times and hospital days was shorter with performing total laparoscopic hepatectomy than in other occasions. Conclusion : Totally laparoscopic liver resection is a safe and useful method for treating patients with intrahepatic stones and offers the advantage of quick patient recovery. Careful selection of appropriate patients and further development in the laparoscopic surgical technique resulting from accumulated experiences will help enable the laparoscopic hepatectomy to be performed more easily and safely in patients with intrahepatic stones.
부착 및 슬립을 고려한 강-콘크리트 계면거동의 점진적 유한요소해석

This study formulate three parameters to define hyperbolic interface failure envelope for steel-concrete nonlinear interface behaviors simulation. Bond parameter is formulated by Mode Ⅰ and Ⅱ types fracture energies. Friction parameter is divided bonded and unbonded friction parameters by interface bond condition. Unbonded friction and curvature parameters are formulated by Mode Ⅱ type fracture energy and plastic work. Bonded friction parameter consists of unbonded friction parameter and additional friction to describe increasing friction effect due to interface bond condition. Nonassociated flow rule is adopted to control the excessive volume expansion in which flow direction is defined by modifying the normal direction component of associated flow rule with friction parameter and normal stress function. Numerical analysis is performed to investigate the performance and accuracy of the developed constitutive model based on test of Chiew et al. (1999)
