        NSGA-II를 이용한 한국해군 함정 운용계획에 대한 연구

        This paper studies the problem seeking an efficient operational scheduling for battle ships in the Republic of Korea's navy. The ships' availability means that their main systems such as weapons, navigation and propulsion are in full operational readiness. If some of the major systems are not ready, then the ships should not be available for operations. It is required to maintain a high level availability under the limited resources as it determines the strength of ROK's navy. However, it will result in inefficiencies if some ships are operated without proper maintenance only to improve their availability. Thus, this study suggests the operational scheduling for two squadron ships that considers multiple objectives such as availability, overlapping maintenance, and deviation from available ships in a particular week. We applied NSGA-II algorithm to find better solutions for more efficient scheduling. The experiment result reached an efficient solutions after 1,500 generations. Two efficient operational schedules were compared on the basis of three multiple objectives among them.

        A Study on the Battle Management Language Application for the C4I and M&S Interoperation in ROK Forces

        Battle Management Language (BML) is defined as an unambiguous language intended to provide for command and control of simulated and live forces in U.S. It has been developed to connect between command and control system and Modeling & Simulation in the U.S., including NATO M&S Working Group. Its goal is to provide situational awareness and offer a path forward for interoperation of C2 systems and simulations. This study deals with BML development in U.S. that begins from army and is being expanded in multinational environment. It also proposes the BML application for C4I and M&S interoperation in the Korean forces. Recent developments of BML in U.S. have shown the potential for interoperation between C2 systems and simulations in a coalition environment. Finally, this study proposes a general BML application method and shows the example of its application to the Korea Joint Command Control System (KJCCS). It provides an architecture and a milestone for BML application in the Korean forces.

      • 흰쥐 자궁의 감각신경의 분포상태와 전도경로에 관한 연구

        Although efferent neural control of the uterus has been studied extensively, little is known for its afferent sensory supply. To make certain whether the uterus of the rat, like that of the rabbit and cat, is supplied with afferent sensory fibers or not, and, if so, to confirm the segments through which these afferents enter the spinal cord, we used the tract-tracing technique using HRP or WGA-HRP in the virgin Sprague-Dawley rats. The results are as followings. 1. WGA-HRP injection labelled 30 times more dorsal root ganglion cells than HRP injection did. 2. Afferent fibers originated mostly at the cervix and body(98.5%) and only a small portion(1.5%) originated at the horns. 3. Labelled dorsal root ganglion cells from the uterine cervix or body were found in 712-L4 ganglia(73%) and in LS-51 ganglia(27%) with the largest number occuring in Ll. This result shows that the afferent sensory fibers from the cervix and body of virgin rat enter the spinal cord predominantly through the hypogastric nerve, but also through the pelvic nerve. 4. Labelled dorsal root ganglion cells from the horns were found only in 713-L3 ganglia with the largest number occurring in L2. This result shows that the afferent sensory fibers from the horns enter the spinal cord through the hypogastric nerve only. 5. The average diameter of labelled ganglion cells was 27㎛(15-46 ㎛), and the distribution pattern was unipolar having 23㎛ as a peak.

        불확실성을 고려한 해군함정 선석 할당 방안

        Navy surface vessels require pier services such as emergency repair, oil supply, arm loading/unloading, craning, standby readiness, normal repair, gun arrangement, ammunition loading, and food loading during the period in port. The purpose of this study is to establish efficient berth allocation plan for navy surface vessels in home port under the limited resources of piers and equipments. This study suggests Mixed Integer Programming model for berth allocation problem, considering precedence relationships among services and the uncertainty of the arrival and departure for each vessel. For an effective analysis, the model is implemented by ILOG OPL(Optimization Programming Language) Studio 6.0 and ILOG CPLEX 11.1., which shows a reasonable result.

        Yeo-Johnson 변환을 통한 비대칭 GARCH 모형

        이 논문에서는 비대칭 지렛대 효과를 처리하기 위한 확장된 GARCH 모형을 소개한다. 표준 GARCH 모형의 분산은 이전의 조건부 분산과 이전의 잔차 제곱 항으로 구성되어 있다. 잔차 제곱항으로는 비대칭 지렛대 효과를 모형화할 수 없는데 이 논문에서는 Yeo-Johnson 변환을 이용하여 지렛대 효과를 설명하는 확장된 GARCH 모형을 제안한다. Yeo-Johnson 변환은 변환 모수를 조절하여 비대칭 자료를 보다 정규성 또는 대칭성을 만족하도록 만든데 우리는 Yeo-Johnson 변환의 성질을 역으로 이용하여 비대칭 변동성을 모형화 한다. 제안 모형의 특징에 대해 살펴보고 모수 추정에 대해 알아본다. 제안 모형에서 예측과 예측구간을 어떻게 구하는지 살펴보고 실증 자료분석을 통해 제안모형과 GARCH, 비대칭 지렛대 효과를 모형화한 다른 GARCH 모형을 비교해 본다. In this paper, we introduce an extended GARCH model designed to address asymmetric leverage effects. The variance in the standard GARCH model is composed of past conditional variances and past squared residuals. However, it is not possible to model asymmetric leverage effects with squared residuals alone, so in this paper, we propose a new extended GARCH model to explain the leverage effects using the Yeo-Johnson transformation which adjusts transformation parameter to make asymmetric data more normal or symmetric. We utilize the reverse properties of Yeo-Johnson transformation to model asymmetric volatility. We investigate the characteristics of the proposed model and parameter estimation. We also explore how to derive forecasts and forecast intervals in the proposed model. We compare it with standard GARCH and other extended GARCH models that model asymmetric leverage effects through empirical data analysis.

The purpose of this study is to establish efficient berth allocation plan for navy surface vessels in home port under the limited resources of piers and equipments. This study suggests Mixed Integer Programming model for berth allocation problem, considering precedence relationships among services and the approved planning. Although a berthing plan has been approved, the changes of services, delays, and early arrivals of ships are routine events. For an effective analysis, the model is implemented by ILOG OPL(Optimization Programming Language) Studio 6.0 and ILOG CPLEX 11.1., which shows a reasonable result.

For a effective analysis, the model is implemented by ILOG OPL(Optimization Programming Language) Studio 3.1 and ILOG Cplex 7.0. The results of the model show reduction of berth shifts and increasement of service benefits. And thus, it would be a possibility of contribution in the improvement of fleet readiness.

        서비스 전후 우선순위를 고려한 해군함정의 선석 할당에 관한 연구

        경비, 훈련, 지원 등의 해상 임무를 종료한 해군 함정은 차기 임무를 준비하기 위해 모항에 입항하여 긴급수리, 유류수급, 무장 적하역, 크레인, 태세유지, 수리, 포 배열, 탄약적재, 부식 작업 등의 일련의 서비스를 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 한정된 선석과 설비 자원 하에서 여러 함정에 대한 효율적인 선석 할당 계획의 수립을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 불필요한 선석이동을 줄이고 계획기간 동안 각 함정이 필요로 하는 서비스를 점수화한 총점을 최대화하는 기존의 모형을 토대로, 서비스 지속 기간이 제한적이고 서비스들 간의 전후 우선순위가 존재하는 현실적인 제약을 고려하면서 전비태세를 향상시킬 수 있는 혼합 정수 계획 모형(Mixed Integer Programming)을 수립해 보았다. 효과적인 분석을 위하여 ILOG OPL(Optimization Programming Language) Studio 3.1을 사용하여 모델링 한 후 ILOG CPLEX 7.0으로 최적해를 구해 보았다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모형이 해군 함정의 효율적인 선석 할당 계획 수립에 적용될 수 있다면 해군 부대의 전비태세 향상에 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
