        The goal of this paper is to estimate firm performance of hospital coordinators through a survey on employees of medical institutions placed in Busan and Ulsan. The survey for this paper is constituted by 34 questions of 4 groups related to firm performance, qualification requirement, general fact and a certificate of qualification. The survey was carried out from September 12th, 2008 to September 24th 2008 and 388 question sheets collected finally and used for result analysis. In the result analyses related to hospital coordinator and firm performance, we found some principal outcomes such that 88.6% of respondents approved that hospital image by patients and customers is raised, 87.7% of respondents approved that degree of patient's satisfaction on hospital services is raised, and 81.5% of respondents approved that employees recognized importance of services on customers, by hospital coordinators. In the result analysis on differences in firm performance by presence of a certificate of qualification for hospital coordinator, there were meaningful differences in degree of patient's satisfaction, financial performance and degree of employee's recognition on importance of services. From the all of the above results, we verified that establishment and improvement of educational process for hospital coordinator should be performed through researches on degree of patient's and costumer's satisfaction for hospital coordinator, degree of hospital coordinator's satisfaction for the job and surveys of requirements from related industry.

        2채널 마이크로폰을 이용한 청각 기기에서의 빔포밍에 대한 객관적 검증

        Hearing devices like cochlear implant, vibrant soundbridge, etc. try to offer better sound for people. In hearing devices, several beamformers including conventional directional microphone are applicable to noise reduction. Each beamformer has different directional response and it could change sound intelligibility or quality for listeners. Therefore, we investigated the performance of three beamformers, which are first and second order directional microphone, and broadband beamformer(BBF) with a computer simulation assuming hearing device microphone configuration. We also calculated objective measurements which have been used to evaluate speech enhancement algorithms. In the simulation, a single speech and a single babble noisewere propagated from the front and $135^{\circ}$ azimuth degrees respectively. Microphones were configured in an end-fire array and the spacing was varied in comparison. With 3 cm spacing, BBF had about 3 dB higher enhanced SNR than that of directional microphones. However, enhancement of segmental SNR and frequency weighted segmental SNR were similar between the first order directional microphone and broadband beamformer. In addition when steady state noise was used, broadband beamformer showed the increased performance and had the highest enhanced SNR, and segmental SNR.

        외국인 유학생 감염병 관리방안: 부산시 소재 대학의 코로나19 대응을 중심으로

        Background & Objectives: The purpose of this study is to present infectious diseases control and crisis response plans for International students by investigating the management of International students and prevention of infectious diseases targeting International students infectious disease control managers at universities in Busan in a situation where the risk of infectious diseases increases due to the spread of COVID-19. Methods: The data were collected from 14 International students infectious disease control managers at universities in Busan. Statistical analysis was done by using SPSS 22.0. Results: There were differences in the importance and performance of COVID-19 infectious disease control and support work by university. Conclusions: It is necessary to integrate management of support and roles of infectious diseases control for foreign students. Furthermore, strengthening the competence of experts and communication tools with international students are needed.

        FeRAM 소자 제작 중에 발생하는 Pt/Al 반응 기구

        The capacitor contact barrier(CCB) layers have been introduced in the FeRAM integration to prevent the Pt/Al reaction during the back-end processes. Therefore, the interdiffusion and intermetallic formation in $Pt(1500{\AA})/Al(3000{\AA})$ film stacks were investigated over the annealing temperature range of $100\sim500^{\circ}C$. The interdiffusion in Pt/Al interface started at $300^{\circ}C$ and the stack was completlely intermixed after annealing over $400^{\circ}C$ in nitrogen ambient for 1 hour. Both XRD and SBM analyses revealed that the Pt/Al interdiffusion formed a single phase of $RtAl_2$ intermetallic compound. On the other hand, in the presence of TiN($1000{\AA}$) barrier layer at the Pt/Al interface, the intermetallic formation was completely suppressed even after the annealing at $500^{\circ}C$. These were in good agreement with the predicted effect of the TiN diffusion barrier layer. But the conventional TiN CCB layer could not perfectly block the Pt/Al reaction during the back-end processes of the FeRAM integration with the maximum annealing temperature of $420^{\circ}C$. The difference in the TiN barrier properties could be explained by the voids generated on the Pt electrode surface during the integration. The voids were acted as the starting point of the Pt/Al reaction in real FeRAM structure.

        레이저 어블레이션 공정에 의한 Ni-MWCNT 합성 및 물분해 특성

        Recently, research on the development of low-cost/high-efficiency water electrolysis catalysts to replace noble metal catalysts is being actively conducted. Since overvoltage reduces the overall efficiency of the water splitting device, lowering the overvoltage of the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is the most important task in order to generate hydrogen more efficiently. Currently, noble metal catalysts show excellent characteristics in OER performance, but they are experiencing great difficulties in commercialization due to their high price and efficiency limitations due to low reactivity. In this study, a water electrolysis catalyst Ni-MWCNT was prepared by successfully doping Ni into the MWCNTs structure through the pulsed laser ablation in liquid (PLAL) process. High resolution-transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were performed for the structure and chemical composition of the synthesized Ni-MWCNT. Catalytic oxygen evolution reaction evaluation was performed by linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) overvoltage characteristics, Tafel slope, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and Chronoamperometry (CA) was used for measurement.

        KEMAR 마네킹을 이용한 단이 보청기용 FDSI 빔포밍 알고리즘의 정량적 평가

        To enhance the speech perception of hearing aid users in noisy environment, most hearing aid devices adopt various beamforming algorithms such as the first-order differential microphone (DM1) and the two-stage directional microphone (DM2) algorithms that maintain sounds from the direction of the interlocutor and reduce the ambient sounds from the other directions. However, these conventional algorithms represent poor directionality ability in low frequency area. Therefore, to enhance the speech perception of hearing aid uses in low frequency range, our group had suggested a fractional delay subtraction and integration (FDSI) algorithm and estimated its theoretical performance using computer simulation in previous article. In this study, we performed a KEMAR test in non-reverberant room that compares the performance of DM1, DM2, broadband beamforming (BBF), and proposed FDSI algorithms using several objective indices such as a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) improvement, a segmental SNR (seg-SNR) improvement, a perceptual evaluation of speech quality (PESQ), and an Itakura-Saito measure (IS). Experimental results showed that the performance of the FDSI algorithm was -3.26-7.16 dB in SNR improvement, -1.94-5.41 dB in segSNR improvement, 1.49-2.79 in PESQ, and 0.79-3.59 in IS, which demonstrated that the FDSI algorithm showed the highest improvement of SNR and segSNR, and the lowest IS. We believe that the proposed FDSI algorithm has a potential as a beamformer for digital hearing aid devices.

        텍스트 마이닝을 이용한 4차 산업 연구 동향 토픽 모델링

        본 연구에서는 "4차 산업"과 관련된 논문들의 세부 연구 주제를 파악하기 위하여 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 논문들을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 2016년부터 2019년까지 한국학술지인용색인(KCI)에서 "4차 산업"이라는 키워드로 논문을 검색하여 총 685편의 논문을 수집하였다. 논문 수집을 위해서는 Python 기반의 웹 스크랩핑 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 자료 분석을 위해서는 R 언어로 구현된 LDA 알고리즘 기반의 토픽 모델링 기법들을 활용하였다. 수집된 논문들에 대한 Perplexity 분석 결과, 9가지 토픽이 최적으로 결정되었고 수집된 논문들의 9가지 대표 토픽들을 Gibbs 샘플링 방법을 사용하여 추출하였다. 분석 결과, 인공지능, 빅데이터, 사물인터넷, 디지털, 네트워크 등이 상위 주요 기술들로 나타났으며, 산업, 정부, 교육 현장, 일자리 등 4차 산업과 관련한 다양한 분야에서 주요 기술들로 인한 변화에 대한 연구들이 이루어져 왔음을 확인할 수 있었다. In this research, text mining techniques were used to analyze the papers related to the "4th Industry". In order to analyze the papers, total of 685 papers were collected by searching with the keyword "4th industry" in Korea Journal Index(KCI) from 2016 to 2019. We used Python-based web scraping program to collect papers and use topic modeling techniques based on LDA algorithm implemented in R language for data analysis. As a result of perplexity analysis on the collected papers, nine topics were determined optimally and nine representative topics of the collected papers were extracted using the Gibbs sampling method. As a result, it was confirmed that artificial intelligence, big data, Internet of things(IoT), digital, network and so on have emerged as the major technologies, and it was confirmed that research has been conducted on the changes due to the major technologies in various fields related to the 4th industry such as industry, government, education field, and job.

      • 인터넷 보편화 시대 청소년의 성의식.성행동.성관련 특성

        In recent days, Korean society falls into disorder in sexual culture with transition of sexual consciousness by prevalence of sexual liberation trend through popularization of internet. Korean society, however, does not have essential counter-plans to cope with this disorder. In this paper, I investigated the realities about adolescent sexual consciousness, attitudes and behaviors around students in middle and high schools in order to propose educational courses for adolescent sexual problems. For the investigation, I made up a questionnaire and surveyed by 500 students in middle and high schools in a same area from 1st October, 2007 to 6th October, 2007 and I analyzed results from the survey. In the results, I found that males and the group having experience in acquaintance with the other sex reported more sexual consciousness. I also found that females and the group having no experience in acquaintance with the other sex reported more vestal consciousness.

        의료기관 사회적 책임활동 측정 도구개발 및 타당화

        Objectives : This study aimed to develop tools to measure the social responsibility activities of hospitals using ISO 26000 and to verify the validity and reliability of the developed tools. We verified the content and structural validity, as well as the internal consistency of the proposed measurement tool for hospitals' social responsibility. Methods : We conducted an online survey on hospitals/employees from Feb 26 to Mar 12, 2018, and analyzed selected 197 respondents from the survey by removing incomplete responses. Results : The developed hospitals' CSR (HSR) measurement tool consists of 36 items with 5 factors: "consumer issues", "labor practices", "community involvement & development", "fair operating practice", and "environment". Analysis revealed high reliability with Cronbach' alpha of 0.981. Conclusions : It was verified that the developed HSR tool fully reflected hospital characteristics. This tool can be used to diagnose hospitals' social responsibility and to support strategic decision on social responsibility.

        텍스트 마이닝을 이용한 자살 연구 동향 토픽 모델링

        Objectives: This research aimed to classify topics into published suicide-related papers and to understand the weight of major topics and the trend of changes in topics over the past 20 years. Methods: Articles were collected from KCI website and preprocessed. The revised data by preprocessing were analyzed using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) algorithm and major topics representing the articles were extracted. Topic trends by year and period were analyzed using the extracted topics. Results: Through the result of analyses, it was found that each topic has their own specific topics and they can be classified to their own topics rather than overlapping with other topics. We also found that the broadest topics are suicidal status, suicidal thoughts and suicidal prevention while elderly, youth, and risk groups are the target population for many researches. Conclusions: This research used big data and, through text mining, was able to find comprehensive trends. Using this research as a base, future researches on suicide and suicide prevention can analyze trends in order to study more specific group.
