        분리발주 방식의 관리비용 예측 모델

        On March, 2013, the Government announced the Multiple Prime Contract method will be expanded in public building construction projects. The applying multiple prime contract method has been immersing issue among all stakeholders of construction project. The owner conducts the role of a general contactor as well as owner's original responsibility while construction works being executed by specialty contractors. If the owner has not experience of project management, it should be bring about increasing management cost due to the interface problems among prime contractors. With this reason, it is difficult to administrate the multiple prime contract. So far there has been no methodology of predicting management cost in the multiple prime contract. Therefore, this study aims to enable the operation of efficient multiple prime contracts by developing a model to predict their management costs. 2013년 3월 정부에서는 공공공사에 분리발주방식을 확대적용하는 정책을 발표하였다. 분리발주방식의 도입을 두고 건설참여자들의 입장이 첨예하게 대립하게 되고, 건설분야의 뜨거운 이슈가 되고 있는 상황이다. 건설공사 관리의 경험이 부족한 공공발주자가 다수로 분리된 전문공종들을 직접관리하여 인터페이스의 증가에 따른 관리비용 상승, 실적 부족으로 인한 관리비용 산정 기준이 없어 사업운영에 어려움이 있는 현실이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 분리발주의 관리비용율 예측할 수 있는 모델을 개발하여 효율적인 분리발주의 운영이 가능하게 하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다.

        신규상장기업의 신속한 주식상장과 여유자원이 국제화에 미치는 영향

        While there exists voluminous literature on the internationalization of the firms, it has focused on mature firms or born-global firms. There is still a lack of research on firm that is in the growth stage between venture and mature firm. To fill this gap, this paper focuses on the newly public firm which is enter the stock market through initial public offerings (IPO). Specifically, I examine the relationship between the early listing and internationalization. In the venture firm aspect, the decision of the IPO necessary to allow to change organization structure, ownership and take a risk from environmental movements. This paper suggests early listing is a behavior of entrepreneur orientation. According to empirical results, there is a positive relationship between early listing and internationalization. It implies that early listing may help international expansion by sourcing finance, reputations from market. Furthermore, this study emphasizes the importance of financial slack resources to international expansion. I conclude that ventures need not only early entering in stock market but also securing sufficient financial slack resources to achieve sustainable growth in the international market.

        A Study on the Effect of the Regulations in the Mobile Telecommunication Market on the Providers' Sales and Consumer Surplus in Korea

        본 연구는 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 규제와 성과 간의 관계분석을 통해 규제가 사업자 매출과 소비자후생에 미치는 영향에 대한 결과를 도출해 보았다. 종합해보면 요금규제는 사업자 후 생증가와 소비자의 후생감소를 보여주고 있으므로 개선의 필요성이 있다고 보인다. 두 번째로 접속요율규제의 경우 소비자 후생을 증가시키는 방향으로 가고 있다는 점에서 높게 평가할 만하다. 그러나 제 3위 사업자의 매출액에만 유의한 결과를 얻었다는 점에서 비대칭규제의 목적에 문제가 있는 것으로 보인다. 이는 접속요율규제 자체가 유효경쟁을 이루기 위한 수단이 될 수 없음을 의미하며, 번호이동성제도나 전환장벽을 낮출 수 있는 유효경쟁환경 조성이 시급하다고 판단된다. 세 번째로 단말기보조금규제의 경우 그 실효성은 매우 높다는 점에서 향후 신기술에 대한 보조금지급부분을 제외하고 다시 단말기보조금금지 규제를 생각해볼 필요가 있다고 판단된다. 네 번째로 광고의 경우 무분별한 광고경쟁이 일어나지 않도록 해야한다. 왜냐하면 결과에서도 나타나듯 광고액의 증가는 결국 소비자서비스 가격을 상승시키는 것은 물론 매출액 대비 높은 광고비용은 오히려 기업의 재무구조를 악화시키기 때문이다. 마지막으로 설비투자의 경우 SKT의 고착효과를 제거하지 않은 상태에서 KTF나 LGT의 효과를 정확히 예측하기 어렵다는 점에서 후발사업자로 하여금 SKT가 구축한 설비를 이용할 수 있도록 개선할 필요가 있다고 보인다.

      • 가솔린과 디젤을 연료로 적용한 대형 디젤엔진에서 저부하 영역 운전 특성 분석

        Experimental study was performed to investigate operating characteristics of direct injection compression ignition combustion fueled with gasoline and diesel at low load in a single cylinder heavy duty diesel engine. Engine was operated at two load (2 bar IMEP(indicated mean effective pressure), 4.5 bar IMEP) conditions over wide injection timing range with different intake pressure and injection pressure. At near idle operation, gasoline was not available to operate under naturally aspirated condition. With high boosting pressure, it is possible to operate with low COVIMEP(coefficient of variation of IMEP). Gasoline combustion shows longer ignition delay and retarded combustion phase than those of diesel. Overall trend of exhaust emission is that gasoline combustion results higher HC(hydrocarbon), CO(carbon monoxide), NOx(nitrogen oxide) emission and less soot emission than diesel combustion. Based on difference of properties between two fuel, experimental results were discussed in this research.

      • 저온디젤연소에서 파일럿 분사가 연소특성에 미치는 영향

        This experimental study investigated the effect of pilot injection on combustion characteristics ; specifically combustion noise and soot emission in the low temperature diesel combustion. Preliminary experiments under wide range of exhaust gas recirculation rate and injection timing were performed to find experimental condition which shows near zero nitrogen oxides emission and maximum indicated mean effective pressure. In the pilot injection experiment, pilot injection ratio and timing were varied. with fixed pilot injection quantity, more retarded pilot injection timing caused vigorous heat release prior to start of the main injection. It accelerated combustion start of the fuel injected at main injection timing while decreased peak of heat release rate. Soot emission was increased as pilot injection quantity and timing was increased and retarded, respectively. Maximum pressure rise rate was decreased when the small pilot injection quantity was injected. However, when pilot injection quantity and timing were increased and retarded respectively, maximum pressure rise rate increased even higher than single injection case.

      • 직접분사식 디젤기관의 착화지연기간에 대한 고찰

        Ignition Delay period, one of essential processes in fuel combustion, is divided into two different stages. One is physical ignition delay that contains evaporation of sprayed fuel, cooling by evaporation heat and mixture formation. and the other is chemical ignition delay because of pyrolysis and oxidizing of fuel. All of the two stages is called ignition delay period. In this paper, using photo sensor which can detect in the range of visible rays is proposed. When we measure ignition delay period. ignition delay period is defined as the interval time from spraying fuel to detecting a hot flame. For reliability, ignition delay period is measured 500 times per each factor. From the experimental result of measured ignition delay period, when engine speed is 1000rpm and scavenging pressure is 110㎪, we observed that ignition delay period is more shortened and the range of ignition delay period is more narrowed than scavenging pressure is 105㎪. This phenomenon is equally applied on 2000rpm like a 1000rpm. so it is a conclusion that a primary factor of shortening ignition delay period is depend on scavenging pressure.

      • DME-가솔린 혼소를 적용한 압축착화 엔진의 운전 특성

        Combustion and emission characteristics were investigated in a compression ignition engine with dual-fuel strategy using di-metyl ether (DME) and gasoline. DME was directly injected into the cylinder and gasoline was injected into the intake manifold during the intake stroke. The effect of operating parameters such as DME injection timing, injection pressure and intake oxygen concentration on combustion and emissions were investigated. As DME proportion was decreased with the increased portion of gasoline, the combustion efficiency was decreased but thermal efficiency was significantly increased. Unburned hydrocarbon was increased from increased over-lean mixture and crevice region. Combustion was dominated by the premixed combustion with the increased portion of gasoline so the combustion duration was shortened. It affected the quasi-constant volume combustion and the reduced heat transfer loss. Nitric oxides (NOx) emissions were decreased with increased gasoline proportion due to low combustion temperature from lean premixed combustion even with decreased combustion duration. Soot emission was nearly aero regardless of DME proportion and injection timing. When the DME injection pressure increased, NOx emission was monotonically increased with improved thermal efficiency. With increased EGR rate and decreased intake oxygen concentration, the thermal efficiency of dual-fuel combustion was not decreased much but NOx emissions were significantly reduced. This was attributed to the increased heat capacity of the in-cylinder charge resulting in decreased combustion temperature.

        평화주의는 인식론이다: 존 요더의 평화주의인식론 탐구

        이 논문의 목적은 존 요더의 평화주의를 인식론으로 이해하고 설명하는 것이다. 그의 평화 인식론은 한편으로 역사적으로는 탈콘스탄틴주의이고, 철학적으로는 반기초주의이다. 전통적으로 평화주의는 폭력에 반대하는 사회 윤리로 간주되어 왔다. 하지만 자신의 의지를 강제적으로 타인에게 강요하기를 거부하는 평화주의는 타자의 윤리학이자 타자의 인식론이다. 차이를 인정하고 존중하며, 타자를 타자 아닌 것으로 환원하는 폭력적 태도를 지양하는 실천에도 영향을 미칠 것이다. 이를 통해 비폭력 평화주의의 철학적 토대를 구축하고 탄탄한 이론 구성물이라는 점이 입증되기를 바란다. The purpose of this paper is to understand and explain John Howard Yoder s pacifism as epistemology. His epistemology of peace is historically post Constantinianism and philosophically nonfoundationalism. Traditionally, pacifism has been regarded as a social ethic against violence. However, pacifism, which means refusing to force one s will on others, is the ethics of the other and the epistemology of the other. It will also have an impact on practices that recognize and respect differences and avoid violent attitudes of reducing others to non-others. I hope this will establish the philosophical foundation of nonviolent pacifism and prove that it is a solid theoretical construct.
