싱가포르의 電子書類交煥(EDI)에 관한 硏究 : 무역절차를 中心으로 Centered on Procedures of Imports and Exports

Singapore has established a TradeNet, which is a system supporting Electronic Data Interchange. EDI gives commputer-to-computer exchange of inter-company business documents in format conforming to an public standard. TradeNet in procedures of imports and exports helps expediting imports and exports permits, customs declaration, and customs permits within 15 minutes. The purpose of this study is to find out some factors which provide faster dissemination and stronger settlement in Singapre and to help out 'KTNET', Korea Trade Network to be fixed and disseminated as soon as possible. The study reviewed the system, planning, and establishment of TradeNet and Acts related to trade in Singapore. Some factors providing faster dissemination and stronger settlement in Singapore are summarized as follows : First, support and emphasis of information technology have been continued in terms of education and industry by the government. Second, the Acts related to procedures of imports and exports have been fixed and simplified with a view of supporting TradeNet. Third. Trade Development Board as main work-place for import and export permits, customs declaration, and customs permits, is the first and simplified window, leading more procedures to other agencies. Fourth, education and enlightenment have been given to managers, executive directors, presidents on TradeNet by the government and SNS.
우리나라 물류기업의 중국현지 마케팅전략과 성과에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 중국시장에 진출한 우리의 물류기업들의 환경을 기업 특성, 경영자 특성, 문화 특성, 물류산업 특성으로 구분하여 각각의 특성이 마케팅전략에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 물류기업의 성과를 제고할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물류기업의 환경과 마케팅전략 간의 관계에서 각각의 환경특성은 물류기업의 마케팅전략에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 둘째, 마케팅 전략과 성과 간의 관계에서, 마케팅 전략은 물류기업의 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 셋째, 물류기업의 환경과 성과 간의 관계에서, 물류기업의 환경특성은 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. Korean companies' logistics strategy has been converting gradually to clustered model from a simple transhipment hub model at the early stage. It is necessary to establish and execute various of marketing strategy according to environmental features in order to survive as a competitive logistics enterprise in the extensive China industrial markets. Therefore, in this study, Korean logistics companies' environments are divided into the companies, managers, culture and logistics-industry features and evaluated influences between the factors and the marketing strategies respectively. And this study finally seek a plan to enhance the performance of the logistics companies. The results of this study are as stated as follows. First, the relationship between the logistics companies environmental factors and marketing strategies has a significant positive influence statistically. Second, the relationship between the marketing strategies and performance has a significant positive influence toward performance of the logistics companies. Third, in the relationship between logistics companies' environmental factors and performance, the environmental features of logistics companies also has a significant positive influence toward company performance.
한국 수출입기업의 관세업무 리스크관리와 기업 성과 관계의 실증연구

The purpose of the study is to analyze relationships between management of operational and legal risks and enterprise performance of customs business in Korean exporting and importing companies from demanders' standpoint of customs business. Sites, visiting companies, and mails are used with questionaires after pretest from Korean companies. And the data are analyzed by simple and multiple regressions with SPSS. The study is the first paper with an empirical study on customs business from demanders' standpoint of Korean exporting and importing companies. The results are; 1) understanding and finding out operational and legal risks and risk control methods are positively related to risk management performance, 2) the companies' size, finding out risks, risk control methods are positively related to risk management performance, 3) risk management performance are positively related to enterprise performance.
중국 진출 한국기업의 현지 마케팅전략의 성과 결정 모형

The purpose of the study is to suggest a model on marketing strategies which determine the performance by Korean companies in China. A model includes the external and internal environments around Korean companies in China, marketing strategies and performance. The external environments consist of Chinese market expansions after the entrance of WTO and Chinese distributional structures, while the internal environments with characteristics on CEO and capabilities on marketing. Each factors have several variables, which make influences on marketing strategies of 4P(Product, Price, Place, Promotion). The relationships between external and internal environments and marketing strategies can be certified. And the relationship between marketing strategies and performance can be certified as causes and effects Variables on four environmental factors, marketing strategies and performance are set up and hypotheses are suggested and the results are expected.
