        훈제식육식품 중 벤조피렌 함량 분석 및 안전성 평가

        훈제식육식품을 통한 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)의 대표독성물질인 benzo[a]pyrene의 위해도를 판단하기위해 시중에 유통되는 69개의 훈제식육식품을 통한 위해성을 평가하였다. 사용된 훈제식육식품은 훈제 치킨, 오리, 칠면조, 돼지 등이며 benzo[a]pyrene의 검출범위는 불검출-2.87 ${\mu}g$/kg이었고 평균 농도는 0.42 ${\mu}g$/kg로 나타났다. 2005 국민건강영양조사를 참고하여 만성1일인체노출량을 평가한 결과 훈제식육식품을 통한 노출량은 총 0.187 ng/kg B.W./d로 나타났다. 위해도 산출을 위하여 benzo[a]pyrene의 위상부암에 대한 BMDL값인 0.31-0.74 mg/kg B.W./d와 만성1일인체노출량을 이용하여 MOE를 구한결과 MOE는 1,657,754-3,957,219 수준으로 나타났다. Benzo[a]pyrene의 오염도는 식품의약품안전청에서 제시하는 기준규격인 5 ${\mu}g$/kg 이하로 나타나 훈제식육식품을 통한 benzo[a]pyrene의 노출정도는 안전한것으로 판단된다. The content of benzo[a]pyrene from 69 smoked meat products commonly consumed in Korean food market was analysed with high performance liquid chromatography. Smoked meat products including smoked chicken, pork, turkey and duck were saponified, extracted and cleaned up to analyze the benzo[a]pyrene content. As a result of analysis from smoked meat products, the mean benzo[a]pyrene content was 0.42 ${\mu}g$/kg and the highest content of benzo[a]pyrene was 2.87 ${\mu}g$/kg detected in smoked chicken product. All somked meat products contained benzo[a]pyrene below the limit regulated by Korean Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Exposure assessment of benzo[a]pyrene from smoked meat products ingestion was calculated by using National Health and Nutrition Survey (NHNS). The estimated lifetime average daily intake of benzo[a]pyrene was 0.187 ng/kg bw/d. Margin of exposure of benzo[a]pyrene was ranged from 1,657,754 to 3,957,219.

        기업 디자인 접근방식 과정 중의 크리에티브 디자인 컨셉의 마케팅 전략과정에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 기업 디자인의 개발 절차에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 마케팅 과정으로서 기업 디자인의 역할을 알아본다. 기업 디자인은 대상이 가지는 무형의 소비자 need를 개념화하여 기업 디자인의 전략의 역할을 확립할 수 있게 한다. 이 기업 디자인 접근방식을 마케팅적 접근법과 같이 조직화하여 디자인 결과물을 제작한다. 상업 디자인화와 시각화 과정을 통해 결과물의 정체성을 표현하고, 결과물을 직 간접 경험으로 최적화하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 디자인 결과물에 대한 과정을 통해 기업 디자인을 합리적으로 바라보며, 이를 통해 본질적으로 디자인은 창의성을 갖게 된다. 본 연구를 통해 디자인 프로세싱을 상세하게 제시하며, 최종 단계의 창의적인 디자인 전략 근거를 제시하고, 디자인을 자료 중심 개념으로 창의적이고 조화롭게 수행하는 이상적인 기업 디자인 방향성을 제시한다. This paper examines the role of corporate design as a marketing process through a theoretical review of the development process of corporate design. Corporate design allows us to conceptualize the intangible consumer needs of a target and make possible the strategy of corporate design. This corporate design approach is to be organized like a marketing approach, so that it can produce outcomes of corporate design. The research was conducted in order to see whether the process of commercial design and its visualization help express the identity of the product, and optimize the direct and indirect experience of it. The rationality of corporate design is created by this process, and design essentially attains creativity in this process. In this research, the author tries to present design process in detail, demonstrate the basis of creative design strategy at the final stage, propose an ideal model of corporate design, where design can be performed creatively and harmoniously on the base of relevant data.

        철제유물 보존처리용 아크릴 수지의 용제별 특성 연구

        현재 철제유물 강화처리 시 사용하는 아크릴계 수지인 Parabid NAD10은 용제로 VM&P Naphtha만을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 이를 사용하여 강화처리 할 경우 코팅 후의 광택이 높아 전시 및 관람에 불편함을 준다는 문제가 제기되고 있다. 이러한 단점 보완을 위해 대체 용제로 YK-VMP를 선정하여 각 용제별 코팅 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 표면관찰, 박막 두께, 접착력, 접촉각 및 표면에너지, 광택도, 황변실험, EIS 평가 등의 일련의 분석을 통해 용제별 코팅 특성을 비교한 결과, 기존의 VM&P Naphtha를 대신하여 YK-VMP를 사용하여도 강화처리 효과에는 큰 영향을 주지 않으면서도 광택을 더 낮춰주는 효과가 나타나는 것을 확인하였다. When we consolidate the iron artifacts, only we used VM&P Naphtha as solvent of paraloid NAD10. After consolidating the iron artifacts using paraloid NAD10, artifacts were too glossy to exhibit and see. We choose the solvent YK-VMP as solvent of paraloid NAD10 for complementing this defect and examined characterizations of paraloid NAD10 films in each solvent. As a result of evaluation by several surface analysis such as optical microscope, measuring film thickness, adhesive strength, gloss of surface, contact angle, yellowing test and EIS, it is possible to use YK-VMP instead of VM&P Naphtha as solvent of paraloid NAD10, because YK-VMP lowered surface gloss and did not change the effect of consolidation.

        어도비 AI 지능을 활용한 디지털 색채 실습에 관한 적용방식 연구 -쎈쎄이(Adobe Sensei)을 통한 색채 실습을 중심으로-

        In the modern era, the necessity of color capability in the digital era is the demand of the era, and research on improving color practice on the subdivided digital four areas that are not in the existing practice is needed. For digital majors who are difficult to solve in existing paint color practice, classes in digital color practice in four more specialized areas are needed, and the use of efficient artificial intelligence was studied for classes in digitized color and color sense. In this paper, we tried to show the expansion of the color practice area by suggesting digital color practice and color matching method based on Photoshop artificial intelligence and big data technology that existing color and color matching were practice that only CMYK could do. In addition, based on the color quantification data of individual users provided by the latest Adobe Sceney program artificial intelligence, the purpose of the practice was to improve learners' predictions of actual color combinations and random colors using filter effects. In conclusion, it is a study on the use of programs that eliminate ambiguity in the mixing process of existing paint practice, secure digital color details, and propose a practical method that can provide effective learning methods for beginners and intermediates to develop their senses through artificial intelligence support. The Adobe program practice method necessary for coloration and main color through theoretical consideration and improvement of teaching skills that are better than existing paint practice were presented.

        현대 디자인 트랜드 분석 통한 AI CARE 디자인 그래픽 기획에 관한 타당성 분석에 관한 연구 -AI CARE BED 파트별 분석과 디자인 제안을 중심으로-

        AI 인공지능으로 각 분야가 융합된 시대에 디자인에서는 AI-CARE 기능의 디자인과 UI UX 디자인이 각광 받는 시기에 들어와 있다. 새로운 기능에 맞는 시각 효과는 형태 디자인의 적용과 색의 트랜드가 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 이를 활용하여 형태 트랜드의 정리와 적용에 관한 사례를 제시하고, 디자인 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 도입부에서는 최신 디자인 환경 요인을 분석하여 새로운 제안의 방향으로 연구하였다. 본문에서는 기능 디자인 형태를 분리하여 기획에서의 디자인 방향과 고려사항 대한 부분을 연구하였으며, 디자인 작업의 방향성을 제시하였다. 형태와 색채 부분의 단계에서 미니멀리즘과 유니버셜 디자인, 어포던스 디자인의 흐름에 맞는 계획서를 제안하였다. 사례 실습을 바탕으로 한 본론의 연구 방법은 부분별 디자인 작업에 특화된 형태와 색채에 관한 콘텐츠를 어떻게 고려할 것인가에 대한 고찰이며, 콘텐츠 이미지에서 새로운 영역의 UI UX 분야 그래픽 제작이 실현 가능하도록 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해 AI CARE 베드 PART별로, 디자인 방향성과 타당성을 제안함으로써 형태와 색의 도출 방법의 디자인 방향성과 기획에 도달했다. In an era where AI artificial intelligence converges into each field, design of AI-CARE function and UI UX design are in the spotlight. The application of shape design and the trend of color are important for visual effects to match new features. In this paper, we would like to use this to present an example of the arrangement and application of form trends and to present design directions. In the introduction, the latest design environmental factors were analyzed and studied in the direction of the new proposal. In the text, the design direction and consideration of the design in the planning were studied by separating the functional design form, and the direction of the design work was presented. At the stage of form and color, a plan was proposed to match the flow of minimalism, universal design, and affordance design. A study method based on case practice is a consideration of how to consider content on shapes and colors specialized in the partial design work, and proposed to enable graphic production of new areas of UI UX in content images to be feasible. Through this study, the design direction and planning of the derivative method of shape and color was reached by suggesting design directionality and validity for each AI CARE bed PART.

      • 박막 두께에 따른 청동유물 보존처리용 아크릴 수지의 코팅 특성 연구

        Paraloid B-72 of acrylic resins has been widely used as consolidant for bronze artifacts conservation. In previous study, xylene was appropriate for paraloid B-72 when bronze artifacts consolidated. In this study, we compared the coating properties of paraloid B-72 in various concentration levels. The surface before and after coating were observed by optical microscope and AFM. Thickness and adhesive strength of films were tested. For testing coating stability, we performed yellowing test and EIS. After these experiments, we concluded 15wt% paraloid B-72 was adequate concentration for bronze artifacts conservation when paraloid B-72 used in xylene as solvent. Because 15wt% paraloid B-72 has the lowest polarity and high hydrophobic.

        외상으로 인한 각막혼탁 환자에서 RGP렌즈의 시력교정 효과

        Purpose: To investigate the effect of rigid gas permeable (RGP) contact lenses in patients with corneal scar and opacity following repair of corneal perforations. Methods: A total of 10 eyes from 10 patients undergoing repair of corneal perforating injuries and fitted with RGP contact lenses were examined in the present study. The mean postoperative 3-month visual acuities, refraction, corneal topography, keratometry, best corrected visual acuities with spectacles and RGP lenses at an average of postoperative 3 months were evaluated. Results: Eight eyes had corneal opacities at the central and 2 eyes at the peripheral portion. Four patients had previous cataract surgery or cataract surgery with intraocular lens insertion due to traumatic cataract. The mean postoperative 3-month LogMAR visual acuity was 1.14 ± 0.53. Corneal topography showed irregular astigmatism in all patients and the mean keratometric astigmatism was 4.03 ± 4.06 diopters. The mean best corrected LogMAR visual acuities with spectacles was 0.91 ± 0.64 and with the RGP contact lens was 0.25 ± 0.35. A comparative analysis of improvement in visual acuity with the RGP contact lens over spectacle correction was found to be statistically significant (p = 0.005). Patients wore the lenses for more than 6 hours daily for the mean follow-up period (12.10 ± 7.80 months). Conclusions: In patients with corneal scar and opacity following repair of corneal perforations, RGP contact lens fitting should be considered first before surgical corrections such as keratoplasty.       • 낙동강유역의 하수처리장 방류수와 인접 하류하천의 수질상관관계 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between the effluent of the sewage treatment plant (STP) and the adjacent stream located downstream of the STP in Nakdong River. The flow and water quality such as BOD, COD, SS, T-N, and T-P data for 12 STPs and adjacent downstream monitoring stations in the main stream and tributaries of Nakdong River were collected from 2012 to 2015. As a result of correlation analysis between river flow and water quality at the river water quality measurement point, COD, SS and T-P were correlated positively with river flow rate at 6, 8, and 6 points, respectively. As a result of analyzing the water quality of sewage treatment plant effluent and downstream stream, BOD and COD were correlated at 2 and 3 points, respectively. T-N showed a positive correlation at 9 points, and 7 of them had a strong positive correlation, indicating that sewage treatment effluent had a large effect on downstream streams. In this study, we found that the correlation between river flow rate and water quality factors (COD, SS, TP) was high for river water measurement points, and the sewage treatment plant effluent was correlated with the T-N value of adjacent streams.
