國內 물푸레나무(Fraxinus rhynchophylla)와 광릉물푸레(F. densata)의 分類學的 實體

물푸레나무속(Fraxinus L.)에서 소엽의 길이와 너비, 동아의 털의 밀도는 속내 종 구분에 있어 주요한 형질이다. 국내에 분포하는 물푸레나무(F. rhynchophylla)와 일본의 F. japonica, 한국의 광릉물푸레(F. densata)와 일본의 F. longucuspis 간의 분류학적인 관계는 혼란이 있어왔다. 본 연구에서는 소엽의 길이와 너비, 동아의 털의 유무를 측정하기 위하여 119개의 물푸레나무와 광릉물푸레나무 표본을 이용하였다. 형질 분석 결과 물푸레나무와 광릉물푸레는 정소엽의 길이와 폭의 비율에서 차이를 보였으나, 동아의 털의 밀도와 모양, 소엽의 개수와 같은 다른 형질에서는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 한국에서 북쪽에서 남쪽으로 갈수록 소엽의 폭이 좋아지는 경향을 보이고 있다. 또한 광릉의 개체들이 타 지역의 개체들보다 동아의 길이가 길지만, 정소엽의 폭은 남쪽에서 북쪽으로 향할수록 좁아지는 양상을 띠었다. 동아의 길이는 광릉 지단이 타 집단에 비해 긴 동아를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 정소엽의 형태와 정소엽 및 동아의 털 밀도를 비교한 결과 상호 상관관계가 존재하지 않았다. 기존에 영양 형질을 기준으로 물푸레나무와 별개의 종으로 인식되었던 광릉물푸레는 물푸레나무의 변이체인 것으로 판단되며, 일본의 F. japonica와 F. longicuspis, 한국의 물푸레나무와 광릉물푸레 역시 형태적인 차이에 있어서 변이에 대한 충분한 인식이 없었던 것으로 여겨지지만, 이에 대한 더 많은 연구가 수행되어야 한다. The characters of leaflet length, width, and hair density of winter bud are important to recognize many taxa of Fraxinus. The systematic relationships between F. rhynchophylla in Korea and F. japonica in Japan, and F. densata in Korea and F. longucuspis in Japan were confused and were not clarified yet. One hundred nineteen specimens of F. rhychophylla and F. densata were used to evaluate the correlation between the length and width of leaflet, and absence/presence of trichome in bud. From this study, the morphological discontinuity between F. rhynchophylla and F. densata was partially present only in the ratio of length and width of terminal leaflet, but other characters, such as hair density on winter bud, bud shape, and the number of leaflet, were not useful for delimitation. However, the ratio of length and width of terminal leaflet appeared to show clinal variation with changes from north to south in Korea. In general, there Although the length of winter bud was longer in Gwangneung than those in other area, there was no correlation between the morphology of terminal leaflet and hair density of terminal leaflet and winter bud. The previous species, F. densata in Korea were indistinguishable from the typical form of F. rhynchophylla on the basis on vegetative characters, rejecting continued recognition of this taxon as a distinctive species. The morphological differentiation between F. japonica and F. oongicuspis in Japan and F. rhynchophylla and F. densta in Korea was not considered sufficient to warrant recognition of either specific or varietal status, but should be further examined.

Nanopowder of FeAl and Al2O3 was synthesized from Fe2O3 and Al by high energy ball milling. A dense nanostuctured FeAl-Al2O3 composite was consolidated by a pulsed current activated sintering method within 3 minutes from mechanically synthesized powders of FeAl and Al2O3. The grain size, sintering behavior and hardness of the sintered FeAl-Al2O3 composite were investigated.

Objectives : Sansachunghyul-tang (山楂淸血湯) is a new formula consist of some herbs to treatment of hyperlipidemia. The lipid-lowering effects of the water extract of Sansachunghyul-tang (SCT) were examined using Triton WR1339-induced hyperlipidemic rats. Methods : Hyperlipidemia was induced by intravenous injection of Triton WR1339 (tyloxapol) at 200 mg/kg body weight. Four groups of experimental animals were used: normal, control, and two sample groups. Sample groups were injected with SCT (100 and 1000 mg/kg) for 7 days. Results : SCT produced statistically significant lowering effects on levels of total cholesterol (81.8 and 83.1%, p < 0.01, respectively), triglyceride (88.9 and 93.4%, p < 0.01, respectively), and phospholipid (86.7 and 94.3%, p < 0.01, respectively) than the control group. Taken together, SCT improved parameters of the HDL-cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol levels. Conclusions : In conclusion, These results suggest that SCT could act as a potent antihyperlipidemic in therapeutics for hyperlipidemia.

Under these communication environment. vehicle gateway for wireless communication will adopt diverse PHY/MAC modems for processing multi-purpose data. so, interface between CPU and modem on gateway will be a very important factor in terms of portability. In this paper, we proposed DSRC PHY/MAC FPGA design for SPI based gateway terminal.
