생체 모방 기반 융합 수업 모델을 적용한 ‘배설과 여과작용’ 디지털 교재 개발

The purpose of this study is to develop digital textbooks on ‘excretion on filtration’, a part of Science in junior high school, using the learning model for biomimicry-based convergence. The digital textbook was used the iBooks Author as the authoring tool with the gallery widget, video widget, texting image widget and other basic functions. Three phases of learning processes in the digital textbook were composed of scientific exploration, convergent design, and convergent creation, which are provided students to facilitate learning for self-directed and active collaboration. In the scientific exploration stage, the students are able to build knowledge on the principle of excretion in kidney and production of a simple water purifier using filtration principle. In the convergent design stage, the students learn about 3D modeling to design a products using 3D printer. In the convergent creation, the students make a actual 3D objects using the 3D printer. Through designing the digital textbooks on excretion filtration, this study are expected students to raise the level of interest and immersive experience on the topic. Furthermore, the learning process of the digital textbook is expected to improve students’ convergent thinking skills.

내장형 시스템에서 사용되는 많은 운영체제 중 윈도우즈는 실시간성 지원의 부재로 점검장비와 같은 실시간성이 필수적으로 요구되는 시스템에는 적합하지 않다. 이러한 결점을 보완하기 위한 기존의 서드파티들은(즉, RTX나 INTime) 고가의 구입비와 유지보수비로 인해 점검장비 프로그램 개발 시 비용의 증가를 초래하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 윈도우즈가 사용하지 않는 멀티프로세서 기반 x86 아키텍처의 Local APIC를 이용하여 윈도우즈와는 독립적인 인터럽트를 발생시켜, 윈도우즈에 실시간성을 보장하는 RTiK을 설계 및 구현 하였으며, 또한 인터럽트 지연시간을 줄이기 위해 윈도우즈에서 제공하는 지연처리호출을 사용하였다. 마지막으로 윈도우즈에 실시간성을 보장하는 실시간 이식커널의 성능을 커널레벨과 유저레벨에서 측정함으로써 제안한 RTiK의 성능을 검증한다. With lack of real-time support, Windows is not appropriate for test equipments which inevitably require real-time support. Consequently we have no choice to use expensive third-party solutions such as RTX or INtime. In this paper, we design and implement a real-time implanted kernel(RTiK) which support real-time on Windows by using the local APIC of multiprocessor-based x86 architectures. To decrease the interrupt latency, we also use the deferred procedure calls supported by Windows. Finally, we evaluate the performance of the proposed RTiK by measuring real-time capacities of RTiK both on User- and Kernel-levels.
Rijndael S-box의 효율적이고 오류검출 가능한 구현 기법

As network speed is increasing rapidly, software-based implementation of cipher algorithms is not enough to transmit the data in core networks. Implementing the algorithms in hardware would be desirable to reduce the processing time. Faults in the hardware may cause interruption of service and fault-based side channel attacks. In this paper we present a cost-effective technique for implementing Rijndael S-box, which is the largest operation of AES. A concurrent error detection scheme based on parity checking is also proposed. We then evaluate hardware cost and performance using Xilinx FPGAs.

인터넷의 급속한 확산과 통신 기술의 발전이 발전함에 따라 각종 가전 제품 및 통신 장비가 개발되고 서비스의 범위와 기능도 다양해 지고 있다. 이에 따라 내장형 시스템은 시스템 고유의 기능을 지원할 수 잇는 내장형 운영체제를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 리눅스의 강력한 네트워킹 기능을 이용한 리눅스 라우터의 제작 사례를 바탕으로 내장형 리눅스 시스템을 개발하고, 내장형 리눅스를 커널로 사용함에 있어 발생되는 문제점의 해결방안을 기술하고자 한다. 개발된 내장형 리눅스 라우터와 영업용 라우터와의 성능 평가결과 대등한 성능을 제공하고 있다. In this paper, we describe the issues associated with implementing embedded Linux system. As an example of embedded system, a router which utilizes the powerful networking capability of Linux is implemented and the details of porting Linux to the dedicated hardware is discussed. Several efficient methods to avoid performance degradation resulted from porting lap top computer oriented Linux to embedded system are suggested. To verify the eligibility of the method to embed Linux into standalone system and to see the performance of the implemented router, comparison data with one of the most popular routers is presented.

Absolute Hall-effect sensitivity (SA) and minimum magnetic resolution (Bmin) of two-dimensional (2D) van der Waals Hall elements are predicted without magnetic fields by considering the drain voltage-dependent transconductance and current power spectrum density (PSD). The measured drain-bias-dependent PSD of rhenium disulfide multilayers is suitably described by the carrier number fluctuation noise model, indicating that the effects of carrier trapping/de-trapping into oxide traps dominate the observed current variations. To achieve high currentnormalized Hall sensitivity and SA with a low Bmin at a specific current value, the contact resistance and oxide trap density should be further optimized. Our discussion provides an effective approach for the optimization of 2D multilayer-based Hall elements.
