      • 열성 이영양성 수포성 표피박리증 환자에서 전신마취를 통한 치과치료

        본 증례는 열성 이영양성 수포성 표피박리증을 가진 2세 8개월 된 환자로 다발성 우식증 소견을 보여 전신마취하에 치료하였다. 1. 환자는 열성 이영양성 수포성 표피박리증으로 전신에 흉터가 있었으며 심한 빈혈 및 패혈증 증상이 있어 수혈 및 항생제 등으로 먼저 전신상태를 회복하였다. 2. 전신마취하에 모든 절치의 발치 및 구치 부위의 치수 치료와 기성금속관 수복을 시행하였다. Epidermolysis bullosa (EB) is an inherited skin disease characterized by blister formation of the skin following just minor trauma or spontaneously. The main classification of EB is based on the localization of the blistering. In epidermolysis bullosa simplex, the blister formation is intraepidermal; in epidermolysis bullosa junctionalis the blister formation in the epidermal-dermal junction; in the dystrophic forms of EB blister formation is intradermal. Oral manifestations of recessive dystrophic EB are characterized by rampant caries, crowding, microstomia, ankyloglossia, vestibular obliteration. Dental therapy may be well provided to patient with recessive dystrophic EB by using general anesthesia especially in case of poor cooperation. A two years old girl with recessive dystrophic EB visited our clinic for rampant caries. She was hospitalized for severe anemia and fever, and we provided dental therapy under general anesthesia. Extraction of incisors and stainless steel crown restoration of primary molars were performed.

        치과의사의 감염조절에 대한 지식과 태도에 대한 연구

        Dental clinic is an area with high infectious risk for dentists, dental workers and patients. This study is to evaluate the knowledge and attitudes of dentists towards infection control. For the dentists, 56 general practitioners and 60 residents, the affirmative responses were obtained from a survey, with a questionnaire composed by 52 values with regard to(1) the basic knowledge and risk perception of the dentists to infection, (2) percent perception to infected patients and sterilization to the dental materials and instruments. The significance of each value between general practitioners and residents was analyzed using the Pearson chisquare test. The analysis revealed that the practitioners have less the appropriate knowledge and attitudes in managing infection in their clinical settings than the residents (p<0.05). Surprisingly, almost all the dentists have been working, without perceiving whether their patients were infectious or not. Collectively, this study suggests that the periodic education for dental infection control should the pre-or post-prophylactic protocols used in dental clinics have to be established.

        Backsheet 반사율에 따른 Shingled Mini Module 출력변화에 대한 연구

        It is very important to optimize the reflectance of incident light in solar modules for improving output power and reducing loss of cell-to-module (CTM). It is assumed that a higher reflectance backsheet may improve optical efficiency. However how much output power is related to optical properties by reflectance property of backsheets have not been revealed clearly yet. A total of 3 types of industrial backsheets with 3 type of industrial encapsulants (EVA or POE) were analyzed as fabricated mini modules used shingled cells. According to the type of backsheets, the difference between the highest and lowest average reflectance in the range of 400 nm to 1200 nm was found to be 13.08% by UV-visible spectroscopy. Also, when using the same encapsulant, the maximum gap value of the output power increase was measured by about 3.755 mW% (166.02 mW). The correlation between reflectance and output power was experimentally found by measuring the output property of the fabricated shingled mini modules.

        모음 환경과 화자의 성별에 따른 비성의 청지각적 평가와 비음치 간의 상관관계

        배경 및 목적: 본 연구에서는 비성 정도의 청지각적 평가와 비음치 간 상관관계를 민감도와 특이도를 통해 살펴보았다. 또한, 검사어의 모음환경과 화자의 성별이 두 평가방법의 상관관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 방법: 구개열 아동 25명, 정상 아동 5명으로부터 수집된 /아/모음환경 문장과 /이/모음환경 문장 음성샘플을 듣고 10명의 청자가 등간척도평정법(EAI)과 직접크기측정법(DME)을 사용하여 청지각적 평가를 실시하였다. 동일한 화자로부터 Nasometer II 6450을 이용하여 청지각적 평가와 동일한 문장 산출 시 비음치를 수집하였다. 결과: EAI와 DME 척도를 이용한 청지각적 평가와 비음치 간 상관계수는 /아/모음환경 검사어에서 EAI가 .61, DME가 .60으로, /이/모음환경 검사어에서 EAI가 .56, DME가 .57로 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 두 검사어에서 비성에 대한 평가 측정치로서 비음치의 민감도는 .67-.87, 특이도는 .73-.83으로 나타났다. 모음환경에 따라 청지각적 평가와 비음치 간 상관관계가 다르게 나타났으며, 화자의 성별에 따라서는 여자 아동의 경우만 두 평가방법 간 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구 결과는 비음측정기가 청지각적 평가를 보완해줄 수 있는 타당한 도구이지만 두 평가방법 간 상관계수가 모두 .70 미만인 점을 고려하여 비음치 측정에 따른 결과 해석에 주의해야 함을 제안하고 있다. 또한 검사어의 모음환경과 화자의 성별이 평가방법 간 상관관계에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 변인임을 확인하였다. Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between perceptual assessment of nasality and nasalance scores and to investigate sensitivity and specificity for Nasometer. This study also investigated how the vowel environment of speech stimuli and speakers' sex influence the relationship between the two evaluation methods. Methods: Speech samples in vowel /a/ and /i/ contexts were collected from 25 children with cleft palate and 5 noncleft children. Ten trained listeners were asked to judge the speakers' recorded speech samples for the degree of hypernasality using equal-appearing interval (EAI) and direct magnitude estimation (DME) scales. Nasalance scores in the sentences were measured from the same speakers using the Nasometer II Model 6450. Results: The relationships between nasality and nasalance scores using EAI and DME were statistically significant: correlation coefficients in the vowel /a/ context were .61 in EAI and .60 in DME and correlation coefficients in the vowel /i/ context were .56 in EAI and .57 in DME. The sensitivity and specificity in the two vowel contexts were .67-.87 and .73-.83, respectively. The results showed that vowel contexts and speakers' sex influence the correlation coefficients between nasality and nasalance scores. Conclusion: The results of this study indicated validity for the use of the Nasometer to supplement the perceptual assessment of hypernasality. However, given that all correlation coefficients were below .70, Nasometer should be carefully used to evaluate the degree of hypernasality. Also, the study suggested that vowel contexts and speakers' sex affect the correlation between these two assessment methods of hypernasality.

        우리나라의 전기품질은 세계적인 수준으로 전력회사와 전기관련업체들의 꾸준한 노력의 결과이다. 통계에서 볼 수 있듯이 전체적인 고장은 감소하고 있으나 고객설비에 의한 고장점유율은 증가추세에 있다. 따라서 실질적이고 효과적으로 고장을 줄이기 위한 전략을 고객전 기설비의 관리 관점에서 찾아보고자 고객설비 고장현황을 알아보고 분석해 보았다.

        This paper proposed that it can appraise a safe source of electric power service function in every kind of the Electric load of cars and compatibility of the vehicles charging system include the battery in early stage. we not only show the most suitable specification of battery and alternator through appraisal of the electric charging and discharging-balance effect, but also appraise effect of the electric charging and discharging about removing the cause of the price increase and changing every kind of the engine factor(rpm, pully ratio) and the electric load. Judging from this, we expect reduction of experiment time.

      • 부화소 움직임 추정을 위한 고속 탐색 기법

        The motion estimation is the most important technique in the image compression of the video standards. In the case of next generation standards in the video codec as H.264, a high compression-efficiency can be also obtained by using a motion compensation. To obtain the accurate motion search, a motion estimation should be achieved up to 1/2 pixel and 1/4 pixel units. To do this, the computational complexity is increased although the image compression rate is increased. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the advanced sub-pixel block matching algorithm to reduce the computational complexity by using a statistical characteristics of SAD(Sum of Absolute Difference). Generally, the probability of the minimum SAD values is high when searching point is in the distance 1 from the reference point. Thus, we reduced the searching area and then we can overcome the computational complexity problem. The main concept of proposed algorithm, which based on TSS(Three Step Search) method, first we find three minimum SAD points which is in integer distance unit, and then, in second step, the optimal point is in 1/2 pixel unit either between the most minimum SAD value point and the second minimum SAD point or between the most minimum SAD value point and the third minimum SAD point In third step, after finding the smallest SAD value between two SAD values on 1/2 pixel unit, the final optimized point is between the most minimum SAD value and the result value of the third step, in 1/2 pixel unit i.e., 1/4 pixel unit in totally. The conventional TSS method needs an eight, search points in the sub-pixel steps in 1/2 pixel unit and also an eight search points in 1/4 pixel, to detect the optimal point. However, in proposed algorithm, only total five search points are needed. In the result. 23 % improvement of processing speed is obtained.

        고온고습시험에 의한 멀티 와이어 PV 모듈의 금속 간 화합물 층의 성장에 관한 연구

        Output power of photovoltaic (PV) modules installed outdoors decreases every year due to environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and ultraviolet irradiations. In order to promote the installation of PV modules, the reliability must be guaranteed. One of the important factors affecting reliability is intermetallic compounds (IMC) layer formed in ribbon solder joint. For this reason, various studies on soldering properties between the ribbon and cell have been performed to solve the reliability deterioration caused by excessive growth of the IMC layer. However, the IMC layer of the PV module interconnected by multi-wires has been studied less than using the ribbon. It is necessary to study soldering characteristics of the multi-wire module for improvement of its reliability. In this study, we analyzed the growth of IMC layer of the PV module with multi-wire and the degradation of output power through damp-heat test. The fabricated modules were exposed to damp-heat conditions (85 ºC and 85 % relative humidity) for 1000 hours and the output powers of the modules before and after the damp-heat test were measured. Then, the process of dissolving ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) as an encapsulant of the modules was performed to observe the IMC layer. The growth of IMC layer was evaluated using OM and FE-SEM for cross-sectional analysis and EDS for elemental mapping. Based on these results, we investigated the correlation between the IMC layer and output power of modules.
