        백화점 내 작업공간의 이용실태와 개선방안 연구

        This study was done focusing on the representative department store of Daegu. And we referred to the precedent research, the documents and the present condition of establishments. We investigated a actual condition of user and the problem of work space. The steps to its problems are as follows.1) Like mentioned in Chapter 3, quality management and parking lots, maintenance rooms are a little touched and the main points that are some details pertaining to architecture law are totally out of question. To provide better goods, the details and the content plans for architecture should be complemented and checked. 2) According to the questionaires, over 80% of them just indicate unsatisfation. The thing for us to solove the matter which revealed as dissatisfactory factors in each working space is to implement the change of working space, the division of working space, the change of working space's inner size and the amelioration of passageway. 3) The scheme of working space have to be done after compelementing in actuality the divisions in view of the existing architect scheme , for instance, the quality management space, the repairing room, the food-related working space and so on.. which needs to the working space in department store. 4) The repairing room or a waste disposal site is doubted about the speciality of working space because those places are the space at which much altercation of working space through a use altercation after opening the department store occurs. 5) A sale place and a work space have to be sperated because food-related work spaces are related to the inner tempratur of work space at which the merchants are pocessed without being related to the inner temprature of a sale place.

        한반도 남서부에서 발생한 미소지진의 진원 기구해 분석

        Focal mechanisms were analyzed for the seven earthquakes which occurred in the southwestern part of theKorea Peninsula from 2001 to 2005. Grid searches are performed to fit distributions of P-wave first-motion polarities andSH/P amplitude ratios for each event. The focal mechanism solutions imply that most of the events have strike-slip sensedirections.         ALS 저해 제초제 저항성 올챙이고랭이의 세대 유전과 발아 특성

        This experiment was conducted to determine whether Scirpus juncoides GS28 (R) biotype, which is resistant to the ALS-inhibiting herbicide penoxsulam, maintains resistance to the herbicide over generations and whether there is a difference in germination rate compared to HC121 (S) biotype, which is susceptible to penoxsulam. Previous research (2017) demonstrated that GS28 exhibited a considerably higher R/S ratio value than other susceptible biotype. In this experiment, the 4th generation seedlings of both GS28 and HC121 showed a similar tendency to previous studies, with R/S ratio values of 78.1:1 to penoxsulam, respectively, indicating that the resistance of GS28 persisted over generations. Additionally, GS28 showed low dormancy and a significantly higher germination rate compared to HC121, suggesting that the spread of ALS-inhibiting herbicide-resistant S. juncoides is expected when GS28 seeds are existed in the field. 본 실험은 ALS 저해 제초제인 penoxsulam에 대해 저항성인 GS28(R)이 세대가 거듭되어도 약제에 대한 저항성이 유지되며, 감수성인 HC121(S)과 발아율의 차이가 있는지를 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 선행 연구(2017년)에서 GS28은 다른 감수성 수집종들에 비하여 매우 높은 R/S ratio 값을 나타내었다. 본 실험에서도 GS28과 HC121의 4세대 유식물체는penoxulam에 대한 R/S ratio 값이 각각 78.1:1로 선행연구의 결과와 유사한 경향을 보였으며, GS28의 저항성은 세대가 거듭되어도 유지되는 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 GS28은 HC121에 비하여 휴면성이 매우 낮고 발아율이 현저하게 높았으므로, 그 종자가 포장에 유출되었을 때에는 ALS 저해 제초제에 대한 저항성 올챙이고랭이가 대발생 할 것으로 예상 되었다.
