유전체가 채워진 원통도파관 공진기를 이용한 3개의 고조파 출력을 발생하는 발진기에 관한 실험적 연구

This paper reports an experimental result that a Push-Push FET DRO circuit with additional circular waveguide section can generate first three harmonic frequency signals with usable equal amount of output power. The oscillator produces output signals such as -4.17 dBm at the fundamental frequency of 8.67 GHz, -4 dBm at the second harmonic frequency and -2.67 dBm at the third harmonic frequency of 26.07 GHz. The experimental result shows that 24 dB and 21 db enhancement of the fundamental and the third harmonic frequency signals have been obtained, respectively, but, at the second harmonic frequency signal -6.67 dB suppression has been measured compared to those of the conventional Push-Push FET DROs. With a circular waveguide section, phase noise characteristics of the three output spectrums of the oscillator have been improved, better than 1.5 dB, those of the output spectrums of the oscillators with DRs.

朝鲜后期汉文长篇小说中的中国元素 -以<一乐亭记><三韩拾遗><汉唐遗事>为中心-

The long korean novels written in Chinese such as Iillagjeonggi, Samhanseubyu, Handangyoosa were created by some conservative or frustrated literati due to the improvement in society’s acceptance of novels. Not only did they use Chinese to create works, but also based on their knowledge of Chinese literature, they achieved the creative purpose of promoting Confucianism, calling for the reuse of talents, and showing off their own talents. First, in the Iillagjeonggi written by Lee Yi-soon after he retired from officialdom, through borrowing the image of "An Le Ting", the re-appearance of loyal and filial figures in the Song Dynasty, and the thought of Sinocentrism, he showed the conservative literati's position of defending Confucianism. Second, in the Samhanseubyu written by Kim So-hyang, through allowing many unsuccessful Chinese historical figures to appear in his work, and providing them with an opportunity to vent their worries, Kim So-hyang also eased his worries about being unable to exert his talents due to status restrictions and failure of the imperial examination. Third, in the Handangyoosa written by Park Tae-seok,he used the form of Chinese critical novels to show off his talents, and at the same time, by integrating the structure of Romance of the Three Kingdoms and Water Margin, he showed the desire of young people who have not yet entered the officialdom to show off his talents. 조선 후기 때 소설에 대한 인식의 개선, 국문소설의 발전, 그리고 중국 소설의 대량 유입에 따라 한문 소설도 마침내 발전의 계기를 맞이하게 되었다. 일부 높은 한문학 소양을 가춘 작가가 한문으로 장편 소설을 작성했을 뿐만 아니라 자신의 재주와 생각을 드러내기 위해 중국 문화 요소도 많이 수용했다. 이에 본 논문에서는 중국 문화 요소가 많이 포함되어 있는 이이순의 <일락정기>, 김소행의 <삼한습유>, 박태석의 <한당유사>를 대상으로 작가들이 중국 문화 요소를 어떻게 수용했는지, 어떤 작가의식을 표출했는지에 대한 연구를 시도했다. <일락정기>에 있어서 이이순은 안빈낙도의 상징인 안락정(安樂亭)의 차용, 문천상, 악비, 육수부 등 중국 송나라 충효 인물의 재등장, 유교 명분론 하의 화이사상의 표출 등을 통해서 유교 이념을 지키려는 의도를 드러냈다. <삼한습유>에 있어서 김소행은 역사상 불우한 중국 인물들을 많이 등장시키고. 또 그들에게 출세의 기회를 제공함으로써 신분의 제한과 과거시험의 실패 때문에 출세하지 못하는 자신을 위로했다. 또 <삼국지>에 반영된 영웅사관을 차용함으로써 영웅, 즉 인재야말로 나라의 운명을 결정할 수 있는 가장 중요한 요소임을 강조했다. <한당유사>에 있어서 박태석은 중국 고전 평점(評點) 소설의 양식과 <삼국지><수호지>의 구조를 바탕으로 하여 자신의 작품을 스스로 자랑하는 방식과 구조 융합 등 방식을 통해서 자신의 문학 재주를 과시했다.

다산 정약용 시문에 나타난 소나무의 형상과 의미

In this paper, I examined the image and meaning of pine in Jeong Yak-yong's Chinese poetry and Mokminsimseo. First, Combined with Jeong Yak-yong's silhak philosophy, this paper examines his description of the material function of pine. In the early stage of silhak philosophy, he simply described the edible function and cooling function of pine. After being exiled, he showed the image of a mature silhak scholar by depicting the image of hungry people eating pine bark and exposing the corruption of the government. Second, Combined with Jeong Yak-yong's political career and exile experience, this paper examines his description of the spiritual function of pine. When he was involved in political struggle, he mainly borrowed the pine as a symbol of integrity and talent. And when he was exiled for a long time, he borrowed more of the recluse symbol of pine. At the same time, when Ding Ruoyong described the image of the pine, he was influenced by the pine culture of Korea and China. When he described the material function of the pine, he mainly used the pine culture of Korea. While depicting the spiritual function of Song, he was influenced by Korean and Chinese literati. 본 논문에서는 정약용의 한시와 목민심서 에 나타난 소나무의 형상과 의미에 대해 살펴보았다. 첫째, 본 논문에서는 정약용의 시문에 나타난 소나무의 물질적 기능을 그의 실학사상과 연결시켜 살펴보았다. 정약용은 자신의 유물론적 철학체계를 기반으로 정약용도 소나무의 물질적 기능을 많이 형상화했다. 그의 실학사상 초기 단계인 젊은 시절 때 소나무의 식품 기능, 피서 기능 등 물질적 기능을 보다 단순하게 형상화한 것과 달리 유배를 당한 후에 <소나무를 뽑는 중 노래> 등 작품을 통해 소나무 껍질을 먹는 기민들의 비참한 모습, 사회의 부패 문제, 그리고 정부의 소나무 벌채 금지 정책의 폐단을 지적함으로써 실학사상 완성 단계의 모습을 우리에게 보여준다. 둘째, 본 논문에서는 정약용 시문에 나타난 소나무의 정신적 기능을 정약용의 불안한 관직 생활과 장기간의 유배 생활을 연결시켜 살펴보았다. 정약용은 치열한 정치 싸움에 처해 있을 때 <총식송> 등 작품을 통해 소나무가 지니고 있는 굳은 절개와 재주의 상징을 많이 차용함으로써 자신을 비롯한 일부 사람들을 위해 불평을 호소했다. 그러나 긴 유배 생활을 거치고, 또 복귀할 희망이 보이지 않은 상황에서 <다산 화사 20수> 등 작품에서 소나무와 시냇물, 조용한 집 등과의 조합을 통해서 소나무 숲 속에 있는 은둔자 세계를 구축했다. 마지막으로, 정약용은 소나무의 형상을 만든 데에 있어 한중의 소나무 문화를 동시에 수용했다. 소나무의 물질적 기능을 형상화하는 데에 있어 주로 본국의 소나무 문화를 수용했고, 소나무의 정신적 기능을 수용하는 데에 있어 이익, 공자, 도연명 등 한중 문인들의 영향을 받았다.

中韩古典长篇家门小说对比研究 — 以≪雪月梅≫和≪玉树记≫为中心

Chen Lang’s Xueyuemei and Sim Nung-Sook’s Oksugi are family novels that appeared in the late feudal society of China and South Korea. This article examines the background, creative mode and writer consciousness of the two works. In the part of written background, Xueyuemei and Oksugi embodies the development characteristics of family novels in the later feudal societies of China and South Korea. On the basis of genius and beauty novels, Chen Lang broke through its creative mode of simply depicting love between men and women. By adding other elements such as wars and heroes, he realized the innovation of creative mode, and at the same time achieved the purpose of showing his personal talents and ideals. Under the atmosphere of improved acceptance of novels in the late Joseon dynasty, Sim Nung-Sook also used the method of combining original works, depicting the love between men and women and the story of meritorious deeds in the works, and at the same time made personal desires replaced and satisfied. In the part of creative mode, both Xueyuemei and Oksugi completed the creation of works through the structure of “family debut, family unity and joint contribution”. The difference is that Oksugi adds the marriage between the Wang family and the Ren family, the connection between Jia Youxian and Lvye, and the conflicts between the wives and concubines caused by Mrs. Sheng in the last part of the work. In the content part, the two works are based on a large number of original novels, through combination, transformation and other methods to complete the creation of the “love + hero” model. It’s just that unlike Xueyuemei which all borrowed from Chinese works, Oksugi used Chinese and Korean classical novels while shaping the image of love and heroes, and finally made the works show a more complex fusion characteristic. In the part of writer’s consciousness, both Chen Lang and Sim Nung-Sook achieved the purpose of showing their talents and the substitute and satisfaction of life’s desires through the creation of novels. At the same time, Chen Lang, as a figure who has not obtained a formal official position, expressed the hope that the country should select talents based on talent rather than a single imperial examination by depicting the process of protagonists of various identities making contributions through recommendation and other methods. As a descendant of scholar-officials, Sim Nung-Sook projected his own family into the works, and realized his desire for life through the process of marriage between various scholar-officials, fighting against enemies together, and sharing prosperity and wealth.

평면 다수 입출력 전력 분배/결합회로의 2 GHz에서의 구조 수정 연구

본 논문에서는 하나의 입력과 다수의 출력을 가지는 [10]에서에서 제시한 평면 Taper 형의 전력 분배/결합기를 2GHz대역에서 수정한 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는ㄱ n조의 전기적 특성을 결정하는 파라메터들을 HFSS시뮬레이션을 이용하여 분석하였다. 입력 정합 그리고 각 출력 단에서 출력 신호의 균형과 위상의 선형성을 위해 회로의중앙에 하나의 원형 모양을 애칭 제거하였다. 또 본 논문에서 제안한 구조의 1:2와 1:3의 전력 분배/결합기외 [10]의 구조와 S-Parameter를 비교?분석하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구에서 제시하는 수정된 형태를 적용할 경우 기존의 전력 분배/결합기의 반사손실 특성이 2 GHz에서 20dB이상 개선되었고 대역폭 또한 증가되는 것을 확인하였다. In this paper, tapered shape of multiport power divider/combiner modified for 2 GHz range from the model published by [10] is proposed. Parameters determining electrical property of the circuit structure have been analyzed by HFSS simulation. For input matching, balance of output signals and phase linearity at each output port, one circular hole has been etched out on the circuit surface. 1:2 and 1:3 power dividers/combiners designed by this study have been compared with the same circuits designed by the method of [10] in terms of S-parameters. As a result, it has been found that the modified structure of power divider/combiner have improved return loss more than 20 dB and another 18 dB, respectively, at 2 GHz.

DR 2개를 이용한 Push-Push FET DRO의 출력 증가

본 논문에서는 9개의 전형적인 Push-Push FTF DRO(Dielectric Resonator Oscillator:유전체 공진기 반진기)의 드레인단에 게이트단에서 이용했던 동일한 DR을 첨가하여 출력전력과 위상 잡음 특성변화를 실험적으로 조사하였다. 9개 발진기는 10GHz의 기본 주파수를 이용하여 20GHz를 발생할 수 있도록 설계되었고, 출력단에는 3개의 다른 종류의 전력 결합기를 채택했는데, 이들 각각에 대해 측정하였다. 결과적으로 Push-Push FTF DRO의 출력전력은 DR을 첨가함으로 향상되어질 수 있는 것과 위상잡음특성은 DR을 첨가하기 전과 대체로 같은 특성을 유지하는 것을 관찰할 수 있어다. In this paper, the output power level and phase noise property of nine conventional push-push FET DROs (Dielectric Resonator Oscillator) have been experimentally investigated by adding one more identical DR at the drain port. The nine oscillators designed to generate 20 GHz from 10GHz fundamental frequency, have been tested for each of three different power combiners at the output port. It has been observed that the output power level of the push-push FET DROs can be improved by placing the DR while maintaining their phase noise characteristics were approximately the same as before adding the DR.
