한국무용수의 유산소성 능력 및 최대지방연소 운동강도 연구

This study was aimed to analyze the possibility of adaptation of korean dance for weight control by comparison of maximal aerobic capacity(VO₂max) and maximal fat oxidation exercise intensity(MFOEI) among female korean dancers(KD), female students of department of physical education(PE) and non-activated females(NF), Fourty-five healthy young females volunteers(12 PE, 18 KD, 15 NF) served as subjects after signing an informed consent form. Following an overnight fast, each subject completed stretching and tree minute warm-up at 3.0mph of speed and 10% of grade, followed by a maximal Bruce protocol treadmill test. Expired gases were collected and analyzed each one minute usi ng Quinton metabolic cart. The MFOEI was defined as the intensity which resulted in maximal fat kilocaroie(Fkcal) as determined by converting VO₂ to Fkcal at each treadmill stage using RER and a Lusk table. The absolute VO₂max(L/min) was the significant highest in PE group(p<.05), but there was no significant difference in relative VO₂max(㎖/㎏/min) between PE and KD. The relative VO₂max of KD was the significant higher in comparison with NF. MFOEI as expressed %VO₂max(㎖/㎏/min) was not significantly difference among groups, but Fkcal in MFOEI was the significant lowest in NF in comparison with KD and PE(p<.05). In MFOEI, VO₂ was the significant highest(p<.05) and RER of KD was the significant lower in comparison with NF(p<.05). Consequently, it is appears that Korean dance which performed regular physical active has the possibility of adaptation as exercise program of weight control because of increasing fat oxidation during high exercise intensity as well as improvement of aerobic capacity.
어선감척사업에 따른 주요 연안어업의 자원회복 및 경제적 효과 분석

The purpose of this study is to estimate the resource recovery effect and the economic effect of the fishermen by the fisheries vessel buy-back program. First, this study standardizes the fishing efforts of coastal gill net, coastal trap, and coastal composite fisheries using Gavaris general linear model. Second, the resource evaluation is performed by using vessel buy-back program data, and also the CYP model based on exponential growth function is applied. In order to derive the effect of the vessel buy-back program, the MSY with the vessel buy-back program is compared with the MSY without the vessel buy-back program. Finally, we compare and analyze producer surplus under the equilibrium of the MEY and the OA using bioeconomic model. In conclusion, the vessel buy-back program has shown an increase in resource growth and economic improvement for the remaining fishermen. The result shows that the remaining fishermen are able to obtain an increase in producer surplus of about 53% due to the vessel buy-back program under equilibrium levels of the open access and the maximum economic yield.
앙상블 수트의 의복형태구성요인의 시각효과에 대한 실험연구 (제 1 보)

The purpose of this study was to classify the body shapes, exclusive of size and corpulence factors of more than 60-year old elderly women by distinctions, and to investigate the visual effects of combination of ensemble suit details. For the body shape classification, the factor analysis and cluster analysis were performed: the mean value difference of numeral values for classified types were tested by ANOVA: and the follow-up test was conducted by the Duncan`s multiple ranged test. The data analysis for visual effects evaluated by a multiple ranking test was analyzed by mean, paired t-test, ANOVA and Duncan`s multiple ranged test. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The followings are the types of body shape according to the shape factors of the front line of body for elderly women. The distinctions of the front line of elderly women`s body could be presumed : that was, Body type I was a comparatively well-balanced body type, Body type Ⅱ was close to an average body type, and Body type Ⅲ was a severely corpulent body type. 2. The followings are the results on the physical visual effects inducing the constituents of clothing type. 1) The neckline·collar types of a jacket have a great influence on the visual effects of the upper body, and orderly, the tailored collar, soutien collar, and round neckline had positive influence on the visual effects in the upper body. 2) The pleat types of one-piece dress had positive influence on the visual effects in the lower body in the order of gored type, pleats type, and gathered type. Also, the balance in the lower body had more influence on the overall balance of the clothing compared to the constituents of clothing type such as neckline collar type or opening line. 3) It showed that whether there is the front opening line of a jacket influenced on the visual effects of all categories.
트랜스로그 비용함수를 이용한 참치연승어업 규모의 경제성 분석

The purpose of this study is to identify economic situation on scale of tuna distant longline fishery by analyzing its economies of scale using the cost function. To analyze its economics of scale, the deep-sea fishing statistics were used from 2012 to 2016. In detail, the number of panels for estimating the cost function was 68 tuna distant longline vessels from 2012 to 2016, and the total number of observations over the five years were 340. As a final model, the two-way fixed effect model based on the translog cost function was adopted through the F test, the Breusch-Pagan test and the Hausman test. As a result of the analysis, it was found that tuna distant longline fishery between 2012 and 2014 was diseconomies of scale, the fishery between 2015 and 2016 was economies of scale. However, the economic indicators of the scale from 2012 to 2016 were almost close to zero, indicating that the constant returns to scale, the optimal scale, were reached. Therefore, in the situation where the amount of fishery resources in the world continues to decrease, it is necessary to prepare a method to obtain economic benefits through scale maintenance and reduction rather than indiscriminate scale expansion.
L1210 및 $P388D_1$에 대한 고삼 추출물의 세포독성에 관한 연구(II)

This study was carried out to evaluate cytotoxicity of the extracts from Sophora flavescens Ait. against L1210 (lymphocytic leukemia) and $P388D_1$ (lymphoid neoplasms) cells in vitro. We have determined cytotoxicity by MTT {3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazo-liumbromide} assay. The order of cytotoxicity of Sophora flavescens Ait. extracts against L1210 and $P388D_1$ cells in vitro is as follows: AM> EASF > CFSF > MTSF > WSF > HXSF and AM> EASF> CFSF> MTSF> HXSF> WSF. These results suggest that the ethyl acetate soluble extract of Sophora flavescens Ait may be a valuable choice for the development of antitumor agents.
가시화를 이용한 가솔린 엔진의 실린더 벽면에서의 연료액막 거동 분석

The investigation of liquid fuel film on the cylinder liner is an essential to understand the engine-out hydrocarbon emissions formation in SI engines. In this research, two-dimensional visualization was carried out to investigate the liquid fuel film on the quartz liner in the optical engine. For this, the optical engine with hydraulic system was designed based on the commercial SI engine. The visualization was based on the laser-induced fluorescence with total reflection technique. Using a quartz liner and a special lens, only the liquid fuel film on the liner was visualized. With using this technique, the distribution of the fuel film on the cylinder liner was measured for different engine conditions and injection timing in the optical engine.
