The purpose of this study is to suggest a concept of automotive seat design to reduce the structural weight and to develop the seat frame strength. In the paper, structural analysis required for development of seat frame was accomplished according to the test requirements by FMVSS 202. Using optimum design, upper and lower bracket detected as stress concentrated points were reinforced to reduce the maximum stress value. The most effective way to reduce the weight of seat frame is to use lighter materials like aluminum. The weight of aluminum seat frame could be reduced to about 43% compared with the existing steel seat frame.
기업파트너 간의 윤리 특성이 신뢰 및 결속에 미치는 영향: 대형마트와 협력회사를 중심으로

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate what ethical and unethical actions may occur in the distribution channels that constitute between supermarket and partners, and how they affect the relationship characteristics with their partners. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, company E’s partner companies were selected as the population, and 220 companies, about 14% of the 1,600 partners who had long-term relationships, excluding company E’s temporary trading companies, were selected for the study. In addition, multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between trust and commitment in transaction and its predecessors, and the relationship between trust and commitment was analyzed through simple regression. Results: Overall, it was found that there was a significant relationship between trust and preceding factors, but the relationship between binding and preceding factors was judged that two paths (transaction justice, communication) were not significant. In particular, it was found that transaction justice had a significant effect on trust, but it was not found to have a direct effect on commitment. It was found that the employee’s ethical attitude exerts a negative influence on trust and commitment. Implications: This study provided suggestions on what distribution channel factors should be carefully managed to increase trust and commitment between corporate partners. It is also meaningful in that it empirically verified the relationship between ethical factors and relationship quality between corporate partners included in the distribution channel.
유비쿼터스 환경에서의 구조 기반의 동적 적응형 원격 화상 회의 시스템

유비쿼터스 환경에서의 원격화상회의 시스템은 그 시스템을 이용하는 사용자에 따라서 시스템의 실행환경이나 사용자의 디바이스 환경 등 많은 변화 요소를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는, 사용자가 가질 수 있는 서로 다른 환경 등에 스스로 적응하여 효과적이고 최적화된 원격화상회의를 진행 할 수 있는 시스템 구조를 제안하며, 이를 이종의 플랫폼에서 구동할 수 있도록 각각의 플랫폼 환경에 최적화된 적응 구조를 동적으로 재구성할 수 있는 방법과 응용프로그램을 제안한다. 또한, 제안시스템의 프로토타입을 실제 구현하여 그 유효성을 확인하였다.

In this paper, an aggregation scheme using a balanced-tree queue structure for IEEE 802.11n is proposed. FIFO has redundant time to rearrange data frame. The modified balanced tree queue, however, doesn"t have redundant time. Simulation results show that the balanced-tree queue has throughput enhancement.

3개 이상의 다중 주파수 밴드 및 다중 편파를 갖는 고해상도 영상레이다를 개발하여 항공기에 탑재 운영을 통하여 관심지역에 대해 순차 또는 동시에 전파 영상을 획득하는 시스템을 구현한다. 획득된 영상데이터를 빅데이터 시스템에 입력하여 결과를 분석하고 취득/합성된 영상데이터의 집합과 외부 데이터를 활용하여 가치 있는 정보를 추출하여 농업/임업/해양/국방 등에 활용할 수 있도록 한다.

Recently, as interest of consumers in stability of vehicles under high speed is increasing, performance of vehicle under high speed cornering condition has been developed rapidly. In addition, it is essential for research on the vehicle stability in accordance with characteristics of automobile parts. In this paper, we studied on the stability of vehicle using Brake-in-Turn simulation maneuver. To achieve this, we firstly developed vehicle model with 24-DOF using SPMD(Suspension Parameter Measuring Device) and MF(Magic Formular) tire model based on force and moment test data such as braking, cornering, and combined slip etc.. Also, we analyzed the vehicle stability in accordance with characteristics of tire and wheel combination of vehicle through simulation. Finally, we verified the validity of simulation results through outdoor vehicle test.
