The detection of C-reactive protein(CRP) using self-assembled monolayer(SAM) was investigated by a portable surface plasmon resonance(SPR) sensor system. The CRP is a biomarker for the possible cardiovascular disease. The SAM was formed on gold(Au) surface to anchor the monoclonal antibody of CRP(anti-CRP) for detection of CRP. Sequence injection of the anti-CRP and bovine serum albumin(BSA) into the sensor system has been carried out immobilize the antibody and to prevent non-specific binding. The portable SPR system has two flow channels: one for the sample measurements and the other for the reference. The output SPR signal was increased with the injection of the anti-CRP, BSA and CRP due to binding of the proteins on the sensor chip. The valid output SPR signal was linearly related to the critical range of the CRP concentration. The experimental results showed the feasibility of the portable SPR system with newly developed SAM to diagnose a risk of the future cardiovascular events.

본 논문은 N시에서 발생하는 B와 W 아파트단지 사이의 일조권 침해 분쟁의 연구에 대한 결과이다. 최근 도심에서 발생하는 일조권에 대한 분쟁은 쾌적한 주거의 질을 확보할려는 주민들의 욕구 증대로 인해 그 문제가 점차 확대되고 있다. 특히 건축당시에는 인지하지 못했던 일조권에 대한 문제가 시간이 지나면서 주거환경에 대한 관심이 높아져 그 분쟁의 수위가 시간이 갈수록 높아지고 있으며, 최근에는 도심에서 발생하는 일조권에 대한 해석이 공동주택 건축시 건축법규에 적합하게 설계·시공하여도 인근 아파트에 일조권에 대한 피해를 주었다면 배상을 해야 한다는 판결이 계속 나오고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 일조권에 대한 영향 및 피해범위에 대해 사례분석을 통하여 파악해 봄으로써 향후 민원발생시 효율적인 대책수립을 위한 기초적인 자료를 제시하고자 한다. This paper presents the results of a case study of a dispute for the damage of the right to sunshine between B and W Apartment Complex in the N city. Recently a number of disputes for the right to sunshine increase in urban areas because the residents` demand for pleasant residential environment is getting stronger. In particular, problems related to sunshine, which were not recognized during the construction, have come up to the surface over time as people`s concern over residential environment is growing. According to a recent interpretation of the right to sunshine in urban areas, moreover, there have been a series of legal decisions starting that damage of the right to sunshine to neighboring apartments must be indemnified for even if the violating apartment was designed and constructed legitimately according to relevant construction laws applied when the building was constructed. Thus this study examined the effects and the scope of damage on the right to sunshine through a case study in order to provide basic materials necessary to cope with related civil affairs.

In case of College Art Hall that was made for their rehearsal or public performance or so for Art College Students, this necessitates more of countermeasure for sound-insulation also soundproof than other common buildings. However, without any accurate classification between Sound-Insulation and Sound-Absorption, most of them recognizes that if merely the sound-absorption material is used thereat, the transmitting sound into the adjacent chamber can be intercepted, so that it is the actual circumstances that they prepare the countermeasure for Sound-Absorption only. Accordingly, due to such imprudent measures, those sounds and voices which performing at the neighboring room are travelling to the exercise room, a lot of difficulties should be suffered when they exercise. This Research has measured the sound-insulation characteristics in accordance with its existence or nonexistence of the 'opening' on wall-body for the object of various wall-bodies in recently built College Art Hall, and on the basis of the above, this Study willing to present a fundamental data for establishment an efficient sound-insulation measures, by comparison and evaluation with the standard table on boundary-noise, domestically on current.

Purpose : Recently, there have been several studies on the early results on the use of hepatectomy for the treatment of a variety of hepatic lesions. We report the early experience of our hospital after totally laparoscopic left hepatectomy in patients with intrahepatic stones in the left hemi-liver. Methods : We analyzed the medical records of patients on a retrospective bases, who had been diagonsed with left intrahepatic stones and had undergone an hepatectomy between January 2008 and June 2009. Patients were grouped according to their operative procedure into one of the following: open hepatectomy, laparoscopy-assisted hepatectomy, and totally laparoscopic hepatectomy. Results : There were 31 patients who underwent Lt hemihepatectomy and Lt lateral sectionectomy during the time period under study. Hepatectomy with open method, laparoscopy-assisted method, and totally laparoscopy method were performed in 10, 14, and 7 cases. There were no significant differences between the 3 methods for operating time and postoperative complications. However, the number of fasting times and hospital days was shorter with performing total laparoscopic hepatectomy than in other occasions. Conclusion : Totally laparoscopic liver resection is a safe and useful method for treating patients with intrahepatic stones and offers the advantage of quick patient recovery. Careful selection of appropriate patients and further development in the laparoscopic surgical technique resulting from accumulated experiences will help enable the laparoscopic hepatectomy to be performed more easily and safely in patients with intrahepatic stones.
