We report a patient who presented with three months of foot pain, lytic navicular bone lesions in the foot, and a painless ipsilateral leg skin ulcer. Bone and skin biopsies revealed organisms compatible with Blastomyces. Systemic blastomycosis is very rare, especially with bone involvement in the foot.

As a fundamental study of Near IR tomography system, transmission parameters of the mongolian breast tissue at 904 nm wavelengh were measured. A analytical model to determin the light intensity in the breast was developed and the measurement, and gheoretical calculations were obtained.

활동기준원가계산을 이용한 건설기업의 직원 보상에 관한 연구

건설기업이 경쟁력 있는 혁신기업으로 나가기 위해서는 원가 정보를 이용한 원가관리와 효율적인 프로세스 개선이 필요하다. 원가정보를 이용하여 장기적인 의사 결정을 지원하는 활동기준원가계산(ABC)은 기업의 경쟁력을 향상하는 도구이다. 본 연구는 전통기준원가계산(TBC)과 활동기준원가계산(ABC)을 비교·분석하여 성과급 지급의 적정성을 확인한다. 또한 ABC를 이용한 보상시스템이 직원의 만족도와 참여도에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증 분석한다. 연구 결과, 직원의 참여도에 대한 보상시스템의 영향력은 내재적 보상(𝛽=0.338)과 외재적 보상(𝛽=0.308)의 순서로 나타났다. 또한 보상시스템은 직원의 만족도에 긍정적인 (+) 효과를 보였으며, 영향력은 내재적 보상(𝛽=0.360)과 외재적 보상(𝛽=0.337)의 순서로 나타났다. 그리고 직원의 만족도(𝛽=0.225)는 참여도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 직원의 만족도와 참여도를 높이기 위해서 외재적 보상과 내재적 보상으로 구성된 보상시스템의 구축이 필요하다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다.

Purpose:?The purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relationship between top management 's leadership and construction quality management activities that affect construction management performance based on construction quality management. Methods:?As its method, the causal relationship between the leadership of top management and the key management factors of construction quality management activities affecting management performance is analyzed by using the structural equation model. The construction companies used in the analysis sample conducted surveys on companies that are conducting ISO, KOSHA, OHSAS, DQC, and so on. Results:?It was revealed that top management's leadership has a great influence on management performance and all management factors of construction quality management activities. However, safety management does not affect the management performance of construction quality management activities. And top management's leadership on management performance are explained by the mediating effect of cost, time, quality and communication among management factors of construction quality management activities. Conclusion:?In the previous study, the quality management activities and the ISO - based integrated total quality management system (TQM) applied in the manufacturing or service industries were presented as empirical results. However, this study presents the results of different studies by presenting empirical study results by selecting time, cost, quality, safety and communication as key management factors of quality management activities of construction companies through reviewing and analyzing previous studies in construction field.

경골터널과 후방 경격막 도달법을 이용한 후방십자인대 재건술의 임상적 결과

목적: 후방십자인대 재건술에 있어서 경골터널 및 후방 경격막 도달법을 이용한 술식의 유용성에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 이식건은 36예에서 동종 아킬레스건을 사용하였고, 잔여 후방십자인대를 최대한 보존하려고 노력하였으며,수술 전과 후의 임상적 및 방사선학적 결과를 후향적인 방법으로 분석하였다.추시 관찰기간은 최소 12개월에서 최대 30개월이었습니다. 결과: Lysholm 슬관절 점수는 평균은 술전 $66.0{\pm}8.67(40{\sim}76)$점에서 수술 후 $87.9{\pm}5.04(82{\sim}96)$점으로 증가되었으며 IKDC 등급은 수술 전 비정상이 15예(41.7%), 심한 비정상이 21예(58.3%)소견 보였으나 수술 후 6명(16%)이 정상, 24명(66%)이 정상에 가까움, 5명(16%)이 비정상, 1명(2%)이 심한 비정상으로 분류 되었다. Telos 스트레스 방사선 검사상에서 건측과 비교하여 술전 평균 $12.5{\pm}2.61(7{\sim}20)$ mm에서 최종 추시상 평균 $3.9{\pm}1.34(7{\sim}1)$ mm로 의미있는 감소 소견이 관찰되었다(paired sample T test, p=0.001). 결론: 후방십자인대 재건술에 있어서 경골터널, 후방 경격막 도달법을 이용한 술식은 유용한 술식으로 사료되었다. Purpose: The purpose of the study is to provide the clinical results of arthroscopic posterior cruciate ligament(PCL) reconstruction with preservation of the original PCL using transtibial tunnel and posterior transseptal portal. Materials and Methods: 36 patients underwent PCL reconstruction with achilles tendon allografts. We tried to preserve of the original PCL.At the final follow-up, patients were evaluated retrospectively by four measurements: Lysholm knee scores, IKDC grades, Telos stress radiography, and second look arthroscopy.Follow-up periods were from 12 months to 30 months. Results: The average Lysholm knee score improved from $66.0{\pm}8.67$ to $87.9{\pm}5.04$. Preoperative IKDC grades were abnormal in 15(41.7%) and severely abnormal in 21(58.3%), postoperative IKDC grades were normal in 6(16%),nearly normal in 24(66%), abnormal in 5(16%) and severely abnormal in 1(2%).The average side to side difference in Telos stress test decreased from $12.5{\pm}2.61(7{\sim}20)$ mm to $3.9{\pm}1.34(7{\sim}1)$ mm (paired sample T test, p=0.001) Conclusion: Arthroscopic posterior cruciate ligament(PCL) reconstruction with preservation of the original PCL using transtibial tunnel and posterior transseptal portal is useful surgical method.

슬관절내에 발생한 국소형 거대 세포종 - 1예 보고 -

거대 세포종은 서서히 자라는 일측성의 국소형 종물로서 수부에서 흔하고 고관절, 족지관절에서도 보고되나 슬관절내에서는 드물게 발생한다. 이에 저자들은 슬관절 관절강내에서 발생한 거대 세포종 1예를 관절경하에 제거한뒤 병리학적으로 확진하였으며 이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. Giant cell tumor is slow-growing, unilateral and solitary lesion that is most commonly seen in the digit of the hand, but occasionally occurs in the hips, ankles, toes and wrists and rarely in knee. We experienced 1 case of giant cell tumor in knee joint. That was excised arthroscopically and pathologically confirmed. So we report this case with a review of the literatures.

컴퓨터를 이용한 가정용 냉방기기의 실내쾌적조건 조절에 관한 실험적 연구

To keep comfortable indoor condition, the existing air conditioning system is controlled by the ON/OFF temperature controller. The PID control unit is developed to control temperature and humidity simultaneously, and the Air-conditioning control system is transferred from the ON/OFF temperature controller to the PID control unit for experiment. As a result of this experiment, the PID control unit reduced energy consumption compared with the ON/OFF control unit.

Preparation, Structural and Magnetic Properties of Ordered Perovskite (BaLa)(MgMo)O$_6$

The polycrystalline powder of (BaLa)(MgMo)$O_6$ has been prepared at $1350^{\circ}C$ in a nitrogen flowing atmosphere. The powder X-ray diffraction pattern indicates that (BaLa)(MgMo)$O_6$ has a cubic perovskite structure ($a_0$ = 8.019(3) $\AA)$ with 1:1 ordering or $Mg^{2+}$ and $Mo^{5+}$ in the oxide lattice. The infrared spectrum shows two strong absorption bands with their maxima at 600(${\nu}3$) and 365(${\nu}4$) cm-1, which are attributed to $2T_{1U}$, modes of molybdenum octahedra MoO6 in the crystal lattice. According to the magnetic susceptibility measurement, the compound shows a paramagnetic behavior which follows the Curie-Weiss law below room temperature with the effective magnetic moment 1.60(1){$\mu}B$, which is consistent with that of spin only value ($1.73{\mu}B$) for $Mo^{5+}$ ($4d^1$ electronic configuration). From the thermogravimetric and X-ray diffraction analyses, it has been found that (BaLa)(MgMo)$O_6$ decomposes gradually into $BaMoO_4$, $MoO_3$ and unidentified phases above $900^{\circ}C$ in an ambient atmosphere, absorbing about 0.25 mole $O_2$ per mole of Mo ion, which also supports that oxidation state of $Mo^{5+}$ in the (BaLa)(MgMo)$O_6$.

Studies on the Paramagnetic Impurity $Y_2BaCuO_5$ in Superconducting $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-\delta}$ Phase

Conventional ceramic method has been used to prepare the green phase, $Y_2BaCuO_5$, commonly observed in 90-K superconductor $YBa_2Cu_3O_P{7-{\delta}}$as an impurity phase. The powder X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that $Y_2BaCuO_5$ has an orthorhombic symmetry with lattice parameter of a = 12.2 $\AA$, b = 5.61 $\AA$, and c = 7.14 $\AA.$ The average g-value 2.13 observed in ESR spectrum is attributable to Cu2+ stabilized in $C_{4v}$ field. From the magnetic susceptibility ($\mu$eff = 2.29 BM) and the ESR measurements, it is confirmed that Cu(II) $3d^9$ electrons in $Y_2BaCuO_5$ are localized and can be characterized by Curie-Weiss behavior. Optical reflectance spectrum shows a broad absorption peak around 680 nm due to dxy ${\rightarrow}$ $dx^2-y^2$ eletronic transition.
