젊은 여성에서 발생한 초기 자궁내막암의 고용량 progestin의 치료효과

목적: 자궁내막암은 점차 증가하는 추세로 본 연구에서는 가임력을 요구하는 젊은 여성에 있어 보존적 치료 방법으로 고용량의 progestins의 치료 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 1998년 4월부터 2005년 10월까지 서울아산병원 울산대학교 산부인과교실에서 진단 및 치료를 받은 환자들 중 고용량의 progestins으로 보존적 치료를 시행한 10명의 환자를 대상으로 치료 적응증, 치료 방법, 치료 평가 방법, 치료 기간, 재발 유무에 대한 조사를 하였다. 결과: megestrol acetate 80-160mg의 용량 혹은 medroxyprogesterone acetate 500-1,000 mg의 용량으로 호르몬 치료를 시행하였으며 7명 (70.0%)의 환자가 치료에 반응을 보였고 4명의 환자가 임신에 성공하였다. 3명의 환자가 근치적 자궁절제술을 시행 받았으며 모든 환자가 재발의 근거 없이 경과 관찰 중이다. 결론: 가임력을 원하는 초기 자궁내막암 환자에서 고용량의 progestins 치료는 정기적인 치료 평가와 적절한 경과 관찰 하에 일차적 치료로 이용될 수 있으리라 사료된다. Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of high dose progestins in young patients with early stage of endometrial cancer. Methods: Between April 1998 and December 2005, 10 women with early stage of endometrial carcinoma were treated with high dose progestins as primary therapy for the purpose of saving fertility. Results: They took 80~160 mg of megestrol acetate or 500~1,000 mg of medroxyprogesterone acetate per day, and then followed up with the endometrial curettages. Seven patients (70.0%) responded to the treatment. Three patients didn`t respond and so underwent hysterectomy as definite treatment. Four patients were able to become pregnant after completing treatment. No patients died of their disease. Conclusion: The majority of patients with well-differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma who underwent conservative treatment with a progestational agent responded to the treatment. High-dose progestin therapy can be used as primary therapy in selected young women with early stage of endometrial carcinoma.

An optimal design approach is presented for the high homegeneity superconducting magnet with a superconducting active shield esperically for a magnetic resonance imaging system. This paper is investigated magnetic phenomena for a stray magnetic to get reduction technigues of the unwanted stray magnetic field from the superconducting magnet.
X-Y Table 구동형 선형펄스모터의 설계 및 특성 고찰

The linear pulse motor is essentially a digital device with one step of input for each input current pulse. The input pulses are supplied through power electro devices such as power transistors and FETs switched by digital controllers. linear pulse motors are finding a wide range of application for the Factory-Automation or the Office-Automation.. Typically, LPM provides for a reliable and precise control of position, velocity, or acceleration without using a closed-loop system. Thus some of the advantages of LPMs are ease of control, step multiplication, static and dynamic positioning, and locking force. In order to develope a LPM and its controller for X-Y table application, this paper presents a single-sided linear pulse motor with two permanent magnets. To analyze the characteristics of LPM which is composed of the permanent magnets and irons, the flux density, the thrust and normal force etc. are calculated by the F. E. M and magnetic equivalent method which is considered the magnetic saturation phenomena. The position and velocity of LPM are controlled by using the 80C196KC micro-processor.
