중화민국 시대(1912-1949) 상하이 지역을 중심으로 한 음반 포장 디자인에 관한 연구

The Republic of China (1912-1949) suffered upheaval in society and violent clashes and fusion of Eastern and Western cultures during its short 38 years. It will form a social and cultural background for the birth and development of the recording industry in the Ming Dynasty era. Along with the development of the music industry, his packaging design has also begun to sprout and has entered an increasingly tough search period. The first part of the text studies the development of the department in charge of publishing records during the period of the Republic of China through literature. The second part studies the causes of the occurrence and development of record packaging from the perspective of economics and media science. The third part analyzes and studies the visual form characteristics of the recording packaging design of the Ming Dynasty with a formalist perspective. The fourth part analyzes the social and cultural characteristics of the music packaging design of the Ming Dynasty with different perspectives of the East and the West. The text will analyze and explain the people's psychology, consumption culture, and spiritual culture and needs of the society at the time through research on record packaging design. And this indicates that the music packaging design is closely related to it. 중화민국(中華民國)(1912-1949)은 짧은 38년 동안 사회의 격변과 동서양 문화의 격렬한 충돌과 융합을 겪었다. 본 논문은 민국시대 음반업계의 탄생과 발전을 위한 사회문화적 배경을 탐구한다. 음반업계의 발전과 함께 포장 디자인도 싹트기 시작했고 점점 험난한 탐색 시기에 접어들었다. 3장은 문헌 자료를 통해 중화민국 시대 음반 출판 발행을 맡은 상관 부서의 발전 개황을 연구한다. 4장은 경제학과 미디어학의 관점에서 음반 포장의 발생과 발전의 동인을 연구한다. 5장은 형식주의 관점으로 민국시대 음반 포장 디자인의 시각적 형식 특징을 분석하고 연구한다. 6장은 동양과 서양의 다른 관점으로 민국 시대 음반 포장 디자인의 사회문화 특징을 분석한다. 본문은 음반 포장 디자인에 대한 연구를 통해 당시 사회 국민들의 심리, 소비문화, 그리고 정신문화와 그들의 요구에 대해 분석하고 설명할 것이다. 그리고 이를 통해 음반 포장 디자인이 그와 밀접한 관계가 있다는 것을 연구하는 것이다.

The presence of certain HPV types in the female genital tract was associated with a number of diseases, including condyloma, cervical, vaginal and vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia and carcinoma. It is generally accepted that these viruses are predominantly sexually transmitted. HPV cannot be cultured in vitro, and immunological tests are inadequate. Indirect evidence of anogenital HPV infection can be obtained through the physical examination and by the presence of characteristic cellular changes associated with viral replication in Pap smear or biopsy specimens. Alternately cervical scrapes can be analyzed by nucleic acid hybridization to directly detect the presence of HPV DNA. Historically, HPV 16 and HPV 18 have been regarded as high risk cancer associated HPVs and HPV types 6, 11, 42, 43 and 44 as low risk HPVs. Subsequently HPV types 31, 33, 34, 35, 45, 51, 52, 56 and 58 have been demonstrated to have and intermediate association with cancer. This study was performed for high and intermediate types HPV DNA detection on cervical carcinoma with Virapap^R Probe B. HPV DNA were detected 82.3% on cervical carcinoma and 7.1% on control samples. HPV DNA test will be apply as a triage for cervical cancer detecting test.
라디칼인젝터를 적용한 정적연소기의 연소특성에 관한 계산적 연구

A premixed-compression-ignition engine has been studied to improve the efficiency and to decrease exhaust emissions. However those systems have some difficulties for controlling combustion process. Radical is an activated chemical species formed by a chemical chain reaction between reactant and product. When the chain reactions occur, the energy bond of species is broken easily by the released radicals. The combustion chamber of the premixed-compression-ingnition engine is consist of a main chamber with lean premixture and a subchamber with rich premixture. Those are connected by narrow cylinderical connections. With ignition start in the subchamber, many different kinds of radical is jetted into the main chamber. The premixed gas in main chamber is quickly burned up by the radical ignition in multi-pionts. In this paper, the combustion phenomena in a constant volume combustor having a radical injector are numerically analyzed. The some constants in the reaction rate equation are adjusted by the experimental results tested in the same geometrical chamber. The code is applied on the two combustors in a wide range of equivalence ratio. The results show that the burning time is much shorter in the combustor having radical injector.
