        발주방식에 따른 성능수준 평가에 관한 연구

        Recently, the Design-Build (DB) delivery method in public sector makes some argument by reason of the initial cost which is more higher than those of Design-Bid-Build (DBB). According to the results of pervious researches related to the performance evaluation of delivery method, DB can lead the reduction of project cycle time and also is superior to the traditional DBB in terms of construction quality. The performance on each delivery method could be generally evaluated by a project cost and a project cycle time as one of quantitative analyses, and also by construction quality as one of qualitative analyses. In most researches, the evaluation of performance level based on delivery methods has been evaluated by the degree of their satisfaction through the interview with owners. Therefore, this paper analyzed the design documents of construction projects delivered by traditional DBB and DB in bridge construction projects in order to measure design quality, constructability, maintainability, and etc. As an above-mentioned analyses, finally, this research shown that how much the difference of performance level is by each delivery method. 최근 국내의 설계시공일괄방식(이하, 일괄방식)은 설계시공분리방식(이하, 기타방식)에 비해 높은 초기투자비용으로 인하여, 효용성에 대한 의문이 지속되고 있다 한편 발주방식별 성능을 평가한 기존의 연구를 살펴보면, 일괄방식은 공기측면과 품질측면에서 기타방식에 비해 우수한 것으로 보고되고 있다. 비교적 정량적 평가가 가능한 공기측면의 성과와 달리, 품질 측면의 성능은 해당 시설물의 발주자와의 면담을 통하여 만족도 수준을 평가하는 정성적인 평가가 대부분이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 기존의 연구와는 달리, 2000년 이후 일괄방식과 기타방식으로 발주된 교량계획에 대한 성능수준을 평가하기 위하여, 설계도서 중심으로 계획성, 시공성, 유지관리성 등의 측면에서 평가해 보고자 한다. 이를 통하여 실제로 발주방식별 품질 등의 성능 측면에서 발주방식별 성능수준의 차이를 도출하였다.

        리모델링 공사의 공기지연을 야기하는 리스크 요인 - 오피스 건축물을 중심으로 -

        오피스 건축물의 리모델링 사업에서, 신축과는 다른 리모델링 사업의 다양한 리스크로 인해 공기가 지연되는 사례가 빈번하게 보고되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 리모델링 프로젝트의 리스크 요인들과 리모델링 공사의 작업별 공기지연 발생가능성의 관계를 분석하고자 수행되었다. 리모델링 사업의 경험이 있는 29명의 전문가 면담결과의 과학적 통계적 분석을 통해, 리모델링 사업의 리스크 요인과 그로 인한 작업별 공기지연 가능성을 크게 3가지 측면에서 분석하였다. 즉, (i) 리모델링 공사의 작업별 공기지연 가능성, (ii) 리모델링 공사의 리스크 요인별 중요도, (iii) 리모델링 공사의 공기지연에 영향을 미치는 리스크 요인 등 세가지 분석결과를 제시하였다. There have been frequent reports of schedule delays due to various risks of remodeling projects, which are different from new construction. Therefore, this study was carried out to analyze the risk factors inherent in the remodeling project and the likelihood of schedule delay occurrence in the remodeling construction work. To analyze the relationship between the risk factors and the likelihood of schedule delays of remodeling projects, (1) a prototype of the office building remodeling work was developed through the analysis of existing case and literature, (2) a questionnaire survey was conducted on 29 construction managers who have been or are currently conducting remodeling projects, and (3) after evaluating the reliability of the collected questionnaire results, the relationship between the two elements, which denotes (i) likelihood of schedule delays per each work, (ii) importance of risk factors, and (iii) risk factors affecting schedule delay in remodeling work, was suggested. Using the results of this study, it is expected to develop a plan for preventing the schedule delay of the office building remodeling work through control the risk factors that may cause schedule delays.

        This paper discusses the ZVS/ZVZCS Three- Level converter using the minimum auxiliary circuit. A primary auxiliary circuit, which consists of one coupled inductor is added in the primary circuit to provide ZVZCS conditions to primary switches. ZVS is for outer switches and ZVS or ZVS is for inner switches. Many advantages including simple circuit topology high efficiency, and low cost make this converter attractive for high power applications. The principle of operation, feature and design considerations are illustrated and verified through the experiment with a 2㎾ 40㎑ IGBT based experimental circuit.

        생표고버섯 전신 알레르기 접촉피부염

        It has been reported that ingestion of raw or undercooked shiitake mushrooms is associated with various adverse food reactions. A 58-year-oldman presented with pruritic and maculopapular rashes on the trunk and extremities starting 1 day after ingestion of partially uncooked shiitake mushrooms. A probable diagnosis of systemic allergic contact dermatitis was made. Raw and cooked shiitake mushroom-derived allergen extracts were prepared, and patch and intradermal tests with delayed readings were performed. The case showed positive intradermal test results with delayed readings to the raw, but not cooked, extracts. The case suggests that ingestion of uncooked shiitake mushrooms may induce systemic allergic contact dermatitis through type IV hypersensitivity reaction. (Allergy Asthma Respir Dis 2015;3:452-455)

        신학적 관점에서 본 생명

        Christianity is a religion for Life. Because Jesus Christ, who is always heart of christianity, says "I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly"(Jn 10,10). In truth, the Gospel of life is at the heart of Jesus' Message. According to the Old & New Testament, the catholic Church knows the value of life, first of all, the sacred value of human life which belongs only to God. She teaches human being has a dignity, because every person is created as the image of God by the Creator. Furthermore, incarnation of the Son of God, in Jesus Christ, reveals to humanity the incomparable value of every human person, child of God, loved by God. It reveals that human life will be share the eternal life with God. For this reason, the Church teaches the Commandment "You shall not kill". It means to show reverence and love for every person and the life of every person. Following this same logic, the Church prohibits abortion, euthanasia and rejects the death penalty. The Church sternly condemned abortion. Because human life is sacred from its very beginning it directly involves God's creative activity. The Second Vatican Council says "From the moment of its conception life must be guarded with the greatest care, while abortion and infanticide are unspeakable crimes"(Gaudium et Spes, 51). To euthanasia, must be distinguished from the decision to forego so-called "aggressive medical treatment", is to take control of death and bring it about before its time, "gently" ending one's own life or the life of others. The Church condemned too it as to be senseless and inhumane(cf. Evangelium Vitae, 64). The Church's tradition has always rejected suicide as a gravely evil choice. Furthermore she teaches God, who preferred the correction rather than the death of a sinner, did not desire that a homicide be punished by the exaction of another act of homicide(cf. Evangelium Vitae, 9). Now-days we are confronted by a larger reality, which can be described as a veritable "culture of death". We need to recognize the value of life. All christian believe that every life belongs to only God. And they believe the sacred value of human life, the human dignity for the eternal life. Christianity shows clearly his thought about the creation in "anthropocentrism". It is right for the human life and for the others' life. Il means that human being has responsibility to all creation of the world for life.

        대중교통지향형 도시개발을 위한 계획요소 분석에 관한 연구

        The world is making a huge effort preparing the concretely practical strategy about Low Carbon Green Growth and worrying about a climate change. Much research have followed the discussion at the 1992 Rio Summit. Korea will need to prepare a plan for the change of its general paradigm, the plan for change will take in to account low carbon cities and strategies for energy crisis. It is necessary to recognize three matters of first is political change about public transportation central development. Second is the need for concrete academical research about city and traffic plans. The center remaking influenced in public transportation systematic reorganization caused by that the metropolis life circle is being magnified by increase in social cost caused by the city traffic congestion and environmental contamination, wide area traffic system reorganization, new town development and so on. This study’s goal is to present data about TOD and progress unity research that is based on the planning factors and evaluate the research objective area that is influenced individual part specialist’s opinion. However, there is a limited amount of research about joint and connection to urban planning, traffic planning. This study will present the fundamental data and the circumstances to realize TOD. After the development operation is completed, the suitable guideline set in the area through late inspections and between two fields is continuous, and remains with the following subject.

        녹색성장 생생도시 정책효과에 대한 실증분석

        본 연구는 정부에서 추진하였던 녹색성장 생생도시 정책이 기초자치단체에 어느 정도 효과를 나타냈는지에 대해 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 정부는 2009년부터 생생도시 평가를 통해 중앙정부의 패러다임인 녹색성장 정책을 실현하는 우수 도시로 44개 자치단체를 선정ㆍ지원하였다. 본 연구는 설문조사 위주의 기존 정성적 연구의 한계를 극복하기 위해 공식적 통계자료를 활용한 정량분석을 시도하였다. 이를 위해 생생도시의 7개 분야별 대표지표로 전력사용량, 자전거도로 길이, 우수중수처리시설 용량, 생활폐기물 배출량, ESCO 등록업체 수, 도시공원 면적, 탄소포인트제 가입세대 수 등을 선정하였으며, 생생도시 정책이 추진된 시점을 기준으로 2008년에서 2011년까지의 시계열분석을 진행하였다. 실증분석 결과, 생생도시로 선정된 44개 자치단체의 녹색성장 분야 전반적인 현황이 기타 자치단체에 비해 우수하며, 생생도시 정책 시행전후 변화량이 바람직한 방향으로 개선된 것으로 파악되었다. 이는 생생도시 평가, 선정으로 인해 지자체의 녹색성장에 대한 인식이 개선되어 자치단체 정책에 반영된 결과이며, 녹색생활에 대한 주민들의 인식이 크게 향상된 것으로 이해할 수 있다. This study aims to analyze how much green growth ECORICH policy, promoted by the central government of Korea, has affected municipalities empirically. By evaluating ECORICH policy from 2009, the central government selected 44 municipalities practicing green growth policy and supported this new paradigm. To overcome the limitation of the existing qualitative study with questionnaire analysis, this paper attempts a quantitative study with official statistical data. Followings are 7 selected indicators ; electric power usage, length of bicycle road, capacity of rainwater restoration facility, volume of discharged waste, number of registered ESCO company, area of urban park, and number of households registered in CO2 point system. Time series analyses are processed from 2008 to 2011 based on the starting points of ECORICH policy. As the results of the empirical study, the present condition of 44 selected ECORICH municipalities are superior than other unselected municipalities, and the amount of change between pre and post ECORICH policy are ameliorated in a desirable direction. As reflected in the local governments’ policies, ECORICH policy has enhanced awareness of green growth of municipalities as well as understanding by citizens.

        공리적 설계를 활용한 고객만족형 설계VE 프로세스 개발

        국내 건설업체들은 비용절감과 성능향상을 통해 고객의 요구를 반영하고자하는 노력의 일환으로 설계단계의 가치공학(Value Engineering, 이하 VE)을 적극적으로 검토하고 있지만, 실제 VE 활동에서는 고객의 요구가 충분히 반영되지 않고 있으며, 고객의 요구를 측정하는 준비단계에서 기능분석, 아이디어 창출단계에 걸친 순차적인 진행 또한 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 고객의 요구기능이 VE 수행절차에 체계적으로 반영될 수 있도록, 공리적 설계이론(Axiomatic Design Theory)을 설계VE 프로세스에 도입하여 기존의 설계VE 프로세스를 보완하는 고객만족형 설계VE 프로세스를 제안하고자 한다. 고객만족형 설계VE 프로세스는 설계VE와 공리적 설계의 프로세스 및 특성상의 유사성을 바탕으로 두 이론의 연계방안을 정리하고, 기존의 설계VE 프로세스에 공리적 설계 프로세스를 추가.보완하는 형태로 완성한다. 이때 프로세스의 초기단계인 고객의 요구를 측정하고 정리하는 과정에서, 거주 후 평가(Post-occupancy Evaluation)를 활용하는 방안을 제시한다. 설계VE에 거주 후 평가를 활용하기 위해 평가 기준 및 방법을 설정하고, 이를 바탕으로 고객요구 측정 절차를 수립하여 그 절차에 따라 설문을 작성한다. 본 연구의 결과는 지금까지 국내 설계VE 활동에서 미진하였던 고객요구를 적극 반영하고, 기능과 아이디어의 관계에서 기능-아이디어-기능의 지그재그 창출 방법을 통해 기능-아이디어간의 연계를 명확하게 하여, 체계적이고 효율적인 VE활동을 기대할 수 있다. Value Engineering(VE) at design phase(so-called Design-VE) becomes quite a compulsory solution for better customer satisfaction, cost reduction, higher product performance, and, eventually, insured predominance in the competition. Unlike intended, however, the customer requirement on Design-VE has not been fully reflected in reality. Furthermore, the Design-VE occasionally does not progress in regular sequence; Preparation for measuring customer requirement - Function analysis - Idea creation. Therefore, this study suggests Axiomatic Design Theory to be adopted in Design-VE process expecting that the functions required by the customer could systematically reflected in VE process. Post-occupancy Evaluation(POE) is also represented as a method to measure and arrange the customer requirements. The customer satisfaction Design-VE process creates ideas defining functions in more detailed, to reflect the concrete user requirement. This approach helps function analysis and idea creation linked closely because function and idea are developed zigzag (i.e. function - idea - function...) in being decomposed into level down. The application of the process proposed by this study will be helpful to improve the customer requirement measurement and clarify a link between functions and ideas.

        고층 건축공사의 시공성 향상을 위한 설계단계의 시공엔지니어링 업무 도출 - 가설공사를 중심으로 -

        건물의 고층화와 규모의 증가로 인해 프로젝트 설계단계에서의 시공성을 반영한 엔지니어링 기술의 중요성이 점점 커지고 있다. 특히, 설계단계에서의 가설작업을 위한 설비, 장비 및 공법과 관련된 엔지니어링 기술적용의 노력은 시공성 및 프로젝트 성과 향상에 크게 기여할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고층 건축공사의 시공성 향상을 위하여 가설공사를 중심으로 설계단계에 요구되는 시공엔지니어링 업무를 도출하고자 하였다. 우선, 문헌고찰과 전문가 집단면접을 통해 27개의 예비 업무를 도출하였으며, 그 후 설문조사를 통하여 각 업무의 필요성 및 중요도를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 골조공사 및 양중장비 계획과 관련된 대부분의 업무가 상대적으로 중요한 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 요인분석을 통해 21개의 엔지니어링 업무를 선정하였으며, 이들 업무는 크게 1)골조공사 및 측량/동선계획, 2)양중 및 콘크리트 압송계획, 3)공간구획계획, 4)용수계획, 5)가설건물 및 전력/조명계획의 5개 요인으로 분류되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 설계단계에서 시공엔지니어링 업무를 효과적으로 반영할 수 있는 프로세스 수립을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Due to the increase in the size of buildings and scale, the importance of construction engineering that reflects the constructability from the design stage of the project is increasing. Especially, engineering efforts related to facilities, equipment and construction methods for temporary work at the design stage can significantly contribute to improvement of constructability and project performance. The purpose of this study is to derive construction engineering tasks on temporary work at the design phase of the high-rise building projects. 27 preliminary tasks were firstly investigated through literature review and experts' group interview, and the necessity and importance analysis of each tasks were then performed based on questionnaire survey. Most of the tasks related to plans on structural framework and lifting equipment were analyzed as relatively more important ones. Lastly, 21 engineering tasks, which are classified into 5 factors, were proposed through factor analysis. The factors were determined as 1) structural framework, measurement and circulation, 2) lifting equipment and pumping, 3) space zoning, 4) water supply, 5) temporary facility, electric power supply and lighting. The results of this study can be used as basic data for establishing efficient work process of construction engineering on temporary work at the design phase.

        어린이집 주요 바닥마감재의 경제성 및 LCCO<sub>2</sub> 분석에 관한 연구

        As the construction industry develops, environmental pollution gets increasingly serious, giving damage including the increase of incidence of respiratory diseases and skin diseases among children with weakened immune systems, rather than adults. In daycare centers, infants and children spending much of their time, have high frequency of contact with the interior floor finish material. However, the majority of the child care centers don not use eco-friendly flooring but ordinary monorium flooring, because the initial investment cost of the eco-friendly flooring is higher than ordinary monorium flooring. Therefore, in this study, life cycle costs including the initial investment cost of the eco-friendly flooring and ordinary monorium flooring were calculated, demonstrating that the eco-friendly flooring is more economical than ordinary monorium flooring in terms of life-cycle cost. In addition, the analysis of the environmental performance also showed the excellence of the eco-friendly floor finishes. It is expected that the use of the eco-friendly floor finishes will increase due to their excellence in the aspect of life cycle cost and eco-friendly performance, through this study.
