최근 송배전선로 정전발생 건수는 감소추세를 보이고 있으나, 애자고장에 의한 정전 발생건수는 증가하는 경향이다. 본 연구에서는 애자의 관리를 효율적으로 하기 위한 방법의 제시를 위해 해안 및 내륙지역에서 수거한 배전용 애자에 대하여 현장 환경조사를 거쳐 부착된 화학성분을 정밀 분석하고 분석된 화학성분을 토대로 절연저항을 측정 하였다. 측정된 절연저항과 코로나 발생의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 코로나 검출기를 활용하여 시험을 수행하였고 절연저항의 정도와 코로나 발생과의 정량적 연관성을 입증하였다.

Firstly, we prepared PCL/NaCl mixture with 20wt% NaCl constituents. After that, we fabricated PCL/NaCl wire with 400 and 600 micrometer using extrusion technique. Firstly, one layer was composed with (PCL wire/metal wire) repeatedly. The second layer was composed by same process but 90 degree rotated. This layer stacking process was executed repetitively when the height is reached at the designed height. After that, PCL wires became a porous scaffold under the environmental temperature over 60 degrees Celcius. Subsequently, metal wires were removed from the resultant. We soak this scaffold into D. I. water to leach out salt. Finally, we could get bi-pore scaffolds.

초음파에 의한 결함평가 방법은 결과가 검사자의 경험과 지식에 의존되고 검사자에 따라 평가결과가 달라진다. 위상배열 초음파는 탐촉자 소자에 초음파를 발생하는 시간지연을 부여함으로서 초음파 빔의 집속방향과 위치를 전자적으로 제어할 수 있는 특징이 있으며 탐촉자를 움직이지 않고 결함의 평가가 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 위상배열 초음파의 전자적 스캔 특성을 이용하여 미소결함에 대한 크기평가의 기법에 대한 고찰을 하였다. 일반적으로 탐촉자를 움직여서 결함길이를 평가하는 기존의 방법은 결함의 길이가 아주 미소할 경우는 탐촉자의 이동거리 역시 미소하여 크기를 평가하기가 곤란하다. 따라서 전자적 스캔의 특성을 이용하여 미소결함에 대해서도 결함길이를 정확하게 평가할 수 있는 방법 및 기법에 대하여 고찰하여 그 유효성을 입증하였다. The results of crack evaluation by conventional UT(Ultrasonic Test)is highly depend on the inspector"s experience or knowledge of ultrasound. Phased array UT system and its application methods for small crack length evaluation will be a good alternative method which overcome present UT weakness. This study was aimed at checking the accuracy of crack length evaluation method by electronic scanning and discuss about characteristics of electronic scanning for crack length evaluation. Especially ultrasonic phased array with electronic scan technique was used in carrying out both sizing and detect ability of crack as its length changes. The response of ultrasonic phased array was analyzed to obtain the special method of determining crack length without moving the transducer and detect-ability of crack minimal length and depth from the material. A method of crack length determining by electronic scanning for the small crack is very real method which has it’s accuracy and verify the effectiveness of method compared to a conventional crack length determination.

The airpollutant may accelerate degradation of power line facilities, and may reduce the life of the electric facilities. In case of korea, there are a tendency that the density of air pollution may be increased by industrial development. while lack of research activity and establishment of a countermeasure on this issue. Recently the occurrence of electricity failure have been reduced on the power transmission and distribution lines. but the occurrence of electricity failure by insulator itself has been increased. It means that we should have develop more clear technique for detection of the wrong insulator. In this study to provide a method for detection of the insulator failure or effective management of the troubled insulator, we analyze the chemical composition of the insulator which used on power distribution line at the sea side locations. To define the relation between insulation and corona intensity, we design and develop an corona detector. We define the variation of insulation by pollution changes on the insulator and verify quantitative relation between corona and insulations using the corona detector.

In this study, a novel technique for dual-pore scaffold fabrication using SLUP (salt leaching using powder) and WNM (wire network molding) was proposed. To fabricated dual-pore scaffold, firstly, PCL with size of 63~100mm and NaCl powders with size of 100~180mm were prepared. Secondly, prepared PCL and NaCl powders were mixed using the stirrer at a certain ratio. Subsequently, stainless-steel needles with size of 500mm were inserted into a designed stainless steel mold. And then, the mixture powders were filled in the stainless-steel mold. Afterword, after the mold was pressurized at 30 MPa for 1 min using a lab-made compressor, the mold was heated to melt PCL powders in an oven at 100℃ for 20 min. Thereafter, after the stainless-steel needles were removed in the stainless-steel mold, the PCL/NaCl structure was separated from the stainless-steel mold. And then, the PCL/NaCl structure was soaked in D.I water for 24 hours using a sonicator to leach out the NaCl particles and dry for 24 hours in the desiccator. Consequently, the remaining PCL structure became the dual-pore scaffold. To analyze surface and cross-section characteristics of scaffolds, scaffolds was observed using SEM. Additionally, cell-culture experiments were performed using CCK-8 assay, ALP and compared with the bio-plotter and SLUP scaffolds.
